The company called me back afterwards for a quick survey. All in all, we are very happy about this company, and will use them in the future and recommend them to our friends.

I had not been able to determine how to tighten up a front door handle, and ended up calling Unlock-It before it fell off. I contacted them because of their excellent rating on Angie's List. They performed the task quickly and professionally (Gil Shani) and promised to follow-up to see if I wanted an additional bolt attached. They called back in a couple of weeks when the bolt was available, just as promised. They were excellent to deal with!

I appreciated the the deal of the day that I purchased was the exact offer they provided. There was no up-sell to the coupon. i also appreciated that they called to follow up to make sure I was happy. They are top notch and it was a pleasant experience.

Wonderful service. The security specialist , Hadi , was outstanding. He not only rekeyed the locks , installed new deadbolt locks and new door hardware , but helped me reset my garage door openers and gave me some great tips to making my home more secure.

The company sent a repairman out to fix the deadbolt, he was on time, calling before he arrived, and very professional. We did not have to replace the deadbolt, saving me money, because we would have had to replace two deadbolts. I will call this company again.

I called and talked to a very friendly and helpful receptionist. We set a date and the technician called and was able to come approximately 45 minutes earlier than expected. He was friendly, professional, and immediately fixed the problem. The entire procedure took about 5 minutes. I was very pleased with results and would glady recommend this company to anyone.

To start the locksmith was very late, and I never received a courtesy call until after I called the office to ensure they were still coming. I scheduled a late appointment and they were very clear on the phone that I needed to be there at 5pm which I was. Unfortunately it was time wasted, since they did not show up until an hour after my scheduled appointment. That's where the negative ends, once the locksmith arrived he worked very quickly to get the work completed. Overall everything went well and I would use the company again. I had to rate them lower since the tardiness did cause me to be late to an event and they never provided a courtesy call until I contacted them.

Arrived on time, called 15 minutes out, rekeyed two exterior doors with deadbolts... took about 15 minutes... OUTSTANDING!!!!

Brent called prior to appointment time and confirmed I would be home. He arrived promptly. I discussed my needs to rekey all of my locks. He re-keyed all and I barely knew he was here. He pretty finished quickly with no sign that he had been in the house. (No trash left behind.) I was satisfied with the work and professionalism Brent exhibited.

The entire experience was great. I called one day and they came the following day. I needed the work to be done quickly since our tenants had left without notice and we didn't want them to have access. The technician was prompt, courteous and efficient. They called the next day to follow up and see if I was satisfied or had any problems. I was very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

I called Unlockit with a semi-emergency situation. They really bent over backwards to help me out and make sure that I was helped as quickly as possible. The gentleman who did the work was very professional, helpful and efficient. He went out of his way to help me with everything. In addition to performing the services contracted for he also suggested a way to spend less money should I ever need to change the locks again and he also helped me reprogram the garage (which I am pretty sure doesn't even fall into their service realm). He was also conscientious to make sure that my pets didn't get out. There isn't anything that could have been done to make the experience better.

I've used other Locksmith Services in Atlanta before and Unlockit will be my go to service from now on. They were prompt and professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They gave me a price upfront of what the cost would be to rekey all the locks, including changing the ones that would need to be changed and performed the work in a very reasonable amount of time. It's been 3 months now and everything still works perfectly. If you need any locks re-keyed or anything definitely use these guys!

The work was done at a private business. The interior door replacement was done on a door that had been accidentally locked. A friend drilled out the door lock so all they had to work with was a large hole in the door where there was once a door knob that locked. . I specifically asked for a commercial knob that would not lock so the situation could not be repeated. This was done well and was cosmetically pleasing. The exterior door was malfunctioning such that two employees had been inadvertantly locked out of the building. That door knob and lock was repaired without replacement so it functioned properly. The work was done on time, on budget, and quickly. My only issue was that they were so busy that although I called on a Thursday, I could only get a midday Monday appointment. I worried all weekend that an employee would be locked out of the building again. So word to the wise-good service, but I hope you arent expecting rapid service. The serviceman came on time for his appointment on Monday, but I did have to wait several days to actually get that appointment.
