The team showed up punctually and worked consistently until the job was done, taking care to address each aspect of the project with professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. Friendly and hardworking - the team was efficient and our house was spotless by the time the job was complete. One of the things I liked about the service was that the team used their best judgment when questions arose, and also actively solicited feedback. They asked us where we'd like things, and took the initiative to move items that we placed above the cabinets that we had forgotten. We could not have been happier with the service, and definitely plan to hire them again.

Amazon Cleaning takes on our 5 bathrooms, completely scouring them every other week. The two-person team Amazon sends out (and they send the same team each week, which is really nice) does an impeccable job - no detail is overlooked! They have worked with us for over a year now and we continue to appreciate their professionalism, their pleasant, friendly attitude and their flexibility!

Amazon Cleaning is very professional. They always clean when they say they will. They are flexible if you need cleaning done other than your scheduled time. The house is very clean and smells great as soon as you walk in the door.

This has been a great experience. We have a two year old and both work, so we have limited time to clean the house and a lot of time spent playing on our floors with our daughter. Our onsite "assessment" was very well done, with all the options explained and a real focus on learning what we did and did not want (we have a lot of inherited antiques, and they were very careful to document what cleaners to use on which items, etc). Without me mentioning it, they noticed our nursery and we had a good conversation about options for chemicals, green versions, where what items should be used, etc -- all driven by their process. We then had Jose and Rosa come do the deep clean and it was fantastic. Although we are not under any contract, we have them scheduled every other week to come back and keep the house clean. It's been about maybe 6 months, and other than two holiday weekends (which we were called about well ahead of time and our cleaning is on a friday), we have consistently had Jose and Rosa as our team. On those two holidays, we were notified ahead that they would be out of town, and we had a (great) "managerial" crew come, and they were consistent across the two visits. The house gets very clean. Out things are well respected. Jose and Rosa are very personable and we enjoy talking with them. They show up on time and/or early. And when they are early, they get prepped but wait to come in until the right time. They are very nice to our two year old daughter and tolerate our crazy dog very well. Amazon reminds us about service appointments and calls occasionally to check in on our satisfaction. We have had two surprise inspections, where the supervisors show up as the team leaves to check out the work. When we were researching options, there were a few that were a little cheaper, but the professionalism, consistency, and friendliness of the company and the team has made this a no brainer relationship for us.

I've used Amazon for a couple of months now and have been happy with the service. Would definitely recommend.

A contract team of two cleaners came to the house for the first cleaning of the day. They were on time and were kind and polite during their visit. Everything was cleaned with "green" products and was done so to my specifications. I have children and a dog and they worked around them with no problem. They did a thorough job, cleaning baseboards, dusting fans, cleaning dining room table and chairs. In addition they changed all bedding and even placed all dirty sheets in the laundry room. All of their cleaning supplies (towels, dusting cloths, vacuums, etc) looked clean and well taken care of. Very pleased with their performance, professionalism, and kindness.

We have been using Amazon Cleaning as a bi-weekly service for two years now and have zero complaints. First of all, it is difficult to find individuals you can trust to come in your home and all of their employees go through a background search prior to hiring. Everyone we have encountered from this company are pleasant and professional and the owners of the company appear to treat their employees very well. They always leave our house in wonderful shape, looking and smelling clean. We have two dogs and visitors have said that you would not be able to tell we even owned pets by the way our house looks and smells. I would not use any other cleaning company and highly recommend Amazon!

They were running slightly late and called to let us know right away. They also stayed after their allotted time since they did arrive late. They cleaned our whole 2 bed/2.5 bath townhome from top to bottom in about 3 hours. The place was sparkling when they were done. I would definitely use them again and am thinking of having routine service at our new place.

They are very prompt, efficient and can be flexible when necessary. They were able to change days to accommodate our schedule and help us prepare for visiting guests. They follow-up the day before with both an email and phone confirmation. They bring their own cleaning products, rags and vacuum, so I'm not racing out the night before to pick up supplies, and I'm not left with a washer full of cleaning rags. Based on the length of time they are here and the amount of area they cover, I think the price is very fair. With the exception of my date change request, the same team comes on a regular basis.

Started off great...I was home while they cleaned. When I went back to work the quality declined and it was obvious that they were taking shortcuts. They did, however, refund our last service due to the extremely poor quality.

Their punctuality, professionalism and overall efficiency was all there. I have already set their services for a regular basis and am really pleased with our decision to do that - one less thing on my plate and I know it is being handled extremely well. No kidding, give them a call, you'll be glad you did!! I AM!

The cleaning went very well. They were right on time. This was the first time so they did a deep cleaning and covered places that other cleaners missed like baseboards, dust balls behind the sofa, and the laundry nook in addition to the normal areas (bathrooms and floor cleaning). They also stated they would change the beds if the sheets are left. I did not choose to leave those out. The pricing was for the deep cleaning. I chose to have future cleanings at $130 every 4 weeks.

I moved to Atlanta several months ago and needed a cleaning service. I checked Angie's list and saw that Amazon cleaning had great ratings, so I tried them. I have to say, I was not disappointed. They are the best cleaning service that I have ever used and I have used many :) Several members of my family have severe dust allergies, so it is very important to me to have my home cleaned well. I am very particular and I always check areas that are often missed. I am happy to report that I have found no missed area. I have had the same team since I started, they are very professional and pleasant,. They arrive on time and work effectively until the job is done. I have a large house but they manage to do an excellent job in a timely fashion. I am very impressed and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent cleaning service. Their fees are reasonable especially given the quality of the work. 5 star rating from me!

The crew arrived during the time interval quoted. They were personable and professional. They vacuumed, dusted, cleaned baseboards and skylights, cleaned bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen, and made all the beds. They included little touches, like folding the towels in the bathroom in a pretty shape. This is their fourth cleaning, and I am more than pleased. I will continue to use them indefinitely.

I am very pleased with their service. They were punctual and professional. I liked the details they cleaned.. The estimation via email was almost accurate. No hidden fee and no mandatory contract period. They provided me key lock box for free so I don't need to be at home for the occuring service starting next month. They are pet-friendly as well. Looking forward to have next service.

Excellent. The couple that cleans my home are George and Maria and they are wonderful. They are punctual and professional. I feel very comfortable with them in my home when I am not there , and they do a thorough cleaning every week.
