Absolutely smooth. Uniformed and courteous. took about an hour to finish. The only reason for a B grade on the price is because I am unfamiliar with this type of service since being a new homeowner and the standard pricing concerned.......OTHERWISE GRADE AAAAAA

Unlockit was extremely professional from start to finish. They were very accommodating from the first call to the day that they performed their services. The technician that came out to give us an estimate was very thorough and provided numerous safety tips and really made us feel comfortable with the process. That technician that came out to perform the services was also very professional and was efficient and effective in the installation process. They stayed on budget and we are thrilled with the results. We feel very safe in our new house thanks to Unlockit. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a locksmith.

The company was great! No only did they come out on the same day, they appointment was made as close as possible to the time that I requested. The technician was also great. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I got a 7% discount for being an Angie's List member plus some free key. I had an excellent experience with this Angie's List recommended service provider. I called to schedule service on a future date and Tracy said she had a technician in the neighborhood who could meet me in 20 minutes. Brent arrived right on time and did a great job. I was able to remove this item that had been looming on my to-do list for far too long within an hour of placing my initial call.

These guys are very professional and know exactly what they are doing. They are arrived on-time and were very friendly explaining how the locks worked. I would hire again and recommend.

Installer was very prompt. AMSA office tried to get installer out on same day doors were replaced, but it was late in the afternoon. So installer came the day after doors were installed and promptly replaced sensors. Installer was very professional and friendly. He completed the job in a short amount of time and was off to the next job. I have been impressed both with their installers and everyone with whom I've had contact. I highly recommend Alarm Monitoring Service of Atlanta. Great company and people.

After my initial call to Unlock-It, their assistant called me back letting me know they had a locksmith in my area. She advised me that he would be at my house in about 5 minutes. And he was there in that time frame. He quickly proceeded to unlock the door. It probably took him 5-10 minutes. But considering I had only my cell phone with me when I was locked out of the house, I was very grateful. This company and this locksmith resolved my problem very quickly and with professionalism. And I am so thankful to them. I highly recommend them for any locksmith needs. Great service.

Tracy was awesome from the start! She scheduled me for an appointment for first thing the next AM and met our original request of same day in the evening. Brent was outstanding and professional. Another plus was that he loved our dog!

I was very impressed with my entire experience with Unlockit! It's the first time I've used them, and I will definitely use them again. Everything was great - from talking to the office to set up the appointment to having the locksmith in my home. Plus, I thought the price was very reasonable. When I first called the main office, they were very helpful, listened to my issue, and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They also asked me to send pictures (if convenient) so that they could be properly prepared to service my door. Brilliant! On the day of the service (today), they called me in the morning to confirm the approximate appointment time, and then called later to tell me the exact time that the tech would arrive. He came exactly on time. When he arrived, the tech examined the lock on my double doors (which was sticking and the handle was coming off) and then walked me through what he would be doing. He took the locks apart and spent an hour carefully putting everything back together so it would work correctly. He worked very hard to fix the lock, not replace it, and he even repaired a piece on the fly for us. The original lock works well now. I feel like I also got a great value-add because he completely explained how our door works. This sounds funny, but apparently we didn't really know how to open one of the doors properly (the one that stays closed most of the time), and he showed us that the door actually has all kinds of security features that I didn't realize it has. One other example of attention to detail is that once he finished the job, he had me double check our security system to make sure that the security sensor on the door still lined up correctly and would still arm. I hadn't even thought about this, and really appreciated that he did. One final note - I felt very comfortable with the tech being in my home. He was friendly and professional, and even handed me the Unlockit card before entering our home. Unlockit, thanks for being one of the rare companies that offers quality, value, and service! I'll be sending all my friends to you.

The company is a class act. I called several companies to bid this job. This company was priced better and they actually answered the phone. This is not like many one man operations. The office team is very nice over the phone and the techs are very knowledgable. Anytime I need work done by a lock smith I will be calling them.

Unlock It were very professional both on the phone and when they came to the house. They gave me the general pricing over the phone - $75 flat rate for service call including diagnosing and labor, $12 per lock to rekey with 4 free keys. I got a discount for finding them on Angies list. They explained they would make every attempt to repair my dead bolt; if they couldn't they could replace it with one they had; and up front they let me know if they couldn't match the dead bolt/handle set I already have we could order a new one from the lock company at the additional price of the set. Fortunately they were able to repair it. The dead bolt had been steadily getting very hard to lock and unlock. I was told by Unlock It that the bolt was rubbing the plate every time the bolt was locked and slowly metal filings were getting into the lock and making it stiff. They took the dead bolt apart and lubricated the moving parts. They also moved the plate on the door and filed the metal just a bit so that the bolt lined up better when the door was closed. It now closes properly and the dead bolt locks with ease. They also had no trouble rekeying 8 locks even though for 1 of them I didn't have the original key. Throughout this he was very professional, explained the problem with the front door and how he was fixing it, and cleaned up any mess. They were on time and I found their pricing reasonable. He was also giving on the job training to a new employee.

The service tech was very courteous and explained what repairs were needed. At first there was a concern that the lock and hardware would need to be replaced which would have been expensive for a double entry door. The technician was able to find replacement parts that worked and we avoided a much more expensive replacement.

He did a great job. He did everything right on sight, and so that was convenient. He came out and it took a little while, it took over an hour, but he got it all done, and I didn't have any issues at all.

Have dead bolt & door knob lock on front door. Dead bolt was sticking and almost got locked out. Didn't want to replace both locks....only one broken Didn't want 2 different keys for the door. Made appoinment for following day and they called back same day and said a tech was available. He was able to repair the existing dead bolt.....didn't need a new lock and I still have same key for both locks. Very pleased with time frame and repair.
