I called this company after I researched the List and saw that they were highly rated. I needed to have three entry door locks on my home replaced because age had taken its toll and they were either not functioning properly or not at all. I also was in need of having a fifty plus year old lock replaced on an exterior utility room on my carport. My call was met with professionalism and courtesy. I scheduled an appointment for them to come out on Friday, December 09,2011. They would have been able to come sooner, but my schedule did not allow for that. Tomas, the technician was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some suggestions for making my home more secure. I was not pressured into buying anything extra. He just informed me of my options and demonstrated how those options would work. I will most certainly use this company again in the future and have already told many friends about them.

The Technician, Hadi Wahba, called and asked me if he could arrive 10 minutes early. He was pleasant, polite, and friendly. I had already tried to change the lock myself, and had disassembled the door. He patiently reassembled the door locking mechanics and explained to me how each part worked. He lubricated all the mechanisms, tested, and tested, and retested all the functionality. I am exceptionally pleased with the service, and the value I received.

They were fantastic. Their price was very good. Their punctuality was excellent. They were very professional. They'll be the only locksmiths that I would use again. They were great. They impressed me.

A lady by the name of Lynn answered the phone and she was so sweet. They came out that day to look at the lock. They were punctual. He (Thomas, the technician) was friendly and professional. He was done in just a half an hour. The price was very reasonable. I called after the work was completed and told them the work was great and I have recommended them to several people.

They were really really good. They came out and did everything and the price was on point with what they stated. They were on time and very helpful. He advised us on the proper way to do things. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and advise them not to think twice.

The owner called and talked to me directly to ensure he understood exactly what I needed. When he arrived at my home he brought multiple keyless entry locks for me to choose from. He was very knowledgeable.

The gentleman who replaced our locks was very knowledgeable as well as personable. He worked very well with my husband as they worked through the new locks. He came twice. Once for an estimate and the second time to put the locks in. We are very pleased with the work.

I got excellent service. The gentleman was very prompt and helpful. Their suggestion saved me a lot of money. It didn't take very long for him to do what he had to do, so I was very pleased.

Their manager was very nice, showed me all their credentials, and assured me of pricing and their experience. She offered the Angie's List discount without me needing to ask for it. The technician was great, on time, and very thorough. He charged me less than originally estimated because I had miscounted the # of locks. We would definitely use them again & recommend them highly!

Called the company to inquire about the Angieslist special offer. Spoke with Lyn and explained that I would not be in the area for the week but needed the job completed. Lyn emailed me all the information and took the initiative to coordinate with the person who was in town to schedule the job. All I had to do was scan her a form and wait to hear back. It was also noted that the staff were extremely professional and knowledgable as they found the least expensive way to make a large improvement in the lock as it was previously hard to open most times. Additionally, Lyn contacted me to let me know that all was complete. At that time she informed me of the price difference (less than $5) and asked that I send her a revised authorization instead of just moving forward with charging my card the new price. During the holiday week, Unlockit definitely made more room on my plate for turkey! :)

i contacted Unlock It about getting some security bars installed on 4 windows of a duplex I own. The company indicated they worked with a contractor for security bars who did excellent work. Within 24 hours representative from Unlock It and the contractor came on site to measure the windows for an estimate. They were running late for the estiamte but called in advance to let me know. An estimate was emailed to me within 24-48 hours. The company followed up to ensure that the contractor had delivered requested estimates and pictures to me. The secuirty bars were installed as i requested the next week. The bars could have been finished earlier than a week but i requested a specific date. Work was completed quickly with little mess.

They did an excellent job. They were on time and efficient. I am happy with the work. They cleaned up after themselves and the door works perfectly.

I now know why they have such an excellent rating on Angie's List. This company is first class!!!! They're professional in every way...from scheduling the appointment to explaining their work to installing. I won't use anyone else in the future.

They were unbelievably spectacular! This was the best service I had ever received from any company! They were clean, neat, prompt, and courteous. The gold standard!

Set up appointment with really great staff. Set up appointment on Saturday and they called the day before to confirm. We did not get message until about half an hour before he was due, our fault. We called and they still got there on time. Hadi was amazing not only was he professional he helped us find our alarm security box and trained us on how to reprogram our garage door opener. When he arrived he inspected each door, explained what the problems were, how to fix and completed his job professionally & timely. That included cleaning up around the locks and cleaning the doors. A mess he did not make, the locks and doors looked and worked better than before. He also told us how to maintain the locks for the long term. Overall, you are crazy if you don't use these guys, cannot say enough goods things.

He was on time and did a great job. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Thomas did perfect work. They had great follow up as well. The price was good.

We just bought a house and I had to have the whole house rekeyed and a new deadbolt installed on the basement door. The came out and changed the locks while the movers were unloading the furniture! They were very professional and fast. I would definitely use them again.

Both were helpful but Hadi was exceptionally great! He was very responsive and what could have been a challenge his attitude remaind, "I will figure it out". I wish others would take the same attitude. He was not a money hungry person. Instead, he was quite kind and generous!

I had a set of new locks for a house I had recently purchased. The locks I had (Baldwin) are known for being very finicky, but they were able to rekey them all correctly the first time. Mobile service showed up on time for my scheduled appointment, and provided an additional discount on-site that I was not expecting (in addition to a coupon I had!).

The company was rated very highly on Angie's List and that's why I chose to hire them. This turned out to be a great decision - Unlockit provided excellent service at a very reasonable price and with outstanding customer service. I was given a price quote when I called to schedule the service and that's what I ended up paying at the end - no hidden costs or unexpected charges. The technician was on time, worked quickly and was very polite and professional, answering all my questions about the installation. The following day, I received a follow-up call from Unlockit to check if I was satisfied with the work perfomed and the overal process. Everything throughout this service was well organized, well executed and best of all, well priced.

I am a pet sitter and called them to unlock a glass storm door. My client accidently locked the glass door and I could not get in to take care of the cats. The lady on the phone was very nice and let me know there is a $75 fee. I met the guy at the house. He was in a marked van, uniformed and was professional. As it turned out, I didn't need him because I just recieved an email from the client who told me the code to get in the garage door. He only charged me a fee for coming out. Definately will use them again if needed!

Hadi is very friendly. He came on time and explained everything in details. The best part is that there is no surprise. Great job!

I was very pleased with service performed. Gil was on time and even called to say he was in route and what time I could expect him. I had four tumblers on two doors changed out and he was very proficient, courteous and had job completed in about an hour. The company was running a special so I received a 5% discount and four free keys at no additional charge, I even received a followup call from office to see if I was satisfied and if everything went well. I was very impressed to say the least.
