He called and gave us a time and show up exactly on time then explain each and every step and let us make our decision . We were very impress with the price as we thought it would much higher.

Removed and replaced a 50 year old door lock which had completely frozen. It required the technician to remove the door, take it outside and work for almost an hour to remove it. The new lock was quickly installed. The work was done professionally and completely.

Went very smoothly. He was really nice, very efficient, tightened and re-keyed all my locks. Installed the peep hole really quickly, even with all of my neighbors, and also cleaned up after himself. Will definitely recommend.

This company is one that gets customer service. They called me before the technician (Gil) arrived and asked if it was ok to come early. Gil arrived and immediately provided credentials and his card. After service they called to check on how things went. How great is that! I had 5 doors re-keyed on the house I purchased. Gil also fixed a latch on the front door that was not working correctly as well as adjusted another door all within the standard price. It took about 90 minutes and when done all was perfect. My son looked at the bill and thought it was the deal of the century. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to re-key or otherwise needing locksmith services. I know I found my go-to company for this service.

Unlockit called the day before to confirm the appointment. They also called the day of the appointment to say their locksmith was running a little late, which was to be expected as I had an appointment late in the day. I appreciate that they called to let me know what was going on and to give me a time frame of when they were going to arrive. They arrived about half an hour later than the original appointment time, which I thought was great. The locksmith explained our options to us and did not try to upsell us at all. He was able to match the two different finishes I had on the front door, and spent extra time ensuring that everything worked well and we were happy. I would definitely use them again.

I had to call and change the time for them to come out and they were very accommodating to our schedule. They were very professional about the whole thing and didn't seem irritated that we needed to change times. The worker was on time, nice and very professional. Before he left, he explained everything he did and was very organized. I would definitely call them again and would recommend them to everyone. They were very upfront and clear about the cost of the job.

I recently purchased a new home and hired Unlock It to rekey all my doors. The customer service associate was very friendly when I called to get a quote and schedule an apointment. She provided me with the financial information I needed to make an informed decision between a few companies without pressuring me for a hard sale. She also kindly suggested that I do a master key, but leave a side door separate for entry by dog sitters/maid/etc. The gentleman who came out to do the re-keying was professional and did a good job. He suggested one step further that the master could do ALL doors, but still have a separate key that does only the carport for a great solution. Everything looks nice and was done well. I would use this company again or recommend them to others.

I purchased the Angie's list big deal. Scheduled my appointment for the next week. The worker was timely. The frame was reinforced in less than 1 hour. I feel much safer now.

Of note was how nice the person answering the phone was, and they fitted me in the same day I called, although my work was not an emergency. Cannot say nicer things about how this experience went--courteous, punctual service with better than expected results, all done with a smile for a more than fair price.

We had our locks rekeyed by another local Woodstock locksmith and found out shortly afterwards that 2 of the deadbolts were not working (the original locksmith wouldn't guaranty their work and wouldn't fix their error). We called Unlockit and requested same day service due to our concern for the house being unsecure and they came out the same day, repaired the two dead bolts and only charged us the trip fee to come out. We were very impressed with the service and would definitely use them again.

We had lost a house key, so we needed all outside deadbolts and door locks re-keyed. In addition, one door handle was corroded, so the technician replaced it. He also corrected a sticking door handle that we were so used to fighting with that we didn't even mention it to him. He was professional in appearance, on time, and did an excellent job. I thought the price was very reasonable for the work done. We would definitely use this company again

Both the locksmith and the person who answered the phone were polite and professional. The locksmith was punctual. He explained his work to me and asked me to try the lock several times to be sure it was working to my satisfaction. The cost was very reasonable.

The locksmith arrived as promised and examined all locks, told me which two needed to be replaced and why. He then took all locks off to his truck re-keyed them and then put them all back on. Very efficient and very professional job. I would definitely use them again. I felt very secure trusting my home to them.

I emailed Unlock It and got a response in 30 mins or less. Lyn found a time that worked for me, all via email. Tracy called about an hour before my scheduled appointment and said Gil could arrive sooner if it was OK with me - it was perfect. Gil arrived 15 mins later and completed the job in 20 mins or less. Very professional from start to finish. Quotes from other companies I had contacted were almost double. You can't go wrong with Unlock It!

The technician arrived on time; neatly dressed in a uniform and marked vehicle. He was polite, efficient and well versed in the security device. He installed the device on two doors but the front door was different and we want a full-length jamb reinforcement. They device did not come full-length so he call the owner and explained the issue. He left and came back later with a "custom fabricated" full-length" reinforcement for the front door and installed it so we could be safe. These folks are simply amazing with their level of service! We were treated very well and are highly satisfied with the quality of the service and the jamb reinforcers are working well and we feel safe and secure due to the professional work of this company. They arrived on time (well actually they were early but called first to ask if it was OK for them to come early). Our technician, Hadi Wahba was excellent. He was courteous and professional from the time he arrived. He explained exactly what he was doing and where he would need to set up. He noticed a problem with our front door and quickly explained it to me and pointed out the problem. He then repaired the lock at no additional cost and we were simply charged for the rekeying. We had several sliding doors that were difficult to unlock and open and I pointed that out to him. He oiled and did some repairs to the door to help with the problems. He also suggested a fix to the doors that would save us money and hassle rather than rekeying all of them. I would not think that a locksmith would be a company that would leave such a lasting impression, but the service was excellent and I would absolutely recommend this company.

I had a great experience. I called to make an appointment and they were punctual. The locksmith gave me an estimate of the work upfront and that is what I paid in the end.

He made sure we were completly satisfied before leaving.

Our appointment time was 10:30 am but Brent did not arrive until 11:30 am. The office as well as Brent phoned to tell us in plenty of time that he would be later due to the previous job. Once Brent, a very patient and bright young man, arrived he discussed with us the options for replacing the front door lock to one that was keyed on both sides. The current lock was also very difficult to lock and unlock so we felt we were getting twice the deal--a better operating lock and one that was more secure because our front door has glass in it that could easily have been broken so that a burglar could reach in to unlock the door from the inside. We discussed changing all the outside door locks so we would have a single house key but that cost was prohibitive. We can easily deal with 2 keys for the outside doors. We also received a 10% senior discount from Unlockit. Soon after Brent's visit the office called to check on the service and we have also gotten a follow-up letter from the owner. Wow--this company is surely on top of their work and their service. We would recommend them to anyone.

Exceptional company. They have done three jobs for me in the last two months. They included building and installing a new gate with locks on two pool gates and one dumpster gate in two communities I manage. Hadi is highly knowledgeable about suggesting the most cost effective gate and lock for our needs. We had some minor issues with teenagers hanging on the gate and causing one gate to open easily. He responded that day and made the necessary correction. Tracy in the office is highly effective in handling any customer service issues. As a property manager I am only as good as my vendors. I would highly recommend this company for your work.
