The crew was excellent- our real estate agent was impressed with how thorough the cleaning service was, and we couldn't have asked for more. They responded quickly to our requests for information, used email to send reminders and have followed up to ensure we were happy with their service. Customer service can't be beat!

We have been using Amazon Cleaning for a year and are very happy with their service. They arrive on time, clean as agreed, and leave the house sparkling! I also appreciate their reminder calls, and their ability to switch if schedules change. They are very professional and the people they send to clean are also well trained professionals.

These people are great! I have used several cleaning services in the last 15 years, and Amazon Cleaning has far surpassed them all. They do a thorough job everywhere in the house. I have used Amazon Cleaning weekly for about a year now, and I am very, very happy.

I was searching for a good house cleaning service and found that Amazon Cleaning had the highest number of positive reviews on Angie's list. I The two-person crew arrived on time; they were very polite and professional. I showed them through the house and then left them to their work. After a very hard working 5 hours they completed the job and I took a tour. My house has never sparkled like this! The house was fresh and completely clean from top to bottom. I highly recommend them!

Amazon cleaning was very professional and courteous. Everything went very well and my house has never looked better. I have a cat and the fur can be out of control but you would never know it now. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to all of my friends. If you are a pet owner I highly suggest them.

The provider never responded to my request for an estimate or dates for cleaning services. No one called or emailed me. I joined Angie's list for good referrals. I chose two of the most recommended and recognized providers, but neither bothered to respond. Now all I get is notifications for roofing deals from Angie's list, and yet I have never been contacted by either of the cleaning services. I gave them both my phone number and my email address. So much for dependable reviews and references. It feels like I paid to join a marketing list. My first impression is "complete fail."

Once again, they were very friendly professional. I've used them for a number of years. They do a very thorough job. Other people I had used before were a little bit cheaper. But, I feel like I got my money's worth based on the job they did. No trouble with scheduling and showing up when they said they would which is one of my biggest pet peeves. In the past I had a very large dog at the house and they were able to accommodate him. I plan to keep using them...

The two ladies who did the cleaning were charming, professional and very thorough. The work was completed exactly at the time promised, and everything sparkled for the new owners. I would definitely recommend Amazon for a move-out service.

I just realized today that we have hit our two year mark with AMAZON and we are still so happy! The crews are punctual, professional, and do a great job for us. When we have had special requests they have been great to make those request happen. The office contact, Angel, is always easy to contact and a pleasant person with whom to work. After two year, the quality has not changed and we will continue to recommend this company! Thanks Amazon!

We really like them (and so does our pup!) They are extremely friendly, trustworthy and hard working. My only complaint (and I'm not sure it's a fair one to express) is that they don't necessarily put things back where they "belong" - i.e. my bathroom items get shifted to "his" side and sometimes they'll move something off of one surface in order to clean and I'll find the item on another surface somewhere else.

The two women we have had are always on time, work efficiently and professionally. The only thing they will not do is move anything over 20 lbs. nor lift mattresses.

They arrived on time and stayed until the house was completely cleaned. I have had numerous services, including regular bi-weekly service and have never experienced this type of in-depth cleaning. I can honestly attest to the excellent service that was provided and highly recommend Amazon Cleaning to anyone who is looking for excellent, reasonably cost home cleaning services.

During the free consultation, that's when they give you a quote for your home specifically. We have a 3 bedroom home, about 2200 sq. ft., and so they gave us a cost based on cutting your square footage of your room in your home. I would say that they have a pretty fair price. I think they have great follow ups so, when I made the consultation initially someone called me and spoke with me about it. Additionally when I made the appointment, someone called the day before to remind me of the appointment and then after services are rendered, actually just this past Tuesday, someone came out to the house and asked me how happy I was specifically if I liked the cleaners to do the service. So I think they're very great at communication and follow up. They are very punctual and very professional. It's a 2-person team that comes each time so I recommend them.

The house looked great. I have used them before and I am always surprised at the level of detail of their cleaning. The place look, smells, and feels wonderful.

The experience went very well. They were very receptive. We called several times to set up the third appointment. We didn't get a call back and kept calling back & forth. We finally got a hold of them and the guy apologized. He offered us a free refrigerator cleaning because it took us a while to get a hold of them. We had the same couple come out. They were really professional and took a long time to really do the cleaning. They did an excellent job.

They did a good job but I found them a bit pricey. They have good customer service. If they came down on pricing I would hire them again in the future.

Amazon was recommended to me by a friend. The whole experience was pleasant. Customer service and follow up call service were very polite. I was very impressed with how clean my apartment was. My apartment smell really good. I didnt get to meet the crew but with the little touch of folded tissue flowers, I know they put out their best effort.

I was told to leave a clean set of sheets out and they would change them for me. It sounded so great but no one has taught them how to make a bed. The house looked and smelled clean.After the initial cleaning,; we were told they would come every other thursday. Called them and said I wanted my cleaning done on Wednesdays. They agreed and scheduled for Wednesdays. Two weeks later a new crew came and supposedly cleaned. The house didn't smell clean. There was dirt on the fredge handles, dust and hair in the corners of the master bath, the tops of the picture frames were dusty and the family room bookcase was dusty. As far as I can tell ; they barely did anything. Called Amazon 2 times and am waiting for their response. After they return my money; I will NOT use them again The only way they will give me back my money is if I sign a new review written by them saying that they have done everything to make me happy. They have not and NOW never can . I do not respond well to bribery and I thought Angie's list was about sharing the truth. Apparenty, they can change my review with my signature. 7

We have used them twice, we are on a 4 week schedule with them. We have been pretty happy with them. They do a pretty good job.

We don't use cleaners much because we have a one year old at home and we're trying to save money. In the past we have had some individuals (not companies) that were lower cost than a company. The house had become so messy that we finally broke down and ordered this deep cleaning and boy we are glad we did. The house has never looked (or smelled!) this nice. We were extremely satisfied with the cleaning that Amazon provided. From punctuality, to quality of service, to professionalism in communication, Amazon knocked it out of the park. I really can't recommend them enough. It was very clear from the onset that Amazon is a company that really cares about quality and the crew they sent out was so friendly and thorough. They spent the entire time plus a little bit to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job they had done. Before, during, and after the cleaning they strove to understand exactly what we wanted and treated us fairly with a common sense approach. While we aren't currently in the position to have a weekly maid service, it goes without saying that the next time my wife and I 'break down' we know exactly who we're going to call. The service that Amazon provided allows us to have more quality time as a family and feel great in our new-feeling home!
