Amazon Cleaning LLC

I am looking to replace the cleaning crew that I use with another company. I was very impressed with how quickly and politlely Amazon responded to my email request and since they offered an 7:00 am estimate time, I took them up on it. This is where the problem began, They forgot to confirm my reservation for an estimate on the 01/13/15 and I had to see if we were still on for that date, which via email they apologized and let me know that we were still on for that day. They also followed up with two phone calls to confirm the appointment and their estimator showed up on time. Overall, the estimate took 15 minutes and I was informed that I would receive an estimate for how much it would cost to clean my house soon. ( I can't remember if a specific time frame was given or not). Since they had been so responsive via email, I thought for sure I would have a response later on in the afternoon or first thing the next day. I did not. When I emailed them on 01/14/15 this was their response: Hi Derek, Thanks for giving us a shout! We mailed out the quote yesterday and you should receive shortly! Just a friendly heads up, we had a key crew go out with a torn Achilles injury late yesterday afternoon. That was the one crew we had that was potentially available to clean for you and thus, we do need to withdraw the quote as we are unable to field additional clients/jobs in your present service area for the next 6-9 months until we get back up to full staff. We appreciate your inquiry and wish you a wonderful week! Very Respectfully I hope that the crew who is injured is okay and I find it hard to believe that a company does not have a back plan and wants to lose out on 6-9 months of potential business that could amount to a potentially losing thousands of dollars in revenue. I was also surprised that they could not email me a quote and instead sent it by mail, and I have still not received it. Originally, I was quoted a ball park figure of 75.00 per week to clean the house and maybe after they saw our house to clean it, they figured it was not worth it come and clean it every week. If that is the case, please tell me this directly instead of creating an excuse or story like this. You mentioned that your prices are not the least expensive, and I don't mind paying more for a conpany that does a great job. Again, if the crew is hurt, I wish them a speedy recovery and apologize for this. However, I know that time is valuable and my time is just as valuable as yours.

I recently used Amazon Cleaning for the first time for a deep clean and could not have been more impressed by the level of service that was provided! Maria and Carlos arrived at our house on time and were so pleasant to work with. I was so impressed by their attention to detail as they cleaned our town home. Maria and Carlos cleaned everything from our baseboards, to dusting our vents, vacuuming all of our rooms, cleaning our window seals and windows inside. They even dusted our elevated ceiling fan and removed all the cob webs that were too high for me to reach! I can?t tell you how amazing it felt when they were finished to see how clean our house was and smelt! I have used other cleaning services in the past and I have never been so satisfied with the outcome as I have been with Amazon Cleanings level of service. I will be recommending Amazon Cleaning to all of my friends!

The cleaning team was professional, polite and exceptionally thorough! They did a much better job on a 'regular' clean than another company had done on a 'deep' clean. Such great service is sorely tempting me to move from monthly to bi-weekly service! The entire staff has been very professional and responsive - from answering emails, to the quick walk-thru to establish service and go over my preferences, to the cleaning staff themselves. I highly recommend Amazon cleaning!

Amazon Cleaners are the absolute best! I have used them for the past year and have never been disappointed. They are always on time, courteous, and do a magnificent job of cleaning. My house sparkles when they are finished cleaning! The crew is very polite and considerate.

Called for an initial estimate, which was provided over the phone. I requested a detailed estimate be provided, so we scheduled a rep out to my house for a detailed estimate a few days later. Representative (Edward) was punctual, friendly, easy going, understood exactly what we needed, explained the process and pricing clearly. Written estimate was exactly that which was given over the phone. He explained how add-ons like refrigerator or oven cleaning and how rotating rooms (on a long-term basis) would be handled and provided prices for such. He also made sure to ask if there were any restrictions on the type of cleaning supplies they could use and if we would prefer eco-friendly or regular. Since we're on septic, we requested no bleach be used, which was not a problem at all. We scheduled the crew to come out the following week for the deep clean. Team arrived exactly on time, were friendly, spoke and understood English, and worked very diligently. They cleaned for 6 hours, and did a good job. The crew did a final walk-through with us to make sure everything was satisfactory. Additionally, the home office called the following day to follow up on the service. There were a few small items that were missed by us on the walk-through, which we discussed in the call with the home office. Overall, I was VERY satisfied with the job and the price, and we have elected to have Amazon continue with our cleanings on a monthly basis. We really like that our crew worked so hard to get the cleaning completed and everyone we dealt with was professional. We also like their lockbox policy.

