Description of Work: Lisa's Natural Home Cleaning Service was punctual and professional. She brought 2 helpers and announced to me on arriving at my home that because she brought 2 helpers they would stay 1 hour which would be equal to 3 hours cleaning by 1 person. I let them know my priority rooms: clean kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and dust and vacuum entire house. They stayed 1 hour and 15 minutes and did a good job although it was not enough time to really finish . . . kitchen floor did not get washed and a few other things did not get done. I was okay with that because they worked vigorously and passionately while they were here and did a good job. They had time constraints that day as many other members took advantage of her $75 coupon and they had appts. back to back. I think they would have stayed longer to finish completely if they were not so pressed for time. What they did not have time to finish, I took care of myself, but they truly got the majority of the cleaning done. I liked that Lisa uses all natural products and does not use chemicals. It is hard to find house cleaners that are aware of how toxic household cleaning products can be. I personally felt it was worth $75 and would recommend Lisa's Natural Home Cleaning Service.

Description of Work: Ms. lisa answered my call right away. she was very friendly & professional. Her and one of her workers came to my home and gave an estimate on a deep cleaning ($250 for 4 bd. house). After a couple days of thinking about it, I called her back and agreed to the work. I was slightly disapointed that when I returned home, I was scrubbing obvious stains ( dirt ) off my hardwoods, I had dust on my picture frames, cobb webs in kids playroom, some baseboards not clean, and blinds and curtains that were not properly put back up ( curtain lying on bed), not all of dirt was removed in bath tub. I realize its impossible to see/ inspect every single space but I did not consider this "deep cleaning".
