I called Unlock-It due to the numerous positive reviews they have on this site, and I was not disappointed. They provided punctual and professional service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company, and I will call them again.

We had Unlockit out one week ago to change the locks at our new house. They did a terrific job. On New Year's Eve, our son was robbed of his keys and wallet and we felt we needed to change the locks again. Even though it was New Year's Day, we called Unlockit to leave a message requesting a service call. We got a call back from Hadi Wahba saying they weren't working on New Year's Day, but that he would help us. He came out and changed the five locks in short order and did not charge us for emergency or after hours service. On top of it all, he was delightful and cheerful even in the pouring rain. We love this company!

Based on the Angie's list ratings, and the fact they have twice won the BBB Torch Award for market place ethics, I emailed the company for an rough estimate on re-keying all of the lock in the house. The reply email was very precise on the charges. I followed up with a phone call to make the appointment, and was offered almost immediate service because they had a crew nearby that was finishing another job. They arrived exactly as stated. They were professionally dressed, very polite, and did a walk-around looking at all of the exterior doors. They started work immediately, and finished the job much faster than I had expected. I had a total of seven locks re-keyed. The total price was fair and reasonable, and the work was professionally completed. A few minutes after they left I received a call from the office checking to make sure that I was totally satisfied with the service, which I was. I was very satisfied that I had selected Unlockit, and would do so again if I ever needed any locksmith services.

These folks did I tremendous job. I called and spoke with Traci at 10:00a on the Friday before Christmas. I needed to have my locks changed. Hadi came out that same afternoon and rekeyed seven spindles. Hadi recommended that he set the locks for a master key and only those that I needed to provide access to others to a "nanny key." That way, if I give the key to someone and it's lost, we only have to rekey the access door next time. In the process, Hadi also adjusted deadbolts and mortices without any additional charge. Tremendous service, top quality, extremely professional. And the service is very reasonably priced.

The technician was prompt and professional. He answered questions and provided extra help with a lock I did not even purchase from him.

I called Unlockit and talked to Tracey who was very professional and helpful and answered the phone right away. She explained that they charge a $59.00 trip charge and $12 per cylinder (lock). I also used an Angie's List coupon to get 5% off and 4 free keys. I called on a Wed. and scheduled for Friday. I got a call on Friday asking if the the technician could come a little earlier than scheduled which was great. Brent arrived right on time and was also very friendly and professional. He worked so quickly - I couldn't believe he was finished when he handed me the new keys! The work was done well and very inexpensively - I don't even want to tell you how much we spent with another locksmith. I highly recommend these folks and I will definitely use them again!

It took about 30 minutes to install

Due to our schedule, Hadi had to come very early on Sunday morning. He called 10 minutes early to inform and showed up on time. He is very polite and super careful at work. He explained how things work in details, and even helped us with garage doors which is not part of the requested services. We really appreciated the kindness and professional workship.

Excellent service from start to finish. I called yesterday and they were able to come today. Service provider explained all work in detail and even took time to check our other locks and alarm system to make sure everything was working correctly. I will definitely call them again.

They were great. We needed the locks changed quickly and they worked around our schedule. The locksmith was respectful and was great at trouble shooting issues and helping us get our needs met for in an inexpensive way.

I called on Monday and made an appointment for the next afternoon at 2pm. I got a call from Unlockit at 1:30pm on the appointment day that the Gil was running about 30 minutes late due to a longer that expected previous call, would that be okay? That was not a problem and she said Gil would call me when he was on his way. I got a call at 2:20pm and he arrived shortly after. I had a deadbolt lock that had shifted in my wood door because the wood had become soft from several previous locks being installed there. He installed a metal flange (that I supplied) around the lock, to reinforce the installation and changed several inner lock parts that had become bent. He had those parts on his truck and was done in about 30 minutes. He knew exactly what was needed and got to work. He lubricated the lock and it works like new. I was very pleased with the results. The estimate that I was given was what I paid, $68, after my Senior Discount of 10%. After Gil left, the office called to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. This is the 2nd time I've done business with Unlockit and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are prompt, professional, and knowledgeable, and most of all very concerned that their customers be happy with their services.

They arrived on time, were polite, did a nice job, cleaned up after themselves and I would use them again.

They were on time and they did their job very quickly. They also gave me some extra keys. I was supposed to just get 4 keys and they gave me 2 additional at no extra charge.

When I called to schedule the service, the person I talked with was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They were very flexible on when they could come out and were able to schedule the work sooner than I thought it would would take. The locksmith arrived on time and got right to work. He knew exactly what it would take to do the job. The lockset he installed was a high-security lockset which provides much better security than the locksets I can buy at the DIY stores. The new lockset was installed perfectly. The entire job was finished in about an hour. Even though the locksmith had to drill new holes in the door and the frame, he cleaned it up and left no mess behind. I could not be more pleased with the entire transaction. Anytime I need a locksmith in the future, I will use Unlockit.

Easy Scheduling. Hadi (the technician) called in advance and showed up exactly on time. He went out of his way to help. He even showed me how to reset the garage door opener and when it didnt work he called the 800 number and got assistance. Finally got it to work. Very customer friendly.Fully confident in the work completed.

I was extremely pleased with this company. Luckily I checked reviews before calling a locksmith b/c I saw some pretty terrible reviews out there! This company seemed to stand out wtih almost all positive reviews so I went with them. The technician was very professional and I was pleased with the price. I will definitely use them again.