The women are very friendly and professional--they work hard and quickly. I always prefer more cleaning instead of quicker cleaning, but because there are two of them and they are good at their job, it goes well. I get a reminder email and phone call every week before they are due at the pre-arranged time. I have found the management to be flexible, accommodating, and responsive.

Amazon is better than any other cleaning company I've ever used. They have really great cleaners who always show up on time and do a wonderful job. The crews are extremely hard-working, and I have never had that feeling of, "I could have done a better job cleaning myself." I am so pleased with the cleanings, the customer service, and the reliability, and I really couldn't ask for more in a cleaning company. Great work, guys! (See you in two weeks!)

A 2 person team came out for 4+ hours and cleaned my 3bed/2.5bath house from top to bottom. Romero did an outstanding job and never stopped cleaning, even as she was leaving she was wiping things down on her way out! It was a little expensive, but I think it was worth it.

It's highly controlled and it's a big company. They have people that go in to check the work that has been done. It's not cheap. You do get good cleaners. I would say the price is fair.

My 2 person team always does a great job. If there's anything I need, I talk with them freely about it. I do not have the whole house cleaned, so sometimes I add a little time. That has never been a problem (I just call in advance to the team coming). The company calls to check in regarding the service and has performed a surprise on-site check after a cleaning. I have never had such great cleaning and customer service before!! Highly recommended!!!

Excellent- removed lots of dust fr excessive foot traffic, left every room clean and shiny! We recently moved and were fearful that Amazon would be too expensive with a larger home, so we interviewed two other cleaning services. We found they were a bit less but not the level of professionalism flexibility and available hrs. ( Did you know they also have a monthly quality control unit to check their work?) . Also Amazon kept their original price! So we will continue to employ their services. We r extremely happy!

Amazon does a great job overall. The cleaners are very nice and respectful. I like that the company emails to remind me of my appointment and then have a recording call the day before as an extra reminder. I also like that I can email with the office if there are any issues with scheduling or comments for the cleaning crew. The email response within work hours is extremely quick. And if I send an email after hours, they respond first thing the next morning. At my previous home, I went through 5 different cleaning services for lack of quality, products used, and schedule conflicts. I admit that I am very picky when it comes to my expectations of a house cleaning service. Since using Amazon I have not considered moving my service and have been very pleased. If for any reason I had any comments or concerns, I was able to voice them to the office and it was handled immediately in a professional manner. I have recommended Amazon Cleaning to friends.

The cleaning team consistently does a great job. They take great care of our home and belongings. Each time they clean our house, it smells wonderful. Since I work from home, I interact with the team each month. The team is always punctual and extremely polite. When my wife comes home, she almost always remarks about how great the house smells and how nice it is to come home to such a clean house. Whenever I contact Amazon with a scheduling change, they are responsive and help me find a day and time that works for our needs. Unlike other cleaning services I've worked with, they are responsive by phone and email. They automatically notify us of upcoming appointments by phone and by email.

Amazon is an excellent cleaning service! We have a regular staff who knows my house well, and always arrives on time. The only time we had a very minor complaint, it was resolved by management to our complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company!

I discovered Amazon Cleaning on Angies's List before I moved to GA. They performed a "whole house clean" for me, before moving in. I spoke with them and organized the service from CT. They were very helpful, professional, and thorough. They met a friend at the house, since I was not available. She let them in and came back to do a check on the house and "sign of." When we arrived to Roswell, the house was immaculate! One less thing to worry about!!! I met with them again to coordinate regular cleaning and they were very receptive to what I needed (i.e not the entire house cleaned, etc.). They are extremely professional and I love the team that comes to the house. I would highly recommend them!!!
