Amazon Cleaning has been a gift from heaven for us. We live between 4 cities and we solicited Amazon Cleaning (found on Angie's List!) when moving to Atlanta part-time 18 months ago and tested Amazon. We needed a flexible and autonomous service not being there all the time. They sent over a team of 2 (a charming married couple) that is as efficient as they are discreet. They completely deliver on their promise: same team each week, regular follow-up on quality control, always sending a message for each visit, flexibility for additional service or modified service when needed, kindness and professionalism. The house is always impeccable and any special instructions left for the crew is always handled. I could not speak more highly of Amazon and would recommend them to anyone needing a cleaning service. The beauty of the system is that we have the same crew without having to deal with the HR issues of employing someone ourselves. If the couple in question has an issue, another team is sent! We are 100% satisfied! Thank you Angie's List!

What a NIGHTMARE! Can I rate a service a zero? Really, really, REALLY wish I'd read the reviews on Yelp (where the reviewers experienced similar issues to what I eventually encountered) before contracting with this company. I have to say how incredibly unprofessional these guys are. They insisted that I hadn?t sent a payment, despite the check number and cleared date I provided. In fact, after that, it just got really nasty. I only got three regular cleanings, which got increasingly sloppier despite calls to the office, as outlined in their contract and also pointing out things to the crew, which the contract says you won?t have to do. For my payments, I set up an online regular scheduled payment, one of the options offered to me. But they sent me emails stating that I should schedule payment 3-5 days BEFORE service. My bank mails the checks out 3 days BEFORE the due date, scheduled for the day before service. That seems perfectly reasonable. They demanded a credit card payment even though my bank showed that the check had been delivered. When I submitted to them the check number, cleared date, and info on the back of the check detailing the stamp they use to endorse it, that?s when they demanded copies of ALL canceled checks, insisting that they were certain they had not received payment #3. They then canceled my cleaning and took away my time slot, saying they wouldn?t reinstate until getting another payment, still insisting they hadn?t received it, and that even then, I would only be able to choose from a Monday through Thursday time slot. After several days of trying to get the proof they requested (the bank would only mail or fax, either of which would take a minimum of three days ? also frustrating but that?s a different post!, and Amazon couldn?t receive a fax), I got the check numbers, delivery dates, and cleared dates, and sent those over in an email. At that point, they sent me an email stating that they were terminating our business relationship, and inviting me to submit feedback. What a joke. I called them, to see if we could just talk and work it out. Big mistake. They said ?with respect, we just need you to send us the check copies?? When I said this was not a respectful way to treat a customer, they put me on speaker phone with Jerry, who informed me that it was illegal to discuss by phone, that I could only address this in writing, and HUNG UP on me! Then sent me a cease and desist email, to not call their office again and accused me of harassing them. On Friday, 8/22, I sent the check copies from my bank to Amazon, two long weeks and countless hours spent to resolve this. I sent FIVE more emails, asking for confirmation and an apology. After getting neither after 2 weeks, I called the office, in desperation. They claimed NOT to have received ANY of my emails at the address we had previously used to communicate during this entire ordeal! I asked for an email address that they could for certain receive and was given another email address. I re-sent the entire chain of emails, and finally received this email in response: ?Thank you for the notification, we consider the matter closed.? THEY consider the matter closed? Nice. No apology? Not that I really expected it, but I certainly deserved one. Aren?t they ashamed to have put themselves and me through this, all over their own accounting error? They should be, but that would be a reasonable, respectful and professional response and they are clearly none of these, especially after reading the other reviews on Yelp, after the fact. Use them at your own risk. And in any case, don?t make the mistake I did of trying to placate and reason with them. Just cut and run! In case you think I?m exaggerating, and I?m sure I?ll get a belligerent reply to this post from Jerry as he did to other reviewers on Yelp, if anyone would like copies of all my correspondence, please contact me and I?ll be happy to send it to you. It?s all in black and white.

Always a pleasure to have Amazon clean my house. The crew is trustworthy and does a fantastic job. I have had them for over a year now and it is the longest time I have ever kept a cleaning service!

