They did a excellent job. Very professional. The people that came were very friendly. They've always been very flexible with my schedule. I have a very large dog. They were able to handle the situation. I've had issues with that in the past. Not the cheapest service I've used. But, I feel like I get what I pay for.

The cost was reasonable. They were very good. They immediately went to work. They hit all the high spots and then had extra time that we had booked them for. They went back through and did things that we did not ask them to do. They just did it. The cost was around $250, but that was for an entire home. I contacted their company in the morning and they got back to me by that afternoon. Then, we had set up an appointment within four days.

We have been working with Amazon Cleaning for over 2 years now. They continue to provide good service, amazingly dependable, we've had only 2 crews the entire time we've worked with them. They are flexible if I need to change a date, or want to add something extra. The owner is very responsive, as is the office staff. And best of all, I love how clean my house is and how great it smells on their scheduled day!! I have recommended them to some of our neighbors who also have worked with them.

When I told them my computer was out they told me I was out.

They did all the cleaning listed in their ad and discussed with their rep. (2) ladies for approx (3) hours. Top to bottom cleaning.Very thorough. I will probably use them monthly - same team of women. Service provided as described. Excellent!!

This was my first time using Amazon so they did their initial deep clean. They did a wonderful job - esp on the details - blinds, ceiling fans, etc. I would definitely call them again in the future.

Before we scheduled our first appointment, the manager came to view our home and give us a more accurate rate. He showed us the services they prided themselves in and answered any questions we had. We set up our apt for an initial "deep clean." We were sent a reminder email 2 days prior to our apt with the date and time frame we had requested confirmed. Our crew was punctual, friendly, and did the best cleaning job we have had (and we have been through our share of house cleaners)! They paid very close attentional to detail and my family and I were extremely pleased. We have since booked them on a regular basis. I would highly recommend this company to those who is looking for cleaners, they are the best in the business!

Amazon Cleaners have cleaned our house several times and we have been pleased every time. They send the same crew each time so the results are always consistent. They are very nice and eager to do a good job. The office staff is also very congenial and provide reminders prior to each cleaning as well as follow up afterward. We plan to continue using them on a regular basis and would highly recommend them to others.

After the team leaves, my house sparkles . This is because they work very hard during the two and one half hours that they are here.

Minor things are consistently not cleaned in the house. After emails were sent asking that certain items be cleaned, they were still ignored. Big stuff looks great (ie. vacuuming, made up beds, etc.)

The employees were polite and professional. They did a great job cleaning. They even organized my laundry room supplies. I have signed up to have my house cleaned every two weeks with them. I don't know why I didn't do this earlier.

They did a great job. I liked them very much. There was only one thing I didn't like. Actually I am going to call them again anyway. My house had been closed up, so it was very dusty, but they used water on my antique mahogany furniture and on my Baby Grand. I've never heard of such a thing and the young lady said it was because it's so dusty. Well, it wasn't that dusty. I was in the house the whole time, so they could have asked me and I would have said no, don't put any water on my antique mahogany furniture. They only came once. It was probably a very fair price. They did a good job and I was happy with the job they did. They came on time, they cleaned up after themselves and they were very efficient. There were two people, a man and a woman. They were both very nice. I have no complaints about anything, except this one thing. I just couldn't believe, especially my being in the house that she wouldn't have just asked me. I am very unhappy and I was very unhappy at the time that they would use water on very expensive furniture. Except for this, they were very professional. I would use them again. I intend to call them this week.

They are really good. They pay attention to detail, the house is really clean and they are good. They just clean the house, and so I don't have any questions or concerns, I don't have any conversations with them. I think they are a little pricey, but they are always on time.

The young lady that came to my house was absolutely fantastic! She had a great attitude and seemed to actually enjoy cleaning! I would recommend that particular young lady any time to anyone!

Amazon cleaning does a great job! Customer service is very helpful and they provide a reminder email and phone call several days before the cleaning service. The same team comes each month and they always do a thorough job. I am always pleased with the results!

They have done a very good job and they come every month for us for housecleaning. We have been using them for about 3-4 months now. They do a very thorough job at a very reasonable price. The same cleaners come out every time. They do a basic housecleaning for our whole house. There are 3 floors and the home is about 3,500 square feet.

They did a good job. They did a whole house deep cleaning to a home that we just moved into. They brought out 2 cleaners and they were here for about 6-7 hours. They did every room and every location in the home. They were very professional and communicated well. The folks who came worked hard all day and they also brought their supplies with them.

I had 2 cleaning ladies come out and I just rehabbed a condo and they came out to clean that up for me. They were very thorough, on time, and had all the cleaning supplies with them. They also brought a ladder and buckets. They had reasonable pricing. They also did this in about an hour and a half. It was a loft condo and we had a lot of dust they had to clean, along with dusting and vacuuming. They also washed the large windows and cleaned everything up. I was very pleased with their service. I do not live in that location, and it was important that they showed up on time and completed the work in one day.

The service was great. They come back for me once every 2 weeks. I am very happy with them. I have been using them since late December. They are very thorough and the ladies are very nice and hard working. We are on a schedule with them and they always timely. I have them do general housecleaning. This is done on a 3,000 square foot home.

We've had such an incredible experience with this company that we've signed up for a bi-monthly service. They do a deep cleaning for us. 2 cleaners come out for us and we requested certain cleaners, because we have used them before. They stay for about 4 to 4.5 hours. When they finish you can definitely tell the transformation. They are so good at cleaning and we trust them so much that we would give them a key to our home. I wished Angie's List would let me give them an A+. I have no negative things to say about this company. We did find this company through Angie's List too.
