Amazon Cleaning LLC

Although there are no contracts, we have them set up on a biweekly schedule because the results are so good. We have the same team (Jose and Rosa) every week and they (1) get the place shining and (2) are really nice to us, our stuff, our daughter and our pets. I work out of the house so they are careful to check in where I need to be and when and work their cleaning plan around my needs. I see them checking up and making sure they don't "miss a spot". You can their pride in their great work, and our house is always clean and clear when they are done. I spoke with neighbors who pay other services maybe a little less, but also told stories of the cleanings being "okay" and having to follow up on a few things. Not the case here. I am getting more than my money's worth and that's why we happily wait for them to show up every other Friday.

George and Maria do a great job, they don't mind my dog being out while they clean, and are always exactly on time. One week George and Maria were not going to be the crew cleaning, and Amazon informed me with plenty of notice that a different crew would be in instead for that one cleaning. This crew also did a great job. I appreciate the appointment reminders via email and phone call, and periodically I get calls to check up on how things are going and whether or not I need to add any special instructions.

Their customer service is outstanding and the owner of the company did a site visit to be sure he knew exactly what I wanted done (and how). They maintain ongoing customer contact to be sure you are satisfied. They even called the day before to let me know the names of the people who would be there and to see if there were any specific cleaning materials I needed. The crew was very prompt, worked hard, asked questions when they weren't sure what I wanted done, and did a fantastic job. My husband thinks I am obsessive about how things are cleaned - but this company did a wonderful job and I couldn't find anything they missed. I will be using them on a regular basis to clean our home every other week.

They are always punctual and do a wonderful job with excellent attention to detail. I am always impressed by how clean and fresh the house feels and looks when they are finished. I love the way their products smell too which is a plus! No chemical smells whatsoever. I highly recommend!

I appreciate the kitchen floor and batchroom floor claening, the detailed bathroom cleaning, and the nice job in the bedrooms. Amazon easily added a cleaning day when I need some extra cleaning before a party, and changed the day of the week that my regular crew comes, at my request. I really appreciate their flexibility, and their attention to quality and follow-up. I have to also report that Amazon was particularly responsive to a problem that occurred when I asked for an extra cleaning day, and had a different crew. The crew did a fine job, but broke a small mirror. Amazon throughly investigated the problem, and replaced the mirror quickly,