Two ladies from Amazon have been cleaning my house for about two months now. The first cleaning was a "deep" cleaning that went a little further than the follow-on regular cleanings. Amazon sends the same people every other Friday at about the same time, and they always call with an automated reminder the day before. I hired them to give my wife a break from housework while she's pregnant. She seems to appreciate it. =) Both ladies live in the area and are fine with my big scary dog. There is a little bit of a language barrier, but I haven't had any major problems because of it. The only hiccup I ran into was when I tried to give them a copy of the house key. They ended up having to call a guy at corporate who told me they couldn't accept house keys anymore because of liability issues. Afterward I went ahead and installed a portable lock box on the patio and fixed that problem. Otherwise, they pretty much keep to themselves and work diligently, and when my wife and I are home we just hang out in the basement and try to stay out of the way. If we're not home, they always lock up and set the alarm before they go and the house is immaculate when I get back. They'll put new sheets on the bed if you leave a set laying out and will make it up nicely for you. The vacuum they use does a great job at getting all my dog's hair out of the carpets and off the sofa. Hardwoods and tile are all swept and mopped and all counter tops and surfaces are wiped and dusted. They're not moving the furniture around or anything, but they do a very good basic cleaning. My only real complaint is that they don't get up into the higher places, but I hear that's a liability issue. The price also seems just a little high. I'm thinking that the $80-$90 range would make more sense for what I'm getting. For $100 I'd like to see a one-off item get done beyond the regular routine. Maybe an oven cleaning or a tile scrubbing or a fridge cleaning or something. The sorts of things that only need to be hit once in a while. After five or six cleanings you'd have hit most of the major spots around the house and everyone would be better for it. Just my two cents.

On their first visit to my home, Amazon Cleaning conducted a thorough cleaning of my home -- reaching spots that I don't think that anyone had ever touched and providing a level of attention to detail that placed me in awe. The house looked and smelled wonderful after they left. Since then, Amazon Cleaning has continued to provide me with weekly service and their attention to those details has never ceased. I look forward to coming home after they have been there! I rarely work with a service provider that is so responsive to my requests, and also actively seeks my feedback on their services. Honestly, I wish I had hired them three years ago when I first moved in!

Our house always looks great they day they come. They have been very flexible with our schedule and house guests, and they are always courteous. They work efficiently and thoroughly.

After our long-time house cleaner had a stroke, we let things go for a few weeks so we started by requesting a deep cleaning. We were pleased with the result and requested the same cleaning crew (Maria and Jorge) on a bi-weekly schedule. We have had them for a couple of months now and have been pleased. We took first appointment and they are always prompt and ready to go. While I am not a professional house cleaner (and my mom would have told you I was lousy), I know how a clean house should look and they have done well.

The cleaning crew always arrives at the appointed time. They perform all services as agreed upon. The team is professional and thorough. The company follows up with a call to make sure we are satisfied. I recommend them highly.

We have been using Amazon for three years and love their service. The two ladies that clean our house are very thorough and have been cleaning for us several years. They are very mindful of our pets and 9 month old baby. We have recommended Amazon to several of our friends and family and will continue to do so.

I have used Amazon Cleaning for over two years and have been happy and plan to continue using their services. The same two cleaning ladies come and I trust them completly. I do not even feel my presence is necessary.

I contacted the Amazon through email. Jerry quoted me on email that it would be $50 for 2 maids and it would take them 1 hour. But they had a minimum of $60 per trip. That was totally ok. He said that we could work out a deal where the maids would clean the fridge, oven, or windows to make up the $10. They sent out a estimate guy. He was on time. I got a letter in the mail saying that it would be $140 per cleaning. I contacted Jerry and this was his reply: We do provide a ballpark/guestimation initially over the phone. There are many factors that contribute to final estimate pricing and we will be the first to admit that our pricing is not the least expensive out there. In addition we have a strong managerial structure to ensure our crews are always on track! It's one thing if they were $20/$30 off their estimate but not DOUBLE! And he was not willing to work with me.

