The locksmith arrived at the appointed time and changed out all the locks both deadbolts and door knobs on 3 doors. This was done in about 20 minutes. The locksmith was very nice and polite and I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

Ashley was very helpful with scheduling! We own a rental home and my husband was only going to be in town for a few hours and Ashley was able to arrange for someone to meet him at the time needed. The gentleman who did the work was very professional and arrived on time (I don't have his name).

The employee arrived promptly as was courteous and professional. The lock itself had apparently been installed upside down, making it a bit more challenging to open, but the employee was successful in short order. Once the door was opened, he cut a copy of the key for us, free of charge, so we would have it on hand in a separate location just in case we repeat our mistake.

Great responsiveness by the company, Marjorie was great to deal with on the phone and via email. She sent pictures of options for our new lock and a link to a video about how to use it. Brandon, the tech, arrived on time and stayed until the work was done and he had walked me through how to use the new deadbolt. Great company!

It went great. The representative arrived early and re-keyed all of the locks within a reasonable amount of time. He also provided some historical information about some of the doors in our home.

I had just purchased a new home and only had one key and 6 doors. The key only fit the front door. I was a little of the way than their normal customers, but because I was an Angie's List member they were more than willing to come and help. They explained to me the current coupons that they had going on and what would benefit me the most. The day of the visit they called to confirm my appointment and to let me know that they were running a little behind because someone had called out sick but wanted to ensure that they would get to me as soon as they could and they would call when they were on their way. 30 minutes prior to the visit, they called to let me know the technician was on his way, along with his name to assure me that the right person was showing up at the door. During the process they rekeyed the front door and then were able to change the all the other doors to match the existing front door. I also had a specialized key that that had been given to me that they cut to match the front door. They even realigned some of the locks that were off kilter in the door. They were extremely courteous and professional. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Everything went well. The initial idea was just to rekey all the doors (just purchased the house). While they were there I asked about changing out the style, from the dated brass knobs to brushed steel or something nicer. They had the equipment on the truck and we changed the job from rekeying to replacing all the locks with an updated style.

I have a condominium unit in Condominium complex at corner of Martin Luther King Jr and Lowery Blvd which has had an upswing of break-ins and vandalism. Contacted Unlockit Locksmith & Security office after researching on Angie's List and finding they had a Superior rating and outstanding reviews. The associate listened to my concerns and inquiry of deadbolt reinforcement and then recommended Door Frame Protector as an added security measure. Called on Thursday and scheduled appointment for installation at Noon on Saturday. Technician, Gil, was prompt and went right to work. He had all the tools and hardware necessary for the installation including chisel and other items to make slight modifications to my wooden door frame to ensure proper installation and function. He completed all work within an hour and even cleaned up after himself. Invoice was detailed and included the 5% Angie's List discount promised when I made the appointment. I will definitely use Unlockit for any security needs at my Condo or home.

They were there a few minutes before the time we had agreed, and he patiently waited for me to arrive (we did not live there at the time). He was very fast, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The whole process took less than an hour from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them and we would use them again for any additional needs.

Brent, the technician, arrived a few minutes late, but he had called to say when he would arrive. He advised that he would have to replace the lock set with a different manufacturer but ensured the old keys would continue to work as well as provided some additional keys. The appointment was less than a hour. I was very pleased with the service. Additionally, let me say that I blew the first appointment, completely forgot it, and offered to pay for the trip charge for the missed appointment. Unlock It was very accommodating and assured me there would be no charge for the missed appointment. This is a classy way to run your business!

Both men were polite, experienced and efficient. They completed their job in about 2 1/2 hours. I received six keys along with the master key. I now have peace of mind thanks to Unlockit.
