Amazon cleaners has been cleaning my house for 11 months. I LOVE the crew who comes to my house and cleans. They are very respectful and clean my house to a sparkling shine! The quality has been consistent for the entire time they have been cleaning. It is always the same crew that shows up on time every two weeks. The value for the service is incredible and I would highly recommend them. They have cleaned my house better than any other cleaning service has ever done. Every inch of the house is clean and beautiful when they leave.

The owner, the younger guy, originally came off as a nice, competent person. They cleaned our home for 2 months, weekly, with the same crew. Then, a crew person had a medical condition, and they had to change. Things in our house that weren't to be touched/cleaned were compromised. And the younger owner, was a completely irrational person. He yelled at us because he said we had certain expectations (which he had previously promised), he said that even though his crew had come in and done things that weren't consistent with our wishes, that we were the folks with the problem. He yelled at us! We reviewed him on Yelp and Kudzu, and he continued to misrepresent the situation. His workers did their job, but the owner was the single most unprofessional person we've ever dealt with!

I don't use them for a weekly cleaning, but I've used them half a dozen times for deep cleans and kind of one time, yearly deep clean and they're very detail oriented and meticulous with their work. They do a very good job.

We found Amazon Cleaning via Angie's list back in September of 2010 and they have been cleaning our home every two weeks ever since. I have meant to post a review from the beginning, but am pleased to say that nearly four years later, I still have the same great things to say about their service. First, I was very pleased from the initial meeting we had with Jerry when we received our estimate. He is very professional and great to work with. Instead of simply basing our quote on the square footage of our home, he walked each room and determined the actual time it would take his team to clean and provided a very reasonable quote. He took detailed notes of what they should and should not clean, what rooms we regularly used, where we wanted them to spend more time, etc. Beyond being easy to work with, I have to note the process that Amazon uses to ensure the quality and consistency of their service. I can honestly say we are as pleased today with each of our cleanings as we were with the first. Amazon strives to keep the same team servicing our home, and they hire and retain really good people. Generally our team (two people) is husband and wife or otherwise related, so they work well together. Employee turnover is very low, and we have typically had the same team for at least a year or so straight, so they get to know our home and we get comfortable with them. When they do have turnover, Amazon is very good about communicating to let us know that someone different would be servicing our home and carefully monitors their work to make sure that we continue to receive excellent service. The process they use is quick, efficient, very thorough, and results in unbelievable consistency over time and across teams. On the one occasion that we had a new team that wasn't quite up to their standards (but still was pretty good), their own quality monitoring addressed the issue and assigned a new team before I could even let them know! Each cleaning, they consistently vacuum, dust, clean and straighten all of our bedrooms, bathrooms, halls and other rooms. We are picky about areas like the bathrooms and kitchen, and Amazon consistently doesn't miss a thing visit after visit! We have always found their teams to be very careful to avoid bumping floorboards and furniture and have never damaged any fragile items in our home. On the communication front, I love that I can reach them email in addition to phone to make scheduling changes at my convenience. They are always responsive and very easy to work with. On the rare occasion that our team is sick or has had car trouble, Amazon is quick to let us know so we are not inconvenienced or can easily reschedule. Amazon has been a pleasure to work with over the last four years, and I am confident that we will continue to use them long into the future. Thanks for the great service!

Outstanding work and customer service. House looks great, and they were excellent to work with.

I was able to pay online, which I liked. They were on time. They did a phenomenal job and worked very hard all the way through. It was a turn key service.

The couple that did a move-in turn key cleaning on my home was great. They entered the home without me having to be present and when I came back a little early, they were cleaning away. Home cleaning was very thorough and they even got some really tough spots.

I have been using Amazon Cleaning for about the past year. They come every other week to clean. They have consistently sent the same cleaners every time and have maintained their level of service over the last year. They are on time, every time and do a good job.

Truly the best in the business. Automatic calls and emails reminding us of our appointment, consistent great results, absolutely flawless. One time the crew got into a minor accident on the way and they had a backup crew out on the same day.

