I was really happy that when I had an emergency situation, they called me and were able to get someone over to my house right away that morning. I appreciated that they were able to do that. When he came, he gave me his card immediately and go to work. Also, I had messed up one of my doors after I got locked out one day a year ago and the lock never worked on the outside after that. He was able to fix that while changing the locks. Very quick and it was perfect :-) Would definitely use them again

They are not cheap but they do really good work.

They aren't cheap but they're good. It was maybe $124.

It went very well. He arrived on time and it took less than 30 minutes for him to re-key 9 locks in my new home. Would certainly recommend them to others and plan to use again in future.

I was not home at the time of the service. The new keys were left where i could find them when i got home. All 4 of the new keys works well. The process was smooth and effortlessly for me.

Everyone from the receptionist to the technician were very professional and pleasant. They also were able to come out in less than one day after a call to re-key all the locks.

I found Unlockit on Angie's List after an interior door of ours, which was designed with a heavy locking system to store silver, etc, got locked from the inside. I called them at around 10:30am and spoke with a very helpful and friendly dispatcher. I was expecting to have to wait days but the dispatched someone right away. I got a call at noon saying a technician would be there at 12:30. At 12:28 the technician arrived - very polite and professional. Within 10 minutes the door was unlocked without a scratch to the door or bolt. Top notch experience in every respect. Would highly recommend.

Arrived a bit late, but promptly got to work. Rekeyed 4 cylinders in new house and replaced one additional that I did not have the key for. Work finished quickly. Even switched around the cylinder on back door lock so that key went in same way as all of the other locks. Would recommend.

It turns out that my lock has a 9 volt battery, which I had completely forgotten about. The battery was dead. He replaced it and the lock again works just like it's supposed to.
