Very professional and on time

In Aug 2017 we spent $15,000 for a new AC / Heating system we expected it to be right. Turns out that a few months later when it got cold a damper they installed broke off and clogged the main part of the house and all bedrooms except 1 to have no hot air. I had to go to the attic and remove it from the duct. Then I noticed that they didn't seal the main unit duct underneath causing all my hot air to go into my cold attic. Needless to say my Dec and Jan bills when reviewed were over $500 each (Previous year with the old system we only spent $184 and $175) When I sent the email and pics into OC they sent a tech out to repair but never reimbursed me for the massive electricity usage. Guess it's my fault for inspecting their "professional" work. Fast forward to Sept 2018 and the unit went out. Tech came out said it was a board out, parts covered labor is not $129. Tech came back, nope not board another issue, will be a week before he can get the part, called OC and said unacceptable. They got the part several days later. Charged $250 then called me to tell me they also forgot to charge me another $68. I asked for a detail billing and have yet to get one, the still haven't told me what the $250 charge was for and actually deny they charged it, have a pic of the bank withdrawal. I would never hire them again or recommend them.

I really had no idea what was wrong with the thermostat, heater, AC system. Joe was very helpful with showing me what was going wrong as he tracked down the problem and fixed it. No problem! At least not now, because he also showed me one thing that was likely to become a problem down the road with the heating system and gave me some solid advice on what to do when that day comes.

Professional and knowledgeable experience, answered all the questions and very good service. Nice for them to be technologically updated so I payed with debit card and made a contract with them like a breeze. Jaime did very good Job!! I will hire them again.

Andrew answered my phone call and took the time to troubleshoot before sending a technician to see if he could resolve my problem. Robbie came out to my house, investigated the HVAC system, found the issue, repaired the issue and left the HVAC system in better shape than when he found it! Fabulous work, customer service, attention to detail and price!!

New residents to the City and we were so pleased with the service and time spent working on our problem with the A/C. Everything was done efficient, respectful and in an honest professional way by informing us exactly what options we had in fixing our heat pump. Our service-rep was very patient with all the questions by husband kept asking him. We definitely plan to use this company again. and would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Technician was knowledgeable and courteous.

The technician promptly found the problem--a blown capacitor. He replaced it and had the system back online within half an hour.

We were very pleased with the professionalism, workmanship, and responsiveness over the course of the week's total gutting of old vents and reinstallation of heat pump unit. A follow up correction of the condensation drain pipe was fixed in a prompt Friday evening response.

very knowledgeable and professional reasonably price ac wasn't cooling properly it was a saturday we were leaving on vacation sunday called them they got there within 2 hrs fixed the problem would definitely recommend them
