Gables Pressure Cleaning & Painting

The house is around 3,600 square feet, two stories, a lot of stucco. The deck runs almost the length of the house. I don?t know the linear feet of the rock walls but they are extensive, front, side and back yard, from a few feet up to 10 feet or more in height. The driveway is at least 75 feet long with separate parking area and a large turn-around area in front of a two car garage. So it was a lot of work. The date above says January 1, the day Eli finished the project. But it actually took him several days, beginning in late December. He finished the job on New Year's Day because that's the only weather window there was to safely apply the driveway sealer. Eli has done work for us before (See gutter cleaning review) and so we knew he?d do a great job. His attention to detail is what sets him apart from others, and makes all the difference between a good job and a great one. For example, he filled the numerous cracks in the driveway so carefully that I can?t tell where most of them were. The driveway looks new again. Everything looks so fresh and clean it gave our property curbside appeal a huge boost. We?re so pleased we?ve already hired Eli to come back this spring to finish pressure washing and sealing the pool patio - which he couldn?t do this time because there was a pool cover in place this winter - and to fill cracks in the patio, rock walls and stucco throughout the property.

Mr. Kessup came early, finished quickly and even helped with an additional "fix" unrelated to the job (thank you!!). I would definitely call him again for future work.

Elias pressure washed my stone patio and driveway and, additionally, cleaned off some brick and siding that needed some care. He was prompt and professional and I will certainly use him again.

He charged me an extra $25 for the fence on my house but that was okay. I thought he did a great job. My house looks like it got a new paint job. It looks so nice. He is also a painter and we asked him if the house maybe needed painting and he said our house doesn’t painting and it only needs washing. He could have made a lot of money by giving us a quote on how much to paint the house for but he didn’t even try to go there which I thought was really cool. I thought it was a really good price for what we did and what we got. He was really nice and punctual. My neighbors actually came out and saw the job that he did and hired him to do their house as well.

Mr. Kessep did a great job and had me check the work as he progressed. He was thorough, honest, and made some helpful recommendations. He also guaranteed his gutter cleaning and said to call him back if we noticed any gutter issues. I will definitely use Gable Pressure Cleaning again!

Very well. The owner did the work himself after inspecting the house for mold and mildew. His price was somewhat lower that the others that we got, which we appreciated so much. he was polite, respectful and knowledgable about his work. He arrived on time or called to say that he was detained. He finished the job in a reasonable lenght of time.

Eli was great. They did a very nice job pressure washing the house and deck. They stained the deck and it looks beautiful. He even sanded and stained my front door for no extra charge! Very nice guys.

I can recommend Eli's services with 100% confidence. He is committed to customer satisfaction. I got four bids for the job and he was the most affordable. He was punctual, thorough, meticulous and performed tasks far beyond anything we had agreed to. He works with one assistant who is also excellent in all aspects of his work. I will mention a few examples of his extra efforts. When painting our shutters, he removed all hinges and hardware and painted them without prior discussion. The same for all gate hardware on fences as well as exterior lighting on porches. He painted the blades of ceiling fans to match the trim. In pressure cleaning porch ceilings, which were not to be painted, the finish was damaged. With no additional charge, he stripped them and re-varnished them. When we were not thrilled with the re-stain, he stripped again and painted sky blue which we are thrilled with. He sealed a bare concrete rear porch and was not satisfied with the result. Once again, he stripped it and resealed and stained it to our satisfaction. He told us up front that he would work slowly but steadily and do a good job. He went far beyond our expectations and spent nearly a month at our home to ensure that everything was perfect. I can honestly say I have never encountered this level of service at a very affordable price in my entire life. When the job was completed, I chose to pay him 20% more than his bid and feel that I received incredible value considering the effort and the spectacular final results.

Was very impressed. Elias gave me a quote over the phone. He arrived to find that the specific project was much less than anticipated and offered either more service or less cost. I elected to have him clean the front steps/walk and he did a great job. I asked that he try to wash the house trim. Although he was unable to clean the trim, he took great pains to protect our garden. Would definitely recommend him to others.

Eli was very responsive and professional. I originally asked for one type of deck sealer to be used but he suggested another and I agreed. When he was done I was not completely satisfied with the results of the product. When I told Eli he immediately said, "no problem" returned and redid the job using the product I had originally asked for. It did accomplish what I hoped for and Eli did a great job

Last year Elais stained our back double deck area. He said that he would guarantee that the stain would last for 3 years. This year the stain on the back deck is pealing off. We had asked him to pressure wash and sand the places down last year before he stained the deck and we do not believe he sanded anything down first. Otherwise we would not be having problems this year. For the money, we should have had a longer lasting job. This year we called and called. When we were finally able to reach him, he had said that he would "make it right." But when it was time to fix the job, he responded by saying that this is not his responsibility and he hung up on us. We were going to use his services again this year to paint our fence but we will not use his services any longer. I hope that no one has to experience the same poor quality service -

Eli did a good job with our aging deck, replacing a floor plank, top panel, and hand rail, in addition to re-painting. On time and as promised. Solid job.

A +++ -- very personable and professional. He came 2 days after I called and not only pressure washed the entire house (vinyl 2 story), he did a sample of his deck cleaning. Eli gave us tips on what he would do with the decks and porch if he did it or if we were to do it ourselves. He did an excellent clean and rinse and even came back to do a couple of spots that needed a little extra. All the mold, mildew and stains are gone!! As he was getting ready to leave, I mentioned that I needed to get our small pressure washer out to strip the swing in the front yard and before I finished my sentence, Eli had his pressure washer back out and did the swing. Excellent work ethic and a fine gentlemen. We will definitely use him again and suggest him to others. Thanks for a job well done!

I went with him based on his review. It took him less than 30 minutes to clean my gutters on a 4000 square foot, two story home. After he was done and gone, I found out why. There was roof grit all over the sides of the gutters, sides of the house, and deck. There were clumps of leaves still in the corners of the gutters that I could reach to inspect. The downspouts were not flushed and cleaned out. There was gutter garbage on my lawn. I dont know if this was a bad day for him or what; but I was a ripped-off. If you have him do work for you, make sure to inspect before he leaves. Follow-up calls and texts to him went unanswered.

I emailed on Mr. Kessep yesterday, 06/17/2013, requesting an estimate; he called back within 10 minutes to set up an appointment time for today. Mr. Kessep was very punctual in his arrival and immediately set about taking care of the gutters. He told me that I should check for good drainage next rain and to contact him if there was not good drainage. Very professional, good communication. I would recommend Mr. Kessep to others and will certainly call him again for future work.

Gables did a great job in the work that was performed. They were professional, courteous, prompt and efficient. And the cost was quite reasonable. I was also impressed by advice they gave me that actually lowered the bill.
