The work they did on our home was excellent. They were professional, punctual, honest, and trustworthy. They are the best locksmiths we've ever met.

Hadi Wahba was excellent. In addition to putting in the lock he made suggestions for the type of the security that I needed. He checked the lock on my other doors and adjusted another lock for me. He gave me a little instrument to open the lock in the bathroom in case we accidently locked ourselves out. All of these services were for no additional cost.

We just moved into a home and called this company based on Angie's List reviews. Tomas came out and was very professional. He looked over everything and then went to work. He re-keyed all the locks, changed a dead bolt that had been damaged and went over what we could do to add security. We decided to add some things and they ordered what we needed and were back out two days later to complete the job. No problems. The price was pretty much what we expected based on our past experiences with other moves. We'd feel comfortable recommending them.

I emailed to inquire about having 4 locks re-keyed to be on the same key, as we were having problems with 2 of the locks sticking (and 4 keys are too many to carry around!) They returned my email within the hour, and gave me a reasonable rough estimate in the email. I called them to set up an appointment, and they asked me if today would be convenient. I agreed, and they said they would arrive in 45 minutes, and they did! Within 2 hours of my email, I had 4 locks re-keyed at a reasonable price with multiple spare keys! Thanks so much!

I bought the Angies List Special for door frame reinforcement deal at $99. The office staff was very helpful and scheduled an appointment time best for me. The installer called to let me know he was en-route, and was right on time. He switched out a bolt lock with a new one I provided, re-keyed it to match my other locks, and installed the security strip all for $127. total (including the $99 I prepaid). I'm very pleased with the work, I would recommend Unlockit to anyone who needs a locksmith and will definitely do business with them again.

Called them and they squeezed us in on the same day. My tenant had described a gradual misalignment of the deadbolt with the door jam over a period of many weeks/couple of months. It got to the point where he could only lock the door using the handle lock only. They fixed the problem within just a few minutes and he was happy. The dispatcher Lyn was great. She was even understanding that as an out of town property owner/landlord that I would only be able to do a credit card payment. They said they were ok to wait for me to mail in the credit card authorization form since they don't like to take that kind of sensitive info over the phone. Great customer service and very understanding.

Had a door handle jam and went to well-known home improvement store and they told us we had to replace the entire door as a door handle could not be replaced with the lock being jammed. Called Unlockit Locksmith and they came out within one hour and fixed the door handle and lock and it works perfectly. The repair cost $75 rather than $300+ for a new door. WOW

Great Service provided. Locksmith was right on time, effecient changed all the locks. Provided the number of keys I wanted. Will call them again if I need their service.

After consulting Angie's List several months ago to find recommendations, I contacted Unlock-It as one of two companies in the area to provide a telephone estimate. Although both bids were similar (I'm uncertain who make the lowest bid) I chose Unlock-It based both on their reputation on Angie's list and the information provided on the Unlock-It website. We contacted Unlock-It on a Monday to arrange installation either on Tuesday or Wednesday. We chose Wednesday afternoon. Gil of Unlock-It arrived on time, listened to my explanations of what had already been done, what needed to be done, and what parts we had in stock for the job. He reviewed with me the estimated costs (which matched what was given on the telephone) and then quickly assessed the situation and began work. Gil did not rush, but was quickly efficient and the job was done well and professionally. Gil cleaned up after himself and was pleasant throughout. When finished, I was presented with a bill matching the estimate. Upon final reexamination of all work afterwards, I verified that the work was done correctly with no damage to the door frames or doors. This was a job of which to be proud.

The name of the person who came was Haddi and he was great. He was quick to respond and put no pressure on selling other stuff. He gave me a lot of information and explained all the different options. He always ended up by asking me if I had anything for him to do that day. He was very warm and hard working. He has great employees who work for him. They provide amazing customer service and follow up immediately with an email or phone call.

They prompt and professional. Thier representative was very informative and made me feel very relieved to have this extra security.

I bought two coupons from a recent Angie's list Big Deal. They contacted me to schedule an appointment. Gil showed up on time. The first door was crooked. He aligned the door and then installed the reinforcement. With the second door, he aligned the deadbolt to the strike plate before installing the second reinforcement. Excellent overall experience.

MADE APPOINTMENT. ARRIVED ON TIME. WORKS CLEAN AND EFFICIENT AND AS THE FIRST TIME DID A GREAT JOB IN COMPLETING HIS WORK. THEN THEY WENT BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY AND RETURN FOR A SECOND TIME TO CHECK AND ADJUST THE ONE DOOR THAT WAS NOT CONNECTING WITH THE ALARM SYSTEM. WE WILL USED THEM AGAIN ON ANY SECURITY NEEDS FOR OUR HOUSE OR OFFICE.

