The office scheduler called me t let me know the installer was in route The installer was prompt. He explained the work he was going to perform. He let me know all my options. Overall I was very pleased.

This company was fantastic. I originally scheduled an appointment for another day, but due to a situation, they fit me in earlier and kept me informed of when they would be there. The technicion was friendly and professional.

After discovering on a Sunday afternoon that the exterior side door on my garage would not latch or lock, I called UnlockIt Locksmith and Security first thing on Monday morning. I spoke with Tracy who said that they would work me into their schedule that day, despite having a very full schedule. Gil called 15 minutes before he arrived to tell me he was on the way. He was very professional and efficient. He secured the door latch with new, longer screws, chiseled the frame a little so the latch fit better, and adjusted the door frame as a whole. The door now closes more easily and securely than it ever has. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely use Unlockit Locksmith and Security again. They called me the following day to ensure that I had been satisfied with my service.

Gil called ahead to let me know when he would arrive and once onsite he proceeded to replace the three deadbolts and provided advice on additional things I could do to improve my security. Gil was very polite and professional during the entire process. I will definitely be using Unlockit Locksmith & Security again.

Their price seemed comparable to other people. They were late than they said that they were going to be because they were tied-up from a previous job, but they really cannot help that. We would use them again in the future.

I found Unlockit on Angie's list when we moved & needed all our locks rekeyed & some levers replaced. Great Company! Tracy was very helpful on the phone & via email explaining lever options & single cylinder vs. double cylinder deadbolts. Very professional. They give you a 2 hour window & the technician calls when on the way. The technician that came to our house (Brent) was great! I would use them in the future & highly recommend this company.

This company was very helpful. I was a little stressed out as the power was out in part of my house and I needed to get to the breaker box but the lock was stuck. Even though they were busy, they got some one out to me within a few hours. Hadi (?) was great...he kept me informed as to what was being done and made sure all the keys worked before leaving. He was exceedingly professional and very nice.

Gil was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He helped me set up the locks and program them. He had to to leave to attend to another customer because he was here so long and he came right back to finish for me. I would use him again no questions.

Service was beyond expectation in every way. Mr. Wahba was timely, professional, and went beyond expectation in rekeying 30 year old deadbolts, some of which were in very bad shape. Our need for service was an unexpected urgency and even though Unlockit was booked solid, they managed to make room for us. I will definitely call them every time I need a locksmith. Because we have so many exterior doors, we were worried about security. My first contact with the Company was a phone call with Tracy at the office. I asked her for a quote on reinforcing our exterior doors. She gave that information, but suggested that we may not need all of the doors reinforced and that they could come out and give us a quote. The cost to reinforce the doors would have been in the $3,000 range, and we were willing to pay that. When the representative came to our home, he suggested that we did not need all of the doors reinforced. He suggested floor locks for our double doors and suggested spots where we could install motion detectors rather than spend a fortune reinforcing the doors. Some of the doors were strengthened, but not all seven exterior doors. The quote they gave us was for $583 rather than $3,000. We are new homeowners and really appreciated that they took the time to suggest things that we really needed rather than giving us what we were willing to pay for through ignorance. Once we agreed on the price, they were able to come out almost at once which was important to us because we didn't want to start working on the house or move anything in until we felt good about the security of the house. They had to make two trips and the second trip was about a week after the first, but we still felt like they finished us up quickly. My one slight issue was that they didn't call us for almost a week after the first visit to set up the next appointment. I was planning on calling them to follow up on the very day they called to schedule the second visit. That is the only reason they got a B in punctuality. A+++

I didn?t have much luck finding a locksmith company until I joined Angie?s List after I was broken into (They kicked in the front door). I saw that Unlockit as being the highest rated locksmiths around for my area of Atlanta. I needed someone to the house to secure everything quickly and wasn?t sure what even needed to be done. Tracy and, later Hadi, took their time to explain all of the option and even told me what wasn?t really necessary or how to save money by doing something a different way. The work was top-notch which included cleaning. There are no signs of damage or any of the upgrades that were installed. To test, Hadi had me try to kick in the door and none of them budged. I feel a lot safer in my house thanks to them.

It went great...not only was the job done professionally and with no problems they were VERY cost effective. I've used a lot of locksmiths over the years in my buying/selling of homes, but I never had this much work done for such a reasonable cost. If you don't consider these guys you're crazy because they are well worth it.

The customer service and workmanship were excellent. Tracy was very kind and professional on the phone and worked with us on a flexible schedule as we were waiting on the arrival of the lockset from special order. Excellent experience. Will continue to use.

I found Unlockit on Angie's List and they happened to have a deal going on! I spoke with Tracy, the owner, on Monday afternoon to schedule the visit for Tuesday morning. I didn't want emergency after-hours service as I thought it would be way too expensive. I told Tracy our house had been breached and that's why we wanted new locks & keys so we scheduled Gil's visit for Tuesday morning. Tracy called back at 7:30 Monday night to say she had a tech in my area, would we like him to come so that we'd sleep better that night? WOW. We declined so Gil showed up first thing Tuesday morning. He re-did all the locks for multiple sets of doors, french doors, as well as made the keys. He acknowledge the breach of our property and offered security tips as well as safety equipment to prevent break-ins that they offer - no pressure or hard sell, just helpful stuff. So all went great until 1 hour later my 11 year old neice came to visit and - thinking she was being safe - locked the door and closed it when we went outside! I had NO KEY, neighbors had no key so we had NO WAY to get back in! Long story longer, I got hold of Tracy who sent another tech out within 30-45 minutes to get me back in the house... happiest ending to the story? Tracy didn't charge us for that! She was very generous, empathetic to what we'd gone through and amazing with the follow-up. That night someone from the company called to see how everything had gone that day. They really took great care - I now have Tracy & Unlockit in my Contacts in my phone and will always be loyal to them. They really helped during a stressful time and are more than fair with pricing.

I called them on a Friday, and they managed to get someone to my house that afternoon to rekey my house. The locksmith showed up on time, worked quickly and finished everything I asked of him plus several other issues he saw that were not on my list. Very professional organization from the scheduler at the office to the locksmith that came to my house. I even received a follow-up call within an hour from completion of all work to make sure things had gone well. I'd highly recommend.
