Very punctual. Efficient & great price. VERY SATISFIED!

Gil came in took about an hour to rekey 11 locks in my new home. Very nice guy that took care of a couple small things i had not noticed. I would easily recommend him and his company to friends.

I brought in my old Weiser door lock from my front door. This lock is no longer made and parts are not available. Hadi (the locksmith) found some old parts and got it working. He told me the plastic part in the lock was pretty worn and would eventually fail, but I might get a year or so of use out of it. He didn't charge me for the used part he replaced. He just asked that when the lock does eventually fail, I give him a call for a replacement. Great service! I will use their service when the lock does fail.

The locksmith was very quick in replacing all the locks. They were on time and in fact called to see if they wanted me to come earlier than scheduled. They were approximately $50 cheaper than the other two services I called.

Everything went well. No problems at all.

The experience was good from the initial contact with their office to get a quote until the project was completed. They provided a detailed cost estimate over the phone and the services I ended up having them perform matched the initial cost estimates. They easily accommodated our schedule and completed the job in a single visit. We were pleased with their professionalism and will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends.

They were very friendly, responsive and willing to come out on a Saturday for installation. I upgraded my locks and saw first hand the difference in quality from what I had before. All the details and recommendations were extremely helpful. An extra security feature was added that is very easy to use - a great recommendation. Even some extra weather stripping was added, where the door really needed it. I am 100% satisfied and would definitely use them again.

I am very impressed with this company! Beginning with my initial call speaking with Tracy who was friendly & professional. She was able to easily figure out what I wanted & needed then came up with a list & price quote. And, my appointment was for the next day! The locksmith arrived on time with a trainee and both were professional & curteous . Brent, the locksmith was very knowlegeable and was able to explain my questions on the workings of the locking mechanisms easily to me. The installation of all the locks went real well inspite of a metal french door which took a little more ingenuity but Brent loves a challenge & he conqured it easily. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of an excellent locksmith & security company!!

Hadi was extremely professional and kind. He arrived within 30 minutes of us calling Unlockit. He quickly opened cabinet for me. He could not replace the combination lock but he made my file cabinet functional again. Would definitely use Unlockit again! I normally do not leave reviews but was compelled to do so this time because of the great service.

Gil showed up promptly for my installation appointment and was extremely courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and took a lot of time to discuss options with me. In the end I felt he had not only done an excellent job in terms of the expert locksmith services he provided but also the consultative help he gave me. The locksmith was friendly, professional and timely. We used their Angie's list coupon, which saved us 5% and provided four free keys. We'd definitely use them again.

In my 30 years in business, I have dealt with many locksmiths. These guys, hands down, are the best I have ever done business with. They know what they are doing, they show up on time and their pricing is very fair. I have used them four or five times before writing this review to rekey several locks at my business. I just wanted to be sure that their service was consistent before giving them a review and I have very pleased every time they visit. No matter who they send out, they keep you informed on when they will arrive and they are always friendly and professional.

I would highly recommend Unlockit as a locksmith provider. The customer service from the first phone call all the way to the end of the appointement was professional, informative, and considerate. My appointment was made within days of my call and I was surprised that they would serve Paulding county due to the distance. The locksmiths were prompt, professional, and courteous. They went out of their way to provide great customer service. I feel that they treated me they same way they would want their family treated.

Everything was done in an orderly and timely manner.

From the time I first spoke w/ Tracy (? i think) in the office to the moment the guys (one was training) left our new house, we were very very pleased. Had 6 doors, all with double locks, re-keyed. Arrived on time even after being on a larger job just prior that afternoon. Even explained to me and briefly showed me the process of re-keying and creating keys. The price was nothing short of outstanding considering the quality of service and size of the job. Other similar companies would have cost us WAY more based on the research we did. Love the Angie's list discount and free keys as well. Won't hesitate to use them again!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Unlockit, from start to finish. Honestly, finding this company made the Angie's List membership worth it. After checking out the reviews here it seemed clear that they were a great company. When I called in and spoke to the representative who answered the phone (I don't recall her name), it was clear that everyone at the Unlockit knew what they were doing. She spoke in detail about the options that were available to us and worked to get a locksmith scheduled for the next day. Hadi was so much more than a locksmith-- I'd consider him a security consultant. Even though we were his last appointment for the day, Hadi spent time talking with us about what we wanted to do, which actually ended up being cheaper than what we originally planned, but more secure. He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful, suggesting thoughtful solutions based on what would be most helpful to us and applying a military discount that I didn't even know was an option. He even drilled out the door frame so our deadbolt would set properly and adjusted another door for no charge. All in all, I felt like he went way above and beyond what we expected. Afterwards, we got a follow up call just to make sure that we were happy with the service. This is clearly a group of experienced professionals who care about what they do and providing exemplary service. I'd highly recommend them whether you need a key to a single lock or more in depth security work.

Polite, fast, to the point, professional. Came in and went right to work. Knew what he was doing. Good follow up communication by phone and mail to verify quality of service.

Moved into a new place and had Unlockit come out and rekey 3 doors. They also provided a quote to fix another door lock that was broken. They were fast and friendly, a first class operation. The technician also repaired a door that was sticking free of charge (all he had to do was screw in the hinge holding the door, but he still did it for free). I have recommended Unlockit to a friend who also said they were great and made alternative suggestions to save him money instead of just taking more money to do something that wasn't necessary like some service providers would do.

This was an excellent experience all round. My initial contact with the office staff was professional and prompt and an appointment was made for later the same week. I met Hadi at our new home for our appointment and he did a great job. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I feel like he had my family's best interests and safety in mind. I will definitely recommend this company and will use them for all locksmith needs in the future. Great job!

This service was superb. I broke off the key in the lock of my office door, and if I hadn't been able to get it fixed by Monday morning, I would have been in a real pickle. To begin with, the person in the office was very pleasant to deal with. Even on a Saturday morning, they were able to work around my schedule. They arrived promptly and were both personable and very professional. They worked quite efficiently but didn't rush the job--before they left, they made sure that the whole mechanism was working perfectly. In fact, it works better now than it has in many years. They even fixed the squeak in the door hinge!

They are quick to respond to call and always helpful. I had to cancel at the last minute the first appointment because I came down with a stomach virus and they were so nice, even though I am sure their man was on the way. When they arrived to do the work, they were quick and helpful and cleaned up everything before leaving.