We called unlockit based on A's list reports after our new home was broken into. They sent someone the same day to replace the 2 sided deadbolts and handle locks on 8 doors. I was given a time he would arrive and was called when he was going to be 15 minutes later than that time. I was a female alone in the home with 2 small children, and I was made to feel safe and respected during the entire process. My locksmith made sure he informed me each time he entered the home, informed me of less-expensive but equally effective lock options, and reminded me of the angie's list discount available to me. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and very inexpensively compared to other providers I called.Our locksmith was Tomas, and I highly recommend this company.

I hired UnlockIt specifically to increase my home's security after reading reviews and seeing the effectiveness of door reinforcement. UnlockIt provided a free estimate for the reinforcement of all of my exterior doors (an on-site evaluation), and it was very easy to schedule the work. Both the estimate and the work itself were provided by Tomas -- who is very professional and knowledgeable---and extremely prompt. I have an old house, so the standard door reinforcement did not work (doors too thick or too thin), but Tomas had alternatives -- such as the floor lock which i was able to use on one of the doors. Prior to completion of the work, my doors did not close properly, and I felt my house was very insecure and vulnerable to break-ins, but now the doors all fit very well, and I'm confident kicking in my doors will be no easy feat for any potential thieves. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone interested in increasing home security.

Very responsive. Called to let me know when the service person would be there. They ended up calling back saying he was running late and would not make our initial appointment time. This was slightly inconvenient but in the end he was only 15-20 minutes late and they made sure to let me know of this. Why can't more service providers do business this way!!

I apologize for not writing a review for this company as soon as I returned from my CA trip. My husband hired them to come to our home to fix all four exterior door locks. Every door has had problems for so many years and we had neglected to do anything about it. The locksmith that came to our home "wowed" my husband with his professionalism. He was at our home for at least two and a half hours doing a great job changing the locks and advising my husband on what locks to use on each door. My husband was so impressed with his personality and manner as well. He expected the bill to be much more than $200 for all the work and all the time he spent at our home!

i explained to the young man from "Lock It" exactly what i wanted , and he set about changing all of my door locks so that i would need only one key. He finished the job quickly, and asked how many keys i would like to have ; he then made the number of keys i had specified, and he checked to be sure all of them were properly made . i was very pleased with his professionalism and competence ! In the future , i will most certainly call upon "Unlock It" !

They were prompt, friendly, accomplished everything they said they would do, and at a reasonable price.When they came back a few days later with the parts that were ordered I asked them to fix 2 additional locks which took about 20 minutes.I offered to pay them for the labor but they said "NO CHARGE"

I found this company on Angies List and picked them for their previous A grades. Without a doubt, this was the best locksmith company I have ever had work for me. If you ever had to deal with a locksmith, you know what I mean. The company was very responsive to my call and arrived on time. The company had a well-labelled truck and the locksmith was appropriately dressed and groomed. The locksmith, Hadi, was truly a pleasure to talk to and was extremely knowledgable about how to deal with some existing commerical code locks that I wanted moved from door to door. Hadi installed and programmed a time entry lock on one door and moved the existing code lock to another door. The quality of the workmanship in the retrofitting of the locks was excellent. Hadi showed great attention to detail and he cleaned and vacuumed the area, leaving no traces of shavings or parts. The price I paid for this work was excellent. Unlockit gave an honest estimate and that is what they charged. During the job, I decided to move another lock which cost me a little bit extra, but the cost was very reasonable. After the technician left I got a follow-up call from the Management to see how the job went. That was a nice touch. I cannot praise this company enough. I found an honest locksmith company that is a pleasure to work with and doesn't gouge. I highly recommend Unlockit.

A wonderful experience. I called on Thursday... they were at my home Friday to rekey several locks. I did not have a key to one of the locks; Tomas, my locksmith, was able to remedy the situation with ease and the door is now accessible. Tomas also was earlyl (but called first). He was very polite and pleasant. He even told me how to maintain my doors.

From first call to finished job an outstanding group of people. Fast, efficient, professional and courteous. To top it off their fee is competitive and effective.

Overall, they did a good job the first time and I plan to use them again in the future.

Arrived on time and finished the job in about 30-45 minutes. Steped me through what the problem was and what he did to fix it. Very professional and I appreciate his being on time. Also great follow up by dispatch as soon as he left to make sure I was satisfied. They certainly understand customer service.
