Response to my service request was quick and Old Coast was ready to come out to Rincon from Savannah within an hour of being on the phone with them. William provided a professional diagnosis of my system and presented me with my options. I opted to replace the whole system, and Zach worked with William on providing a fair price with a military discount even. They really went the extra mile making sure that the financing worked out for me. Installation was prompt and Zach and William didn't quit until everything was running optimally. I really can't say enough about how pleased I am with my new system and the level of service they provided.

Zach of Old Coast HVAC provided excellent service to us! Our old AC fan motor died Saturday. After initially contacting Zach that afternoon, he was at our home within two hours and diagnosing the problem. Afterward, he gave us a firm estimate for parts and labor. He kept us up to date on the order status of the parts and notified us once they arrived. We coordinated for a day to return and install the new parts. Once again, he arrived promptly and had the new fan motor installed. I highly recommend Zach at Old Coast HVAC for your home AC repairs!