This is the best cleaning service we have ever used. Amazon was able to schedule cleaning appointments when we needed them, on the days we needed them. They arrived promptly and left everything in great shape. We had to reschedule a visit at the last minute due to an emergency, and they were helpful and understanding. I was in touch with Chris to schedule. He adjusted the cost based on our cleaning needs and followed up with emails and phone calls. The people who arrived were fast, professional, and worked hard. Our old house looked even better than when we moved in. My husband is not a man who curses, but when he saw the place he described it as "holy s^%$ this is unbelievable!" The house was home was scrubbed floor to ceiling, appliances to cobwebs. I was literally shocked at how clean everything was. Our new home was also cleaned, and it was like new. Cleaners arrived on time and left within the estimated window, and everything on the list of things to clean was done and done well. We will absolutely use this company again.

My house is big and had not been well cleaned for quite some time, so considering they spent six hours cleaning all of the dust, cobwebs, dead bugs, and grime, they did an excellent job. There were some obscure areas they missed, but to be completely thorough would probably have required more people and definitely more time, I know because I have had a really hard time trying to maintain the house by myself. And those spots will surely be clean by the next cleaning, as there will be less dust to clear. They actually took the time to clean out the dust from very hard to clean areas of the house as well. They left my house smelling clean and fresh. They left nice finishing touches like arranging the toiletries in the bathrooms and creating flowers on the toilet paper rolls and tissue boxes. They were hard working and conscientious, and very professional/respectful. I look forward to continuing with their services.

It went great. They do an excellent job. I have used them for approximately four years. They are responsive to requests. Amazon almost always sends the same team to clean, usually two persons. I know them and they know me. They will clean refrigerators on request, and give special attention to certain areas as I request. They are in the house about two hours per cleaning and always leave it looking great. I will continue to use them.

We've been using Amazon Cleaning for the last several years. The staff has always been very nice, they do a good job cleaning, and their pricing is very competitive. I would highly recommend them.

Amazon Cleaning are superb!!! I had used the same cleaning crew for 15 years, so I was very reluctant to change. However, after only having Amazon Cleaning for 2 months, I can honestly state they are as good as you can ever expect. They notify my by both email and phone of their upcoming cleaning, show up on time and do a great job. The are quiet, pleasant and professional. I couldn't be happier I chose Amazon Cleaning.

I have had the same team come every 2 weeks for the last year. They are wonderful. My house is spotless when they leave. They are always prompt , courteous and professional. When I have needed to make schedule adjustments they have always worked to accommodate me. I have used many different services in my life and this by far has been the best one ever. I am very happy with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We then scheduled a 2 week cleaning schedule and are due for our 2nd one this week. I know the house will be spotless and smell so clean when we get home. I particularly like how very thorough they are in our bathrooms. While it is just the 2 of us and we may not require service every 2 weeks, we have both been impressed with their work thus far.

Our house looks fantastic after each visit. They also change bed sheets, which is a great time saver. Never had any issues with damage or scratches, they do a very careful job. We first met and engaged Amazon a few months ago and continue to use them every other Thursday. From the initial meeting for scope of work and requirements, understanding how AC operates, receiving the quote, discussing the details, AC has been very professional. When there has been an item or two not quire to standard, we simply discuss and it is corrected. We love having the same couple each time without fail. The one time there was a question regarding their schedule on a particular day, they called well in advance to give the heads-up and asked if arriving an hour later would be too great of an inconvenience for us. With Amazon, we feel secure with our service team arriving, working & departing whether there is or is not anyone at home. We know any AC staff professional has been fully vetted with references and legal background checks, etc We were initially allowed a 'trial' meeting and first time service to confirm we felt good with the proposed service couple and the results. There was no hesitation on our part. Also ongoing as part of AC's process standards, there is always a 'supervisor' who shows unannounced from time to time while the work is in progress. For anyone who determines the services of AC and one's personal needs appear to be a good fit, we would enthusiastically endorse AC based on our personal experience.

Love these guys - as an example one of the two folks on my 'crew' was ill last week - replacement slotted in with no fuss or muss.
