Probably most efficient contractor I have worked with. Showed up on time, called to check up on appointments, provided advice and performed high quality work quickly and at a fair price. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends.

I just moved into my new house and needed the locks to be rekeyed. The locksmith arrived early, and quickly began working on the locks. Once he was done, I checked each lock and all were perfectly done. I highly recommend using Unlockit. Fast, efficient, and polite. Great service.

Short version: I recommend Unlockit without hesitation. I contacted Unlockit via Angies's List Wednesday after lunch, asking if they had availability the next day. I got a call back shortly (may have been within an hour -- can't remember) saying that not only could they send a tech the next day, they could send a tech at 9 a.m. "9 a.m." for most service providers means "some time before lunch," but I think the Unlockit tech, Brandon, was on my doorstep at 8:59:59 a.m. presenting me with his business card. He was very professional and courteous. He came in, and I showed him the two deadbolts I needed to have re-keyed, and asked if he could also key the storm door (different manufacturer, but seemed to fit the same key blank) to match. He assured me it would be no problem. He took all three lock cylinders off and to his truck and got to work. Within a few minutes, he was back in the house installing the freshly keyed deadbolt cylinders. All three worked perfectly, and now I can unlock any lock in my house with a single key! Brandon then reminded me that Unlockit offers 4 free key copies with any re-keying job, and asked if I needed key copies. I said yes, and he took the key back out to the truck, and within minutes I had 4 more keys. Unlockit charges a base fee of $59 for a visit, and then $12 per cylinder for re-keying. Throw in a 5% Angie's List discount, and I got everything taken care of for $90.25 in less than an hour. And less than 24 hours from the time I first thought, "I should check Angie's List for a locksmith," the problem was completely solved. Sure, it was a simple and routine job, but Unlockit handled it so well that I am able to recommend them without hesitation.

The installation went great. There was a minor problem with the door jamb but Carlos got that fixed as well. He was very courteous and professional.

I called in the afternoon and they were willing to send a tech right away, but I needed to achedule it for the next day. The tech (Brandon) arrived on time and got right to work. First he cut the lock off - it was in a difficult place to reach, but he did not complain. Next, he rekeyed the two doors. He was quick and efficient. I would recommend this vender to my friends and I would call them again if I needed this type of service.

I called the company at ~4:30 pm on a Friday requesting someone help me open the door. I worked with the person on call (Sienna?) who was very personable and helpful. She let me know there was someone who could come but they were on another job and it would take ~1 to 1.5 hours. I was willing to wait and settled in to wait for them to arrive. After ~2 hours I was still waiting when my phone rang and it was Sienna asking if I was still locked out. She apologized for the long wait and that the other job was taking longer than expected. She then proceeded to give me the numbers to 2 other companies that may be able to assist quicker than they could. I called both and neither was able to help so I called Sienna back. She again apologized and said she would need to talk to her manager and would call me back. After 10 minutes she called and let me know she had been authorized to pull the lock smith off his job to unlock my door since he was only 12 minutes away. The locksmith Brandon showed up and was able to quickly get me into the house. The level of service was great and I would recommend them over and over.

Carlos Rodriguez was awesome! Prompt, professional, friendly. He's the kind of contractor you hope you get when you call a new company. He knew exactly what to do, offered options, and explained the details of the deal. He rekeyed five doors in MUCH less time than it would have taken me to do one and even tried to fix a lock on an antique gumball machine for me (no luck there, but he was great about trying). Cyarra (hope I spelled that correctly!) in the office was fantastic for scheduling and follow up. I would absolutely hire them again and will recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent Service I purchased a deal on a Sunday and received an email on Monday to verify the location of the service. I was able to make an appointment later that day for the following day. I received a call when the technician was on the way and he arrived on time. He was polite and professional. He completed the work in a timely manner and I tested each lock with good results.

Excellent experience. The locksmiths arrived on time. Installed new Schlage hardware and locks on several doors. Very precise and conscientious in their work. Extra care was taken to make sure one tricky door closed properly. Recommended and fixed a slight flaw in deadbolt throw on entrance door. Nice job of cleaning up as well. Would recommend to all.

It was fine. I needed it pretty quick and they were pretty quick to get out to me. This was the only time I have used them. I trusted them because they were bonded. I would recommend them to a friend or family member.

It went well. I liked their service. They came pretty quick and did a good job. The guy seemed to know what he was doing being in the locksmith business. He got it on fairly quickly. I think the guy that they sent out lives in my area so he was here pretty quick. They were very prompt. I would recommend them. It was a special at the time so it seemed a fair price. I had a lock put on the back which is really not working but however they didn't provide that lock, I did. It stopped working and it wouldn't even work with the key. I changed the battery and that didn't work. I have it on a deadbolt so it is still closed. For some reason it doesn't work so I am thinking of having them come out and may be take the one that they provided in the front and put that in the back. I have another one that I purchased which I may have them install.

The scheduled was very kind and helpful and tried to squeeze me in over the weekend since I closed on my home on a Friday afternoon. She was able to get me scheduled in and the locksmith that came was very quick and helpful with his service. He also gave me advice on other additions/services that I might want to consider. Overall I am happy and grateful for the service provided.

Arrived on time in marked van an accomplished the work quickly and professionally. Conducted a test and cleaned up residue and vacuumed. Also the office personnel are on the ball and friendly. They keep you informed. I think I received very good value for the money spent. Their prices are fair and there is no up selling. I will use them in the future for any lock or security needs.