I work out of town all week, in a setting that does not easily give me access to the Internet. When I contacted Amazon originally, they sent someone out to give me an estimate, and when he stated they would mail the estimate to my home, I requested that they give me a call instead, as it would be a few days before I would see my mail. He refused. When I got back to Atlanta for the weekend, I found the estimate in the mail. The first 'deep cleaning' (which the fellow who came said I wouldn't need, as I've been having my house cleaned every two weeks for years) was outrageously priced ($400). I called that Saturday (of course they don't answer their phone on Saturdays) and I left a message, requesting to be contacted back to discuss the estimate and possibly set a date for the first cleaning. I gave my cell phone number. A couple of days go by, and, back at work out-of-town, I found an email from Amazon that evening. I didn't ask for an email, I had asked for a phone call. Not only that, but the email consisted of chiding me for thinking they were overcharging for their services, and that their prices were final and non-negotiable. I didn't even say anything about 'their prices' in my voice mail! My return email again requested them to call me. And, again, they emailed me back...no phone call, again. I don't really care what sort of work this company does, they are rude enough to ignore requests to speak with them personally about potential services. I'm not the only one who's complained here about this owner's attitude, and I can fully understand now. He's in charge, and his customers are apparently bothersome morons. Eventually this attitude will catch up with him, business-wise. Expect to have issues with them if you actually had a complaint or other issue that needed to be addressed. He's only going to deal with you on his terms. Update: In response to the owner's response: Of course no work was performed. Read the preceding review to see why. My comments are concerning the owner, Jerry, not the cleaning teams. Apparently others are quite satisfied with the cleaning provided (although one reviewer here did say that Jerry tried to coerce an "A" review out of them, so some of these "A" reviews might not be legit). Jerry did not go 'off the chain' until I requested a personal phone call. Others here in their reviews have had the same problem. There was no conflict, no attempts to 'demoralize' anyone, just a request to discuss the provided Customer Service Agreement outlining their proposed services and pricing. He categorically refused to do so, twice. This has nothing to do with trying to 'avoid conflict', it has to do with an apparently shifty and rude, control-freak owner. Very, very weird way to treat a potential customer. Nothing he has posted is true. If I had 'demoralized' previous cleaning teams ('demoralize', in Jerry-speak, means 'expecting them to do their job as advertised'), and he could tell from the estimate walk-through (performed by someone else, not Jerry) that I was going to be 'a problem', then why in the heck did he subsequently mail me a written offer of services and email me "Glad to hear from you!" following my receipt of said Customer Service Agreement (which has been scanned and emailed to Angie's List)? I don't think he's got any answer or explanation, other than the fact that he is untruthful, and has likely done the same thing in his own 'retaliatory' retorts to others here on Angie's List who dare to give his company a "D" or "F" (which is usually because of him and his behavior, not the cleaning crews' work). Additionally, as stated in my original comments, I work out-of-town, and have done so for the past two years. Jerry was aware of that fact, as was the individual who came to do the walk-through estimate. The instructions on how the cleaning crew were to access my home are clearly written on the Customer Service Agreement. In no way, shape, or form would it be possible for me to 'demoralize', ie, 'speak directly' to his cleaning crew, much less any other previous cleaning crews from other companies. This guy make telling 'untruths' a lifestyle, apparently. Lastly, I noted on the Customer Service Agreement (again, this was scanned and emailed to Angie's List for their perusal) the comment 'floor is [sic]damage'. The fellow that came for the home walk-through wrote this down, among other generic comments, when at no time during this walk-through did we discuss that 'my floors were damaged'. In fact, he complimented me on the well-kept state of my hardwood floors (throughout the house). This is an apparent attempt to include something, hidden-wise amongst all of the other writing, that will cover Amazon Cleaning's butt if they did damage someone's floors, so they could claim no responsibility. Everyone who is willing to take the risk and choose this cleaning service over the other "A" rated services here on Angie's List should carefully read the offered Customer Service Agreement to make sure that this 'statement' was not included. It is very well possible that this fellow thought my floors look damaged, but he needed to open his mouth and let the home owner know of his opinion, and that he was writing it on their Customer Service Agreement, period. Shady business practice, Jerry, that needs to stop. Home Service Reports, who is referenced along Amazon Cleaning's page sidebar, likely has no idea how unprofessional the owner is. Hire at your own risk after reading this. PS--The fellow that came for the home walk-through said that my home didn't need the deep-clean first cleaning, but the Customer Service Agreement indicated that I would have no choice but to cough up almost $400 for the first cleaning. Another shady practice, insisting that a home that receives regular cleaning needs a 'deep cleaning'. Otherwise, have the employee who come out for the estimate walk-through make it clear, up front, that the 'deep cleaning first visit' is required, regardless of the condition of the home. Additionally, any further comments from Jerry, along the lines of 'My home estimate employee didn't do any of those things!" will also be untruths. He darn well did tell me that my floors looked good and that my home appeared clean. Naughty employee! You will probably get a verbal dressing-down. Further update: Any negative review on this service provider is followed rapidly by several 'A' reviews, all on the same day. I have notified AngiesList that this fellow offers additional services in exchange for getting an A rating, in order to maintain his overall "A", but apparently Angie doesn't care. He is belligerent, hard-to-deal-with, and it's always the customers' fault. I defy anyone to find a review response in which he actually admits fault and apologizes. Terrible person and a liar. They no-showed for an agreed service. I think it's a shame that AngiesList allows this shady, deceptive individual to continue to advertise how fabulous he is on their website.

