No response, assuming didn't want to do work

Was more complex than expected, and because of that took longer. I was kept informed and understood what was happening at every step. The reason for the complexity was our old hardware, which he tried to fix, but we could see needed a replacement. They sourced my replacement, and fitted it same day. Extremely polite and courteous.

They came out and adjusted and cleaned my locks without any suggestion that new hardware was needed. Everything is working perfectly now.

Tech was very polite and disassembled the lock, lubricated and reassembled it. Locks works again!

He repaired a misaligned deadbolt and made additional adjustments that he thought needed to be done.

This was the second time I have used this company and again I had excellent service! I would definitely use them again.

I can't say enough good things about Unlockit. Tracy in the front office was incredibly responsive and helpful. She was so patient and helped me pick out the appropriate locks for various doors in my house. She let me change my order several times. Their prices were very reasonable, and I saved money over buying the locks on my own. Installation was done professionally and well. I couldn't be happier with the service and will use them again in the future.

We couldn't have been happier. Unlock it sent out a locksmith very quickly and he rekeyed all off our locks in a short amount of time. He was very good and efficient. The icing on the cake was when he adjusted our front door lock so that it works smoothly and easily when before it was a bear to get it lined up to lock properly.

Locked key/fob in car and had no spare handy. Called at 8:45 and technician was at my vehicle by 10:15. Job didn't take but a few minutes. Technician was friendly & professional. I did not call around to cost compare, but I don't think any other locksmith would make a service call for less than what I paid. They also said they would cut a spare automotive valet key for a couple of bucks (I have a blank). Dealership wanted $125 to cut the blank, and Home Depot and local Ace Harware refused to even touch it. Ace actually initially referred me to Unlockit, and Angie's List reviews confirmed Ace's recommendation. Will definitely use Unlockit again if the need arises.

Unlockit has remarkable customer service. Every business could learn something from them. Purchased a new home and needed it quickly re-keyed. Contacted them through Angie's List on Friday, they called Friday night and I got an appointment for Saturday. The technician came out promptly after giving me a 30 minute heads-up. The work was done quickly and expertly. Exceeded expectations on every level. Highly recommended!

Unlockit was a professional and courteous company. I recently had my house rekeyed and this company was exceptional. The response time was great. From the time I put in a request to the time of the actual appointment was only 2 day. The guy who came to service our locks was very prompt and on time which I love. It took him about 10-15 mins to rekey 3 locks. And, they provide you with 4 keys. I highly recommend their company to anyone needing locksmith services. I will use again if needed. You guys ROCKED! Very nice employees! The Tech that came was punctual, knowledgeable and very friendly. He made sure all my keys worked properly as I walked around each door trying them out and then fixed the ones that didn't work right! I can now use my keys on all the doors.
