Gables Pressure Cleaning & Painting

It went very well. I initially was looking for a contractor to pressure-wash the walkways and sidewalks, but I wasn't thinking about the house as well. I am preparing the house for sale and it hasn't been painted in at least 15 years. The estimate was fair enough to do the house too. Elias used a chlorine solution that took out some mold and prepped the house for painting. It actually looks so good that I will probably leave it as-is for sale. Elias is very knowledgeable and extremely personable and nice to work with.

Elias, was on time for the estimate, which is extremely important to me as I do not work at home. He was professional, well-spoken and friendly. He came back the next day to do the work. He reached out to me when he was just about finished, so i came home and we walked around the house together. The house, fence, pavers look amazing - like new! He did a wonderful job and i would recommend him to everyone.

I just bought a new home in Coconut Grove and there is a very large screen over my back pool and patio. It was getting pretty green with mold so I wanted it power washed. Eli came out right away to give an estimate and gave a fair price. He was there the next week to take care of it and it now looks great! He took care to clean extras that I didn't ask him for where he saw it was needed. Professional, prompt and thorough. I will have him back to paint the exterior.

Overall the job was excellent! I had originally bought the $350.00 coupon, but my roof was much larger and on a second story so the job was more expensive, although I believe the overall price we settled on was reasonable. Elias was punctual and he had excellent equipment to wash the roof. He had a professional and competent crew that completed the work in a timely fashion on the date he said they would work. They picked up everything after they were done. He explained all his work to my Father at the site. The roof was cleaned well and is bright white again. So I am very satisfied.

Elias provided excellent service. He pressure cleaned all the chicago brick, a cement driveway and the interlocking pavers. He also cleaned out my gutters. When the chicago brick dried he re-sanded them with quality sand. Very pleased with the results! I highly recommend Gables Pressure Cleaning,

Contacted Elias from Gables Pressure Cleaning and Painting on a Thursday after reading many positive reviews on Angieslist. He came by following Tuesday to give me an estimate per our conversation . SInce he had a cancellation he offered to do the job at that time. I agreed but had to head off to work. Returned at the end of the day to a sparkling white roof that I could have eaten off of. With the exception of the clean roof there was no indication that anyone had been on site due to the manner in which he cleaned up afterwards. Great service for a fair price. What else can you ask for ?

Update: A month after Gables Pressure Cleaning and Painting completed the work I contacted owner Elias Kessep to ask if he could recommend a great handyman. He asked why I needed one and I told him that I had ordered new ceramic switch plate covers but I wasn't able to install them myself. Elias said that he would be happy to install them for me. Long story short...Elias was at my home a few days later to install the switch plates and refused to accept payment. He said that I should consider the switch plate install as part of the original service. Truly exceptional service!!! I had previously used Gables Pressure Cleaning and Painting to pressure clean my roof and patio was extremely pleased with the service provided. After receiving several estimates to paint the interior of my house I decided to go with GPCP and couldn't be happier with the results! Due to shoddy work from a previous contractor GPCP needed to repair every wall and ceiling before painting. Elias and Guillermo were neat and meticulous in their work and the areas they repaired/painted are now perfect. Elias also changed out electrical outlets and door handles at no charge. GPCP accommodated my schedule and worked around my elderly mother and rambunctious dog. They were professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! I've already received an estimate from them for the next phase of painting. GPCP is stuck with me (and my dog) as a customer for many years to come!

I needed to pressure wash my driveway and pool deck last minute in order to have my home look decent for an upcoming event. I contacted Gables Pressure Cleaning and Elias, the owner, answered my call. He was very pleasant and that same day he was available to come by my home and provide me with a quote for the services I needed. I was very impressed with his response time and the quote for the work was very reasonable considering the space that needed to be cleaned. On the day that the work was scheduled Elias was punctual and immediately started to work. I noticed that he was mindful of my property and even went the extra mile by pressure washing some plastic folding chairs that were going to be used for my event. Eli promptly responded to my email inquiry and generously offered to squeeze my job in on short notice. He pressure washed my roof (white, flat concrete tiles) on a two-story house in a little over an hour and rinsed off all the exterior walls and windows. The house sparkles!

Immediate response and a quote within days. The works started within a week , as I was looking to have my pool cage pressure sprayed first, and the following day had the pool cage painted. They did run into one issue with some over spray on the painting, but they made up for it , and took care of the issue, staining the concrete slab. overall my patio area looks 100% better following the job. They even came back and followed up on their work adjusting the paint stain where it needed a second coat.

Excellent service and results. Was very responsive in scheduling and coming out. Performed more cleaning than I had originally requested (more was needed) and great work all the way around.

He did an outstanding job on the roof - it is now back to its original beautiful white color. He showed up on time, finished up when he said he would, and cleaned up the walls and patios to get rid of any debris. I will definitely use again!

Elias first met with me and reviewed the work to be done before submitting an estimate. I met his helper, Willie, who will be working with him. We agreed on a price and a day to perform the work. Elias and Willie arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. He had all the equipment and the solutions to do the job. The result: The patio, driveway and sidewalks are sparkling clean. The framing of the pool was cleaned as well as the soffits. The exterior of the house was gently washed and looks pristine. Elias explained what work had been done, and did a walk around with me to be sure the work met with my approval.

They did a really good job. This company is really fair priced, do a good job and does not mind showing the customer how he really did it. I can do it myself, but am happy hiring him again. The only negative is that he is not easily available.

Owner was prompt, professional, went above and beyond initial agreement, provided copy of insurance, completed the job over 2 days. Note: I do not want to provide the cost of the job but it was reasonable, enough, for the work.

I inherited a house belonging to a hoarder and heavy smoker which had been severely neglected for 30 years. After having a contractor upgrade and repair structural damage I was searching for vendors to pressure clean the exterior, repair rotten wood on the outside, paint the exterior and then oil prime and paint the interior. I originally found Gables Pressure Cleaning on Angie's List searching for the pressure cleaning service, but Eli after viewing the house told me he was capable of handling all the tasks. Based on his price, which was excellent, and the Angie's List ratings I chose him for the entire project. This alone saved me untold hours of aggravation since I didn't have to deal with multiple workers for all the jobs. I couldn't be more pleased with Eli's work. He was meticulous, careful, and consistently delivered more than he committed to do. Not only did he perform all the work we agreed, he took on extra projects without expecting to be paid for everything he did. Example: the previous owner had smoked inside for decades and EVERYTHING (walls, ceilings, grout even) was coated with nicotine. Eli not only put on a coat of oil based primer, he then double primed after that before the final coat--so 4 coats of coverage throughout the house, double the work of the bid and no extra charge! When his assistant couldn't get the nicotine out of the grout in the bathrooms, they scraped out the old stuff and regrouted both rooms at a ridiculously minimal cost. He also was generous in sharing his expertise and advice about the best way to upgrade the property, which will be a rental. The entire project took almost 3 months, during which he worked steadily and consistently. I never had to worry about the job's progress and he met the time deadline we set. He and his team left the house immaculate, and looking far better than I could have expected or hoped based on how much of a disaster it was when he started the work. I highly recommend Eli and Gables Pressure Cleaning He is trustworthy, skillful, friendly and honest. I feel very fortunate that I found him on Angie's List and that he took on the project.