I am a clean freak, I like to keep my house clean & orderly. Once I had a baby, I just knew i couldn't do everything, so I had a friend recommend Amazon Cleaning and looked at the reviews on Angie's List. I decided to give them a try. They came out to do a deep clean which would follow with a regular clean every 2 weeks. The house looks wonderful after each clean! It is so nice to be able to enjoy a clean house. It is better than I could do myself. It is the same 2 person team each time and they are extremely nice and professional. If they are going to be late, I receive a courtesy call. Overall I have been very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend them!

After confirming a cleaning date for tomorrow several weeks ago, I contacted the provider via email today to confirm the list of services that would be covered. Jerry (the owner?) called me on the phone to tell me that some of the items on the list I sent were NOT covered by their standard service. When I politely asked Jerry to review my list over the phone so I could understand what would or wouldn't be covered, he refused to do so and told me to visit their website for the list of covered services. Since he refused to discuss my list verbally, I then asked him to respond via email with the list of items he would be covering. He refused to do this as well. I told him that if I was going to have a cleaning crew in my home for 5 hours, I wanted to know exactly what they would be handling. Jerry refused to discuss anything over the phone. I found this to be a questionable practice. All other service providers have been more than willing to discuss their services with me over the phone or via email. When I told him that I could not understand why he was incapable of discussing the covered services over the phone, Jerry told me he would not be coming to my home and that he was cancelling my service. Before I could say another word, he hung up the phone on me. As a result, I no longer have a cleaning professional scheduled for my home. I am beyond disappointed with the behavior exhibited by this individual.

Amazon Cleaners has been cleaning my house for over 2 years and they have been doing a great job. They are always polite and respectful of my house and my belongings. They clean everything top to bottom. They are thorough and have never had any issues with them. They even helped out with a major clean up for a townhome move-out to make it look presentable for sale. They are flexible to fit my hectic schedule as well. A great company and staff.

I have been using Amazon Cleaning for 3 years and have been more than satisfied with their services. I was able to pick the frequency (every 3 weeks) which helps -especially with everyone's busy schedules. They are also very accommodating when I need to reschedule to to illnesses. The team is usually a married couple who are very kind, very courteous and respectable. They get to their work (it usually takes about 4hours). If something needs special attention, I just let the team know or shoot them an email after my reminder email I receive. I also receive an automated phone message the day prior. Our household consists of 2 adults that work; 4 kids, 2 cats and to large dogs...you can imagine the mess that is generated! It is always such a joy after the service leaves and the house is s.p.o.t.l.e.s.s- even the pantry! If there is ever a question or concern, Angel & Jerry are on it and will offer a service to make things right. I cannot tell you how many cleaning agencies in the various cities I have lived in that I have used. Hands down, you will not find a cleaning company that cares about their clients as much as Amazon does!

Crew arrived late. Crew was nice and apologized for the latest. However, a manager called me later on that day and was rude and very unprofessional in my opinion.

I'm always pleased with how clean my house is after they have been here. They clean baseboards and windowsills without being asked. They wash dishes if needed. They have stayed late and cleaned the refrigerators.

Great. I have been using Amazon for a while now and both my wife and I are extremely pleased with Amazon and the individual crew assigned to clean our residence. They are prompt, courteous and thorough. Amazon responds in a timely manner to issues such as rescheduling, etc. Overall very pleased!

I think Amazon Cleaning does a great job and is affordable. Their employees are prompt and they do a good job of cleaning everything. I trust having them in my house even though I am not home. When I have had issues or questions, these are addressed timely and satisfactorily by management at the company.

We have been using Amazon for the past two years and we couldn't be happier. Their level of professionalism is top-notch. They have excellent communication, great quality, and a fair price. We have had the same cleaning crew for as long as we have been with the company. They are very friendly and do a great job. Having the same employees for so long in this industry also shows the company treats their employees well. We also used them to do deep-cleaning and turn-key cleaning of our rental property. Again, very professional and an excellent job.

