Our repeat service is non contractual and often times when folks try out out for an initial one time deep cleaning, they ask us to come back on an interval basis of their choosing. We will then match up folks with the same 2 person crew who performed their initial deep cleaning for the long term. We have a $10 per week interval pricing structure as the more frequent we stop by the less work and the longer in between visits, more work is required.

Description of Work: They did a deep cleaning. The 2 girl crew, Lucia and Beatrice, was professional, detail oriented, pleasant, courteous and did an excellent job. Since there are only two senior citizens living in the house, we contracted for them to come every 4 weeks. If the future visits are as good as the first, I would continue to sing their praises.

For our one time deep cleaning service, we have everything listed for you that we will be cleaning online. We find it is helpful to be able to look over an exact list so that is what we provide for our valued clients. In addition, we offer the ability to add in interior oven, fridge and windows per request. Longer term, we do not require service contracts so if you ever want us to come out on a more routing basis, we would love to send an estimator out and would match you up with your same crew who performed your initial deep cleaning.

Our system is based on quality and not speed. For that reason we do require non-exact arrival times if not the first visit of the day. Often times conditions vary, basements and/or guest rooms are added and thus, variables outside of our control prevent a reliable arrival schedule. Description of Work: Deep clean and follow up monthly cleaning. My cleaners are Maria and her partner Anna. Their pride in their work and attention to detail are evident. I so far feel that I am getting a bargain. All items on the statement of work provided by Amazon appear to be done dependably on each visit. They have endured through my daughter staying for 10 weeks with infant, and Australian cattle dog, and elderly Labrador retriever, two cats, and parrot. They amaze me at their effort to clean behind that slobbery lab. They are the best.

We do have a few terms and conditions that we ask all customers to review. Don't hire them!
Description of Work: Cleaned the house. It was supposed to have been a DEEP cleaning, but was not any more cleaned than a regular house cleaning. They moved everything - furniture, curtains, things on tables and NEVER moved them back. I had just had back surgery and this caused me more trouble than ever. I am still so angry I can hardly talk about it. The man didn't speak much English and so when I told him to do something, he just said OK, but never did it. I don't think he understood what I said. I am so disappointed because when I talked to the owner, he sounded so nice and said that this was a home business. He better get better people or he won't succeed. The man broke one of my antique ironstone pitchers and I am heart broken about it. Nothing was done about it.

We feel horrible that we did not satisfy this valued client's expectations. We actually had a manager on duty during this visit for the final inspection. We immediately offered to pay for the item we unintentionally broke and have also sent off a letter with the same offer. She was very upset that the item was broken and despite our polite attempts to review the final inspection process, we were unsuccessful in being able to satisfy. We understand and respect that her item was deeply personal and we feel horrible we broke it during cleaning. Our offer still stands to replace the item and even go onto eBay or any other resource to obtain as close to an identical match as possible. Lastly, we did perform a final inspection but she was very upset that a few items were not put back in the same place they were found. Our manager triple checked everything in addition to our crew we honestly did our absolute best here. Again (member name removed) our sincere apologies.

Description of Work: I would have loved to use this company for my loft in downtown. But the gentlemen who was supposed to be assisting me with taking my request was very rude! I asked about a service area and he said he didnt service the area. I explained the unit was in downtown and he insisted he didnt service the area. Also, I explained the zip code was listed on the website as within the service area. And he again he said oh well the website is incorrect...we dont service that area! Really...how rude! I dont believe in spending money with companies who dont value me as a customer!! K

We can always turn off the notifications but a lot of folks really like us to remind them but either way is great with us. Description of Work: Called on a Monday morning to schedule a clean. I said I wanted to use the coupon and they told me it was only valid for the 3rd clean. That condition was not on the coupon (on the iPhone app) but he argued with me and insisted it was. I really wanted a clean on Wednesday - short notice, but the cleaners I went with in the end did it. Although my house did not need an initial deep clean, they insisted on doing the clean on that basis unless we do a walk-through beforehand and they were unwilling to do a walk-through before Wednesday. I was looking for a long-term cleaning service, so you'd think it would be worth their while to be more flexible. Perhaps their cleaning services are great, but I was not impressed by their office staff.
