Brent was the locksmith who repaired the door. He was professional, knowledgeable and one of the nicest technicians with whom I have EVER dealt. Everything was fixed promptly, left neat, and best of all was the knowledge that my home and family would be protected again! I wouldhighly recommend their services!

They were very responsive and gave me the amount quickly. They indicated if I was interested they could complete the work the same day.

The technician was on time and pleasant. Re-keyed all of our locks and tested them all with the new keys that he made. He also adjusted one of the locks that was not closing easily. Very professional. No surprises. Will use them again if needed.

The technician was at my house within 2 hours (even though I didn't make it an "emergency" or "lock out" call. I suggested replacing a locked knob (that had no key) with a new non-locking one, but he said it would be cheaper just to make a key . The job was completed within 20 minutes and for a very reasonable price (previous locksmiths I've called would have charged more).

I spoke with the office on Monday about repairing a front door knob/brass fixture that was feeling wiggly and loose. They scheduled me for Tuesday afternoon, per my request. On Tuesday, he called me to let me know he was on the way and was on time. He was very nice and did a great job -- pretty quickly also.

-four door handles re keyed -three deadbolts re keyed -two deadbolts installed Hadi was on time (early actually), quickly went to work on our exterior doors. He needed additional equipment to fix some broken deadbolts that were replaced. He took time once he was done to explain the work and offered security suggestions for the future. He was courteous and professional throughout. Would definitely recommend and use their services again if needed

Tracy, who typically answers the phone and dispatch, was excellent, patient, and extremely helpful. She remembered that I had been a previous customer and treated me as such, honoring the loyalty, and filling requests that may be abnormal for most jobs. She sent the technician I requested, who I feel comfortable leaving to work alone in my home. Though due to an inability to retrofit the Mul-T-Lock cylinder to certain keypad deadbolts, the job took a little longer thanI expected, but the technician stayed until well after 9pm, and returned again the next day. The only comment on the negative side is that I feel their prices may have been a bit steep - the specific locks I wanted they did not have in stock, and I ran around town picking up keypads, and losing the Mul-T-Lock deadbolts. I would have also liked to use the Kwikset Kevo system, but they claim retrofitting these was not possible.

The locksmith showed up on-time, was very professional, did his work quickly, and provided the exact services I needed. I will definitely call Unlockit again for future locksmith needs.

My nanny was attacked after work and during the event (understandably) lost the keys to our house. I was out of town and worried for the security of my family. I found unlock-it on Angie's List. They were very busy, but when they heard about what happed they got someone out my house in a couple of hours to change the locks. They were completely professional and courteous on the phone - they called me before and after the project to let me know who was coming and that the work was complete. When they charged me, they gave me the Angie's discount even though during all the chaos I forgot to ask them for it. I would glad refer friends and neighbors to them. Thanks again, Unlock - it.

Our dead bolt on basement door leading to backyard was not working. Customer care was excellent and quoted me over the phone how much it was to repair it and the price if we needed to replace it. He was able to fix it and was very professional. I would use them again.

This was great. Purchasing a new house I was suppose to not have access for several days but the former owner left early so I called to see if my appointment could be rescheduled. It was and I was able to get everything done the next day. The technician was right on time and installed everything in a few hours. Even other tradesmen were impressed with the locks on the french doors and the ease of use. Even with a security system I feel safer knowing that it will be harder for anyone to get into my home. Great job~

We called, no answer but called back in <5 minutes Scheduled appt and arrived exactly as promised Did work plus tuned up lock so it worked better. This is 3rd time we used this provider and highly recommend.

Brent changed the hardware on two door that I wanted and took the better parts of the locks he took off to make sure the other hardware was the best of the parts available on other doors. From talking with Tracy on the phone to discuss the changing locks in my new home...to the Technician Brent that rekeyed and changed the hardware I felt they were concerned and listened to what I needed and help the most cost effective way to accomplish this. Even received phone call from Tracy to see if work was done to my satisfaction and to make sure that the overall service I received was what I had expected

They were extremely professional. Everything was done to the T. They did a great job and the work was perfect. The customer service was fantastic from the minute I made the call. The price was great. It wasn't that expensive at all. They were on time.

It was a great experience, very professional. I needed the lock changed that day, they called me ahead of time to let me know someone was on their way the same day. Nice guy, they drive a nice van, dress in uniform, they were very professional. I was very pleased and would use them again. I would definitely recommend them.

Technician arrived on time, was very courteous, professional appearance. He rekeyed the locks and helped us program an electronic lock in the house. He then trained the family on how to use the e-lock.