Below are the email exchanges I had with the owner after they were forced to "not show up" due to crew accident. Today I called to follow up after not hearing from them despite being nice when they said their crew was in an accident. The owner told me that he would only communicate via email and basically hung up on me. I was prepared to pay their price of $400+ for deep cleaning and $190 per week for bi weekly. I will have to assume that this company has so much business they feel they can treat prospective clients any way they wish. Mr. Dillard, We politely explained our staffing emergency prior and again today. We were greeted with pressure and harassment. If we put a boundary that no means no it needs to be respected. We are issuing a Cease and Disest and respectfully require no further contact of any kind. We have never had our house cleaned by a cleaning company and have heard a mix of bad and good stories from friends having their houses cleaned so really was a little hesitant. However, Amazon Cleaning Services was wonderful! They were on time and did an absolutely terrific job being very thorough from cleaning all the ceiling fans all the way down to cleaning the baseboards. I would certainly recommend them to my family and friends and will definitely be calling them again soon to schedule bi-weekly house cleanings.

It was excellent!!! They did a thorough cleaning of my kitchen and even cleaned the entire inside of my refrigerator. Then they cleaned all my hardwood floors on my 2nd level. Also, they did a fabulous job cleaning my 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The customer service before and after the cleaning was superb too! I would recommend Amazon Cleaning to any and everyone!

Since this is the first time we contacted Amazon they did a initial cleaning to set up a baseline. I guess our house was a little dirty because this was only suppose to take 5 hours (2 ladies) but ended up taking 6 hours. Amazon did not charge me for the extra hour and they gave me a really good deal on the initial cleaning (make sure to mention Angie's list). I thought the ladies were very professional and they worked really hard to make the house look & smell great. They were super with my dog (which is good because I didn't want to have to lock him up). A small (3X5) picture frame was broken in the cleaning and Amazon offered me a Fridge, Window or Oven cleaning for the next visit free of charge to make up for this. I told them that it wasn't necessary since the frame was small and old but they insisted. I'm now set up to have bi-monthly cleanings, which they will send out an email for reminder & a call prior. Overall the experience was really good and I'm glad that I chose Amazon.

I LOVE Amazon Cleaning! I live with 3 large dogs, a cat and a husband in a small intown home. I was going to be hosting a friend's bridal shower and needed some help preparing the house. I knew of a few guests who suffer from pet allergies and even had one that said she would have to spend majority of her time outside because of it. A few days before the shower the Amazon cleaning crew arrived. They were very meticulous, polite, and respectful. They did such an amazing job that all of the bridal shower guests were able to enjoy the party, not 1 sneeze occured! I'M NOT KIDDING, NOT 1! I am currently a regular with the company, have recommended it to my friends, and even plan on giving my newly wed friend a cleaning as a gift!

I request a quote online, I was given the price over the phone and I was told that to confirm the price they needed to visit my house. I tried to schedule the visit with no success, left a message and nobody returned my calls. When I was finally able to communicate with them (by my own initiative), the representative told me that they have given me the wrong estimate (with no apology for their mistake). I received the new estimate (higher than the original) and requested a visit to my house to confirm the pricing. The representative told me that they were not willing to "waste their time" visiting my house since there were not to reduce the "correct" price they just gave me over the phone. I explained the person that I was NOT requesting the price to go down, that my intend was to get an accurate price for the cleaning services but he refused to schedule the visit for the second time. The representative was very unprofessional to the point of being disrespectful.

Team did a wonderful job as usual. This was the third time they have come. The house always looks spotless when they leave - and much better than when I do the cleaning. Professional service, tools and cleaning products make all the difference. Rosa and Jesus are always thorough, polite and flexible. If I prefer that they clean certain rooms over others, they are very accommodating. This is absolutely the best cleaning service I have ever used and I have tried many. Would definitely recommend them!

Amazon cleaning was great to deal with and did a wonderful job! I will definitely call them again in the future!
