Extremely professional.

I used this company last year and they were great from the office manager to the techs- this year not so much. Had a maintenance contract-they came to do the Spring check after I called to schedule. While they were there I received a phone call from the office manager stating that my water pressure was too high and I needed a pressure reducing valve for $185 plus labor to total to $385. I was not told I also need a total of 13 nozzles/rotors replaced. I was also informed that if I did not get this done my work they did would not be under warranty. I just directed for them to do the Spring check. When I got home I found the total invoice for the yearly contract- then I saw all the heads that needed work. I was in contact with the owner, I informed him not all of the contractual work had been completed as stated- no response on that. I was told basically no PRV- no replacement of heads -no warranty -no work. He graciously offered to refund $40 of my $165 for the Winterization. I basically paid for the 1 hour for 2 technicians to do part of the Spring set . I did try to get a total dollar value to perform the whole job, but I did not get it. They consider the matter closed as they could not convince me to put on a PRV. I would of preferred that once they decided my water pressure was to high and I was not going to install the PRV to just tell me they would refuse to work on my system and give me a total refund.

Showed up on time. Did a great job with the service. Took the time to explain the system. Highly recommend.

Workers from Southern Sprinkler Systems, LLC Company seemed to know what they were doing. They were friendly and courteous. Their price might be a little bit high but I'm not sure as this is the first time I'm getting the sprinklers repaired. I would consider using them in the future.

It went great. The technician was on time, polite, explained what he was doing and offered some suggestions, without any pressure, of other things I might consider doing to my system. Overall, I was very pleased, and will call them again in the future.

Went well. There was initially difficulty in setting up the appointment which required more diligence on my part that I expected. It seems the work was performed in an adequate and professional matter.

I used them because I wanted to use another company and decide which one I was more comfortable with in the future. They did a great job. They were knowledgeable and professional. They were able to communicate very clearly. It was a half price thing, which attracted me to them. I would absolutely use them again.

I paid $60 for the man to turn off the valve at the street. I wish I knew that this was all that I was going to get before I called them. Oh yes, I did get an impressive folder with a bid to handle the job next year.

I went very well overall They are efficient and just do excellent work. The owner was on site the whole time and when talking to the workers you get a sense they really know their business.

Very good experience. I will definetly use them again. The folks at Souther Sprinkler were very friendly and attentive to my needs. Their technician was highly knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain my sprinkler system in detail. It is an older system and the operations manual was lost over time. So I was able to learn much from him. The quality of their work was excellent and the technician was promptly on-time for the appointment. I highly recommend them!

Fine. The owner called me the day I asked for a quote via Angie's List, and his price is in line with the least expensive. He said he could have it done that week, but he apparently forgot. His office called today and apologized, and they did the service today. Seem like nice people.

I can depend on Southern Sprinkler to take care of the sprinkler system and keep it running efficiently. I pay a maintenance fee annually. They come out when needed and are always accommodating when working with my schedule. They do a thorough job of checking the system.

Called service number at 8:30am to get leaky valve replaced asap as water was running down the street and I could not locate main shut off valve. Good communication between scheduler, crew and myself via phone to coordinate time and location. Crew was at my doorstep at 11am to get leaky valve dug up and replaced. They also located my shut off valve and replaced various parts such as sprinklers/heads, etc. Crew lead by name of Ross(?) was courteous, knowledgeable and professional and pleasure to deal with. Time on site was 90min. Final bill was $300.00 for parts and labor for the job. I also signed up for annual maintenance agreement for them to come out twice a year (Spring/Winter) at a cost of $125.00

It went very well, very professional in there work.

Initial contact was difficult. There were e-mail problems, then we played telephone tag. While I left messages twice, calls were not returned. However when we finally got together communication was fine, a date and time were made and the workers came (just a little late) and did the work. The workers were very competent, pleasant, and helpful. All in all a very good experience.

They came out with a truck that had everything they could possibly need on it. They made recommendations and then fixed the problems. Afterwards they checked everything to make sure it was working properly. Their prices were completive.
