The BEST service that I have ever received from a locksmith. Unlockit Locksmith & Security will be my only locksmith that I will ever use again. I have a rental house in Fulton County. The security specialist was on time. His name was Hadi and he was excellent and very professional. He was knowledgeable and explained the differences in lock quality, serviced every lock, and even helped me with my garage door openers as a value added service. He was quick and was very helpful. Two thumbs up for Hadi. I don't often write reviews but the service and fees were terrific. Unfortunately for me, I have used other locksmiths in the area and I was overcharged and they did a poor job. Now having tried a couple, Unlockit Locksmith & Security does stand out from everyone else.

Scheduling was great! The job took about thirty minutes. He did a great job! I also had scheduled an additional appointment and they installed six other locks around the house. I would hire him again.

I spoke with Tracy regarding the work I needed done and we both agreed that I needed more security then what they could provide. Therefore, I had to work with another company. I feel they are very honest and I would use them again in the future if needed.

I was really impressed by them. They've been here at least twice. They always check back afterwards, too, to see that everything is okay.

Service was very responsive and friendly from the moment of scheduling with Lynn, until the technicians arrived at my house. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. The locksmith went over all my options, make recommendations and did an excellent job of implementing. Also added insulation strip to stop air flow around the door.

They were on time and VERY nice! I told the technician I was thinking about replacing all the locks and handles but he advised that the ones I had were excellent quality and I should keep them if possible. He gave me some great ideas on home security and was very nice. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

I was very happy with the work we had done by unlockit. We have an older home which was fitted with some doors that don't fit the door frames very well and the locks on some of the doors were hard to operate. Our locksmith quickly replaced the deadbolts and knobs with the oil rubbed bronze finish we wanted and got all of the locks operating very smoothly. He also had to custom make a plate for one of the doors since the door and door frame weren't cleanly meeting.

After a renovation I wanted to have my house re-keyed for security reason. I called Unlockit Locksmith & Security and scheduled an appointment which I had to cancel the morning of due to the punch list not being completed. Tracy worked with me on scheduling she was very understanding and helpful. The appointment was scheduled for 9:30 and it was confirmed as the locksmith was on his way with an approximate time of arrival. The Locksmith Brent arrived on time and was very polite, informative and went out of his way to fix my door handset even though it was not on the work order and added longer screws to the back door for security. The entire process was less than 30 minutes. I would definitely use Unlockit Locksmith & Security again and refer them to my friends and neighbors. Thank you!

From the time I purchased the coupon until when the job was completed, the office kept in close contact with me to ensure I had the earliest appointment available as I was in the process of relocating and only in GA for a few days after closing before heading back to TN to pack for the move. The office staff couldn't have been nicer and more professional! On the day of the install, Brent called to inform me of when he would be arriving. He was exceptionally professional and very proficient. The whole process was painless! I wholeheartedly recommend Unlock-It to anyone who is looking for a locksmith. My wife and I were closing on our house the following week, and we needed all the exterior locks to be keyed alike. I called them at the last minute and they came out promptly and on time. They were professional, it was obvious they knew what they were doing, and they made other adjustments I didn't even know were needed. Their price was more than fair. My wife and I greatly appreciated their work.

This storm door has a 3 way locking system oper ation on the one handle. The bottom lock would not allow the door to open. The technician arrived on scheduled,i explained the problem. The tech was very professional, and found the problem, got the door open and removed the defective lock. i was very pleased with the company and their follow-up. i would definately call them, next time i need a locksmith.

A deadbolt lock on one of our doors broke late in the day, and we were able to get Unlock-it to come out that evening after 6:00 to repair the lock. They did it quickly and professionally and at a fair price.

My call was for same day service and they responded rapidly. The dispatcher was responsive, the onsite tech was responsive and called on his way. He took care of everything I needed to get done and kept my costs down in the process. After the tech left, I got a follow up call from the dispatcher to insure everything went well, and it did. Communication was great, service was great, price was great. This business is a model for customer service for others to follow in a day and age where customer service often seems lost. Very very happy customer.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. I had even purchased new locks for a couple of doors and had bought the incorrect type. The instructed me on what I needed and began working on another part off the house allowing me the opportunity to run back to the store for the correct locks. They went above and beyond my expectations. If I ever need a locksmith again, I without a doubt will call them.

It was great!! We had a security situation at 4:30pm which required us to have our locks changed. I had used Unlockit before and I was very happy with their work and level of service. They close at 6:30pm so I knew it was a long shot at getting them out before we closed. I explained my situation and the very nice dispatcher said she would call me back. She did just that and said that Brent would be by in 45 min. He showed up right on time and had the locks changed in about 15min. I was very surprised at how easily and quickly we had all of our locks changed. I know that there was a bit of luck involved with this one but I could not of asked for it to have gone any better. I highly recommend Unlockit for all of your lock, key and security needs.
