Fantastic customer service and very professional. We had a new a/c system installed and they also replaced ductwork. There were a few issues with the installation but they kept coming back til the issues were resolved. Fast turnaround, competitive pricing, great personnel. I wish all companies treated their customers like Old Coast!

Old Coast (Jeff) came and evaluated my home and determined what type of AC I needed and gave me six defferent options to choose from. Since I was military, I was eligible for the military discount and the unit I chose was eligible for the Ga Power rebate as well. It seemed a little pricey but with the rebates, it was comprtitive with the other rwo quotes I rwceived. The installation was complete within 5 days. I needed a unit that was able to cool my home plus the ultra hot bonus room over the garage. The crew installed the system, shored up the duct work, cut in another vent, added another return and the room was finally being cooled properly AFTER 20 years. My attic space was tight so they had a carpenter come out make room in my attic, and they shored up my roof supports. They also wrapped my water heater which was part if the Ga Power rebate program. The techs (Oscar) stayed until everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a great AC and quality workmanship on the install.
