It was easy. They scheduled it immediately, arrived at the time requested, and rekeyed our locks. No issues at all. We would definitely use them again.

The locksmith was timely. He assessed the door knob situation. He replaced it with my new knob, and keyed it. He also tightened the door knob to another door. He was professional and competent.

The transaction went exceptionally well. They were exceptionally easy to work with, Tracy was great working me into a tight schedule, they called ahead showed up on time were focused on the work they needed to do and provided me some very important additional security insights. Everybody wants to have a company that they can trust and refer out to family as a recommendation. This is my company for that purpose.

This company was very professional--from my first contact with Tracey to two separate visits from Gil. They are a little pricey, but you get the service that you pay for. I would definitely choose them again. 1) Product Knowledge and Customer Service -- This is what you're paying for. They were just easy to deal with. It's a relief to deal with a company with up-front pricing and no hassles, upselling/gimmicks, or scare tactics. Tracey was able to get into the specifics with me about the products I was interested in. I asked a lot of detailed questions, and she was very patient. When there was a question she couldn't answer, she spoke with one of the technicians and called me back. Gil, the locksmith who did the installation, brought a couple of items to my attention during the installation that demonstrated he obviously knew what he was doing. 2) Flexibility and Convenience -- I felt like UnlockIt was willing to accomodate my needs. I had pre-purchased a couple of products, and UnlockIt charged reasonable rates to install them. Also, I changed my plans and ended up needing two separate visits because I wanted UnlockIt to assess the quality of my doors. UnlockIt was able to accomodate my change in plans easily. If you purchase locks with restricted key duplication, UnlockIt is able to keep the authorization card (needed to reproduce the keys) at their facilities. This gives me peace of mind, as I don't have the responsibility for keeping up with such an important card. 3) Quality of Installation -- The locks turn very smoothly. One door was pretty tight, and Gil kept working until the lock turned smoothly. 4) Trust -- UnlockIt seems to take security seriously from start to finish. For example, they do not store customers' credit card information, which would present a risk for identity theft. Similarly, the technician calls the number in to the home office and waits for the authorization to go through, so you don't have to worry about hard copies of your credit card number floating around.

The service was excellent. The entire office was courteous, friendly and helpful. They helped us select the right hardware for our situation, came to the house to assess the installation and made us feel comfortable about where the equipment would go and how it would be installed. On the day of the installation, the technician was patient but efficient and worked with us to make it a smooth installation. He showed us how to use the NVR and even sent us a detailed manual a few days after the installation. They also said that they would be available to answer questions as we learned to use the equipment. The price was more than fair for what we got. I would definitely recommend them.

I have had 2 service calls from Unlock-It and both times went extremely well. The service technician, Brent, was attentive and professional. He took his time and seemed to genuinely care about his work and doing a good job.

The experience was great. He called prior to his arrival as a heads up (was right on time). He said it would take about 30 minutes and he was exactly right. He gave me four keys to use on the new locks. Very good experience!

This compnay was very responsive and professional. They got here quickly and did the work very efficiently. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend them again.

It went very well. The technician arrived during the stated window, and he provided us with various hardware options. He also showed us various lock options for our French doors. It took a little while longer than we expected, but the end result was perfect. He had matching deadbolt and doorknob hardware (in multiple finishes), rekeyed them to match, and installed both (including drilling holes for the deadbolt, as there was not already a deadbolt installed.) It looks great!

Excellent service, the locksmith reinforced our locks with longer screws and suggested several options for further reinforcing the doors. All doors and locks fit perfectly. I am extremely happy with the work performed.

They did great work. Showed up on time. Were very easy to get a hold of. Also offered a follow-up call to make sure everything went smoothly. I was very pleased with the work and would recommend them to others.

From the beginning to the end, this was a very courteous and professional experience. My phone calls were handled very well and it was clear that they wanted to meet my specific needs. I asked for a specific style of electronic deadbolt which was ordered and placed. I was also instructed how to use it. The locksmith also introduced himself upon punctual arrival (with a phone call when he was on the way). He left everything in good order before leaving. I even got a phone call after the visit to make sure I was happy with everything. I believe it would be worthwhile to let them know you found them on Angie's List since I did get a special rate/bundled rate on the service for the front door.

Excellent Company! What a pleasure to deal with a company that discussed all costs upfront, I knew exactly what to expect. Service person arrived on time, very well mannered, pleasant. He did a good job and cleaned up everthing afterward. He forgot one part, was very apologetic, even went back picked the part up and returned to finish. I have used this company on another place in Smyrna and was very happy to know they serviced Canton area. A Keeper!

Unlock It was great. Brent arrived right on time and did a fantastic job installing my dead blots. He also had a couple of great ideas to improve the look of my locks/knobs. The office team was also great. I sent them a picture of my existing hardware and they matched it perfectly. Great price and great service. Thanks Unlock IT!

The office staff was superb in setting up the appointment at a time best for me. The locksmith called me a few times enroute to make sure there would be no surprise, traffic was bad as usual. He immediately tackled my front door and managed to get it properly aligned which is something the installer obviously didn't do correctly, I had already read through troubleshooting this complicated safety door . . . but I don't have the tools in my house to unlock this type of door. He was able to do a professional job without damaging my door frame. And now the door works better than when it was originally installed. He also changed out the lock cores for all of my other exterior doors. Absolutely superb service. This is actually my second time using the service in four years and I will always use them.

Everything went great and I highly recommend Unlockit. I called early on saturday afternoon and spoke to Tracy who was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She was willing to spend plenty of time with me on the phone dscussing my needs and answering several questions. She made an appointment for monday and put me on a wait list for saturday (the same day I called). I ended up hearing back and Gil came out by 530pm. He was professional and worked quickly. I couldn't have been more happy!