I've had a rash of bad luck with cleaning providers, so imagine my great surprise to find a company that actually delivers! My litmus test for a cleaning job well done is whether or not I feel the need to clean behind the cleaners. So pleased to find a cleaning service that actually cleans, rather than doing a cursory job of trying to hide the dirt. The inside of the refrigerator and oven were sparkling. The floors were thoroughly clean even in the corners where dust lurks. The cleaners themselves were sweet and personable. I will definitely be using this service again.

I called to get an estimate for cleaning a house, but was told the "sales manager" woulld call me back. He did call back in about an hour or so. After I briefly described the work to be done, he asked for the square footage to be cleaned and gave me a rough estimate based on the square footage. I thought the estimate was too low to be realistic. It is a complicated situation and I expected they would have to visit to give me a reliable estimate. He did not seem interested in coming to the job site and I felt that I could not depend on a "rough estimate."

(2) ladies from the 1st visit that I requested to be my regular monthly team. Top to bottom cleaning - prompt and excellent job done.

Two women showed up on time and cleaned for at least 6 hours. The previous owners of the home left some areas that were very messy, but the women really did a great job cleaning. We were pleased with the quality of their work. There were a couple of things not completed the first time around, but were later cleaned. They did not clean the inside of the windows and were packing up to leave, but I pointed out to them that we paid extra for this, so they did go around cleaning the windows before they left. The service was also to include dusting of ceiling fans. I noticed that they did not do this, and they said that they weren't allowed to because the fans were too high and did not have the equipment to do it. When the company called after they left to follow up on the service, I mentioned this, and they sent them back out the following day to clean the ceiling fans. Overall, we were happy with this company, and we would hire them again. The prices were very reasonable for the work preformed.

They did a wonderful job! The house looked beautiful and smelled great. We are defininately using this company for regular cleaning in our new house!

We really like their service. They are always on time. They send the same team each time so they know how we like things and have built a relationship with them. The house is thoroughly cleaned, floors washed or vacuumed as appropriate, and it smells nice. We are thrilled that we found this company on Angie's List.

It is important to me to that the cleaning service I use, carefully screens their employees and is then responsible for providing a W2 and benefits. I've been using Amazon for more than six months and in that time, I have found their service to be extremely professional and useful. Each time I've had a concern or question, they have addressed it right away. They even allowed me to work with more than one cleaning crew until we found the right fit. Overall, I am very pleased with the way Amazon staff helps me care for my home.

They came out and gave me an initial quote and I booked them to try their service. I was very impressed with the two people they sent, Wilda and Marco, who were very professional and did a great and meticulous job cleaning my home. I was so happy that I decided to hire them on an every other week basis. They always come right on time and they do not rush through the job. I have used other cleaning services in the past who were always late, talked on their cell phones and did a half-way job, so I was thrilled to finally find a truly professional company with professional employees who really care. They concentrate on their work and I feel that I get a great value for my investment. I have only the highest praise for Amazon.

Amazon Cleaning is always efficient and they have always been very flexible with scheduling. The crews are professional and they do a great job.

This is the most professional cleaning service that we have ever used. They are very willing to work around my schedule as well if I ever need a different date. They clean very thoroughly and well. We have been very happy with Amazon Cleaning for the last year.

We've used Amazon Cleaning for almost two years and have been thrilled with their service. We initially reached out to Amazon to clean our house in preparation for our newborn son's homecoming. A representative from Amazon (who was, I should add, very professional) arrived within an hour of our phone call and provided us with an estimate for both an initial cleaning and for ongoing services. A crew arrived at our house that afternoon and were remarkably thorough--I actually witnessed a member of the crew using a flashlight to scan the house for any pockets of dust they had inadvertantly missed! This episode reflects Amazon's strong committment to quality--management quality inspections occur at regular intervals to ensure that the crew is meeting expectations (which they always do!). Amazon is remarkably easy to work with. They provided us with a lock box so that they could access the house when we're away. In addition, as the same crew cleans our house on a bi-weekly basis, our dog (who has a nervous disposition) has gotten to know them and is comfortable with their presence. Our house always looks great after Amazon visits. Perhaps more importantly, as Amazon uses environmentally safe cleaning products, we don't have any concerns about our son (or us) inhaling any harmful fumes. We have recommended Amazon to both friends and family and will continue to do so.

