Very quick response, fixed immediate problem of clogged septic line. Scheduled pump service for next day and was on time, did a good job and was fair priced.

This is the second time I have used Mr Rooter, specifically plumber Trent Nichols. Trent has been punctual, professional, and timely in completing the work. The most important quality to me is the ability to understand the issue. Trent walked me through the issue and my options (no doom and gloom tactics). We even talked about a few proactive projects in the future (e.g., a master shut-off valve to the house).

Came to give an estimate. Scheduled the same day he was 2 hours late but they called and seeing it was the same day it is understandable. However the pricing is not. We just had new counter tops installed and needed the drain and garbage disposal hooked back up (the drain and most of the pvc pipe was there) $240.60 to install MY new faucet (holes already cut in the counter tops) ,$135.36 to install MY garbage disposal,again everything was there as I installed it when it was new. Oh and let's not forget $115.05 for pvc pipe and trap.

Arrived on time. Performed work efficiently. Was neat and left no residue. Had me flush my toilets to ensure that my lines were clear and working well. I will use this company again.

They have a 2 hour minimum which equates to $180 before they will schedule an appointment with you.

Very good work, punctual, and clean. Their prices are on the high side, though.

Excellent service! I messaged through Angie's list on a Sunday morning, and got a same day reply. I had an appt set up before 8 on Monday (it was MLK holiday too) for later in the afternoon. Mark was on time, professional, and fixed everything for a fair price. I will definitely call again for any future plumbing needs.

We had been having the same problem since early august and have had Roto Rooter out ( sent out by Home Warranty) 4 times. All they do is clean the pipes but do not diagnose nor solve problem. We had had enough we called Mr Rooter, they had also come out when we first moved in on another problem. The gentleman who came out did not even try to snake our toilet, he wanted to figure out the cause of the blockage. He spent an hour inspecting lines, going on the roof and looking at the vent, and investigating what was happening. Conclusion the newer toilets (low flow) that had been installed did not have enough water going through them and all the waste was backing up, the drains did not have the proper slope to support the newer toilets. Solution 1) dig up the concrete and replace drains to proper slope $$$$$$$would have to dig up the floors in the bathrooms(2), hallway, and livingroom Solution 2) Replace the toilets with ones with a bladder - about $500 each Instead of snaking the drain the gentleman from Mr Rooter brought me into the 2nd bath had me watch while he put the plug in and filled the tub. Once the tub was filled he let about half out and went to flush the toilets. They worked!!! Solution at last. And he showed me how to solve it again when it happened again until we were able to switch out the toilets. I wish i could remember his name, but the two times we have used this company they have been professional and helpful. Going beyond the simple and trying to figure out the why.

I called them because the kitchen sink garbage disposal was leaking. They sent a technician to look at it. It was completely rusted out on the inside (was the original disposal that came with the house). He had a new one in his truck. He installed it and it has worked fine since then. I was pleased with their response time and quality of work.

Provider came on a Saturday and was very quick and professional. Would use their services again.

Very efficient, he was a little late, but they called to,let me know he would be late. Very satisfied with work, was given estimate and they kept to it. Saved me money by being honest and telling me that snaking the drain would not fix my problem. Told me what to get to keep it draining. They fixed my washer drain very quickly. Highly recommend, will use them again.

Trent arrived on time and promptly assessed my issue. He was professional and replaced the thermostats in the water heater. I have found a plumber that I can trust.

I live in a slab house. The main sewer line under the slab was clogged, so I could not use toilets, showers, etc. They came very close to overflowing. At the time I was taking care of my elderly father who had dementia, so I was in a real bind and very upset. The same problem had occurred maybe a month earlier and I had called another plumber. It was one of the worst experiences of my life - I swear it was like something out of a movie. The first plumber to tackle this problem kept telling me they had the wrong snake, didn't have a snake, needed a camera, etc., and each time they went back to the shop it was on the clock. They really played me and they made a huge mess in my newly remodeled bathroom. The bill was enormous. By the time I realized how badly that one was going to go they had already pulled my toilet and with the circumstances with my father and all, I felt I had to just go with it. So, when it happened again there was no way I was going to call those guys back. I called Mr. Rooter instead and am happy to say the experience was just the opposite. They were polite, professional, neat and tidy (even put on "booties" over their shoes every time they entered the house) and I felt the price was fair. Mr. Rooter also will tell you up front what the charges will be and let you decide how and if you want to proceed. I was given valuable advice (I now only use "septic safe" toilet paper even though I don't have a septic system) and now, after almost a year, I have had no more problems. My understanding is they don't charge more for evenings or holidays and would not charge you for their time if they had to go get something they needed to complete the job. I was so impressed with them I even paid extra for their "advantage plan" which gives you an immediate and future discount and puts you first in line in an emergency. The owner came that night along with a technician named Trent, and when they left all of my concerns had been addressed, questions answered, problem fixed, advice given, and my home was as clean as before this took place. They could not have been nicer. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Great job, fast, efficient, professional relationship between myself, my tennant and Mr. Rooter. On time! Job was done and done, which is important to a landlord such as myself!P

When we called we told them that it was not an emergency, and they said a man would be by the next morning at around 10:30. While we were out doing a few errands the next day at 9:30 they left us a message saying that the technician would be by closer to 11:00, and that they would call and keep us updated if there were any other delays. The technician arrived when we were told he would, and fixed the problem quickly. Not only did he put a Mr. Rooter mat over our doormat, but he wore shoe covers on his shoes. The bathroom was immaculate when he left, without a drop of water on the floor. He was professional, efficient, and personable. If I ever have a plumbing problem again I will certainly call Mr. Rooter. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The first technician came and checked all lines. He opened the sewer line outside and checked with camera. Found roots in line. Since it was getting late, we decided, he come back the next day. Somebody from office supposed to let me know what time a technician will arrive the next day. I called the office in the morning to find out what time they sending somebody. She informed me that the tech will be there at 2PM, she stated they called and left message with that info. I never received a message. Both technician were on time and very polite. Johnny (1st day) checked everything and found the source quickly. 2nd day technician was hard at work and also showed me the broken pipe. I also got 5% off by using Angie list. I will use them again.

This was the most expensive poorly done job that I have ever paid for. The 1st technician came out and replaced the inside parts to toilet and claimed toilet was fixed, 5 minutes after he left, I could not flush toilet which is why I called in the first place. A few days later another technician came out and replaced the handle and said the toilet should work, but shortly after he left the toilet no longer worked. I paid 141.00 the first time and 116.00 the second time. I will never use this company again. I hate losing money like this but obviously no one knows how to fix a toilet right. I paid someone else 70.00 dollars to fix the toilet right.

Outside faucet leak was getting worse. This plumber was close, and was able to set up a convenient time. Plumber arrived slightly early, was professional, courteous. He showed me the deterioration of the old hose bib, recommended replacing it, and gave me a price. I agreed, and the work was done quickly, ending the problem. The new faucet looks good and works well.

Contractors for Georgia Natural Gas installed a new gas meter. Following the installation the gas supply was accessed and a leak was discovered. I called Mr. Rooter because of my previous experience with them and their high rating on Angie's List. Richard, the tech, did an excellent job finding the leak and making the repair. I will use Mr. Rooter the next time that I need work done and would recommend them to anyone.
