He never came out because someone responded and said that they don't service my area, but I have used them as recently as last year. They left me a voice mail message indicating this.

A one time application for lawn service that hasn't been serviced in a long time won't get it back it shape, however they upheld their end of the bargain.

The service went okay. Not all the weeds were taken care of but I believe they did the best they could. I was not home while they did the service. They did follow up with me afterwards. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I have not seen much difference in the lawn at this time but they said give them a full year to see how it looks. I like the customer service. The only thing is that they try to offer additional services. The only thing is that I don't see what all is covered under the contract that I pay $50.00 a month for.

They come out 6 times a year and I'll likely stay with them. I pay an annual fee and then for any other services. My lawn looks healthy and so I'm happy with the work they do. If I see any weeds I can just give them a call and they'll come back out.

After initial treatment received phone call to continue service and add other lawn services. I have had them treating my lawn all summer and fall and it looks better than it has in the 4 years I have lived here. They always call before coming and are very professional while they are here. It looks like I will be using them next year as well.

Terrible. Weeds were not killed and were as heavy as they were before they cam. I called and they claimed that it would take time for the treatment to take effect. 2 months later, it was still a jungle. Angie's list would not respond to my complaint so I will not be using this anymore.

I have been very pleased with the lawn services from Weed Man. This is the first year I have used them and my lawn looks wonderful! Before they started fertilizer services, my Bermuda lawn was so bad I thought I might have to re-sod. It made progress in June when it seemed to plateau. They said they saw evidence of disease & insects, but I was a little skeptical whether I should follow their recommendation to begin the disease & insect program. I did and the progress has been spectacular. Their total service has been great. They call me to let me know when they?re coming, they have been courteous and professional, and they know how what makes turf grow!

Results were good. I have since entered into an annual agreement with them.

So far so good. Our lawn (both Bermuda and Fescue) look 100% better than they did prior to the service. Prices are a bit high, but they offer pre-payment discounts so it brings it down a bit

My experience was okay. They do not communicate well with eachother. They do not keep good notes on their clients. I had discussed I needed a more progressive treatment and they came out and gave me a general treatment. I have had to follow up with them on the issue with several phone calls and there hasn't been a solution.

I couldn't see any results from the application.

I wasn’t initially happy with this Deal. They said they came out, but I never actually saw them do so. I was at the house the entire time and I would have seen them. I called them back and they came back a second time. I saw the weeds start dying at that time. I’m grateful that the office was able to help resolve the issue -- they had excellent customer service and wanted me to be satisfied!

Initially, I saw little difference in the weed growth. After leaving feedback, the company came back and applied a follow-up treatment. That time I could see weeds dying off after about a week. Multiple scheduled visits are definitely required if your yard is in the shape that mine is.

The guy sprayed the yard for weeds. He was very nice and did an excellent job.

The company was able to come out much sooner than I expected and did a good job of communicating this in advance which I appreciated. Furthermore, they arrived on time, and they used an effective treatment because I haven't noticed any weed issues since they came out.

they came after 7 weeks to work on, WOW...........................I have to call true green to do the service, weed man cannot refund the money, and I don't have time to make long waiting calls for refund, This was a PAIN SERVICE...........................

Very Impressed. Ants are gone. Weeds are almost gone!!! I now have a year's contract with them for my lawn!! They came out and met with me and we discussed what I need and what they will do for me to have Grass next summer!!!!!

They came out and completed the full weed & crabgrass control treatment. On the receipt they suggested doing their disease/insect control treatments to prevent and combat discoloration. We didn't realize there would be discoloration and that there was an additional service to prevent it. I think it should be stated in the offer that there is that possibility. I don't know if that would have changed my mind about the offer.

After two week waiting, observe that weed is gone on lawn, Front yard area got 100% weed control and back yard area got 85% weed control. Infuture if I need , I am very happy to call for service. Dilip Bhatt

Went very well, no problems, came in and sprayed and left signs in yard

Promptly scheduled the service, called before they came, and treated the lawn no problems. Grass looked better in a week or two. No issue with yard service. After the service, a follow-up call was made to offer additional services in the future. My husband politely declined, stating our reasons for not wanting anything else at the time. The salesman proceeded to pester my husband on the phone for several more minutes trying to make an additional sale, ignoring our points and instead offering up the ways we were wrong and how their services could be utilized in the future. Only after more stern refusals was the call over. This lack of professionalism outweighed the benefits in their service and lost them us as a customer in the future.

To be fair, my lawn is a mess. They came and put down weed killer and pre-emergent . It did not kill all of the weeds in the worst areas, so I went through and put down some spot weed killer. I was at first skeptical about the quality of the service. HOWEVER, after 3 months , my yard is essentially weed free. After i do some further work on the lawn, I plan on using them on a regular basis for fertilizing and weed control
