If you need to replace or install a new HVAC unit RUN to hire this company! They are knowledgeable, professional, prompt and follow through the entire project to your satisfaction. They carry the top brands and do the regular twice yearly maintenance themselves. Brian went through all the details with me and made sure I understood exactly what was needed. He also came after the unit was installed (which only took one day!! And they were on time to do it!!) and did an inspection which uncovered a couple of minor cosmetic issues which will be taken care of soon. They are aware of all the factory and government rebates available and do a complete energy inspection to make sure you get the most money back possible and give suggestions for how to cut energy and save even more on your monthly bill. They also take care of submitting the paperwork for the rebates. I replaced a 6 year old contractor grade piece of junk that came with a new house I purchased that had nothing but major problems. I now feel that I no longer have to dread the inspections wondering about what else am I going to have to spend big money on. I could go on about other aspects of their service, products and employees but suffice to say you can't go wrong with this company.

I was able to get an appointment right away, and they were early for it, which I thought was very good. They inspected my airconditioning unit inside and out, and found the problem right away. No refrigerant and a leak somewhere. The reason for just 4.5 stars, is the second appointment nobody showed up for it and no phone call to explain. However, I did make a new appointment, which was to do a leak search on my airconditioning unit, and they were right on time. Also, everybody I dealt with, I felt was courteous, helpful, and knowledgable. The amount I paid for the services was reasonable.

Needed to replace a blower relay unit, he founded a less expensive brand without sacrificing the quality and saved me money. He then did a full cleaning of the unit above and beyond what the intial job called for, and it is humming right along. Air is working much better than it has in a long time.

Zachery & William know their facts and have no interest in taking anyone but would rather speak the truth and let you know what your home needs even if you don't use them. Their techs are professional but personable and very timely in their work time. William's knowledge and expertise in showing us what we needed was impressive! He explained ductwork issues that were causing mold issues as well as dust issues. Pictures had been taken to show us so we would get a full understanding. This is a company of integrity! Very very pleased with before and after dealings with this company!!

William and Kieth did an excellent. job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that would need service. Keith stepped in when William was hospitalized. William explained every detail and showed me pictures of my problems.Great job.

They know more about heat pump systems than anyone I have ever talked to. They were able to show us problems with our existing duct work that caused us mold problems, talked to us about comfort and added returns to make our home more comfortable. They were also able to get us into a high efficiency system with a single heat pump using four zones. Add to that the four solar panels we now have on our roof and we are much more efficient. The best part? With rebates and tax credits it was cheaper than our old contractor was going to charge us for an inferior system. They are awesome,

I called Old Coast to investigate our upstairs gas furnace. In the process of doing so, they also discovered some serious safety issues caused by some a shoddy subcontractor who did some work on the unit last year. I saw it with my own eyes. In order to remedy the situation, Old Coast gave me a range of options and prices, including financing. In the end, they bent over backwards to help us out on the price. The work proceeded quickly and I was updated at every point in the process. Two weeks later, everything is working perfectly. I would recommend them without reservation.

This company is amazing; I called them for one of mt customers; they went out the same day! But let me take a moment to say that everyone in this company is so honest; they tell you everything that is going right there and then, explain the process and procedure. They are without a doubt one of the best companies I have ever worked with. I will be calling them all the time and I highly recommend everyone else does. If you value great work, honesty and integrity, do not hesitate to call them, I dealt with Zack and William, they are the definition of professional.

Very helpful on time start to finish Completed job amazing most contractors do 80% and leave. They did all and extra at no charge hard working intelligent young men who Listen to the entire problem and fix the entire problem. if you did not hire them you will lose money my rebates are high and arriving.