This company has been the most frustrating company I've tried to work with in a very long time. They were at my house on 4/17 for a quote for bi-weekly cleaning services. The gentleman took notes and said he would mail my quote in a few days. I received it in a few days and no one ever followed up with me about scheduling the cleaning. I called this morning to try to schedule. They put me on the schedule for next Wednesday at 8am and said it was all confirmed. I then get a very strange email and voice mail from a different person (whom I think said his name was Jerry, and whom I think is the owner) stating they have no record of anything for me and I needed to call or email them back (basically as if I had called this morning for the first time for a quote). I called back the number that was left for me (which was a different number than the one I called this morning that is on their quote they sent) and spoke again to someone different than either the one who scheduled my appointment or the one who left me a voice mail. He looked everything up in the system and said it was all scheduled and there must have been a mix up. Again, everything was confirmed. Then, the same gentleman who called me the first time today (again, I believe his name is Jerry) with the confusing message called me back with the same confusing questions. Yes, I had somewhat of a frustrated tone in my voice because I am working and I have already tried to clear up this confusion for them and simply schedule my first cleaning for next week! He quickly became confrontational with me and said that it must be a bad time and insisted that he wasn't going to speak with me anymore and he would only communicate with me through email. Ok, what?! This only irritated me more. I believe I am the customer and I was being bombarded by confusing messages and questions and then being blamed for getting frustrated with them. Again, I am working! Bottom line, he ended up hanging up on me after shouting that my cleaning was NOT scheduled. I would never allow them into my house after that display of aggressive, confrontational arrogance. They are placing multiple calls to first time customers with confusing questions because they can't coordinate their business processes, then basically attacking the customer for being frustrated about it. I will find another cleaning service for sure. There is no shortage of them. This is my first negative review for a service provider since I joined Angie's List and started using the site 2 years ago I'm sure). It's quite a shame that one person who could be the owner/manager was so rude. I'm sure someone from Amazon Cleaning will be responding to my review in a way that justifies their behavior, or turns it around on me. All I can say is "buyer beware"! Again, I would never let them into my house with that kind of non-customer service and confrontational attitude.

They didn't excellent job. Very professional. The people that came were very friendly. They've always been flexible with my schedule. I have a very large dog. They were able to handle the situation. I've had issues with that in the past. They weren't the cheapest. But, I feel like I got what I paid for.

These guys are awesome. The office staff was very helpful and professional. The place looked and smelled great, I felt very good when I walked in. I will definitely use them again.

I had used this company several years ago and was quite pleased. I decided to get 3 estimates this time and two were close and one was much higher because of the windows being included. Since I had a good experience with Amazon before, I chose them. They were able to set me up right away. They did not disappoint. My house looked amazing. I didn't realize my windows were so dirty until I saw them clean. What a difference! It was the first thing I noticed because it was such a stark contrast. It was a night and day difference. And my bathroom tile actually had a shine to it. It was something I was not used to seeing so it caught my eye right away. They dusted everything in their path and vacuumed places I never get to. And the cat hair on the furniture was vacuumed up which was really bad in their favorite sleeping spots.. My laundry room was dirty beyond imagination, especially the floor boards. They managed to get it looking good again. Apparently the Amazon crews have specialized knowledge about how to clean so well. When I clean, I never get things looking so good. I clean just for bare maintenance. They clean to perfection. I could go on and on about what a good job they did. I am basking in the glow of a perfectly clean house; only wish it would last.

The best cleaning job I have eve seen. It is such a pleasant feeling to come home to a shiny clean place. Amazon and my team of Rodrigo & Miriam go above & beyond for my place. I mean everything is scrubbed, dusted, organized & smelling clean. It's so nice. I'm grateful to have them help me out. They also did a fabulous job on cleaning my refrigerator awhile back. It was a generous offering for a misunderstanding on quotes. It was an honest mistake & I didn't expect anything in return. However Amazon did that lttle something extra to make up for it. This is a solid company run by good/caring folks. I will also continue to use them for as long as I can.
