I've used them for years. They are a bit of a drive away so I started using a more local shop for a couple year. Now I'm back with Roswell Auto. There is just nothing to match the professionalism and trust you encounter when working with these guys. We would have to take our cars back time and again to the other shop, but the guys at Roswell Auto diagnose the problem and get it done right the first time. I now have a company and will be taking all my fleet vehicles to them for service. The prices are fair, but the best part is knowing that the highest quality work is being done on your vehicle.

I have used this company several times over the past 3 or 4 years and have had excellent experience each time. This past time, I dropped my car off and then got a phone call later with the details of what service was needed and the cost of the repairs. I authorized the work and they called when the work was completed. The estimate has been accurate when I pick my car up compared to what is quoted before the work is done. One time I took my son's car in with transmission trouble and they recommended I try the auto dealer since they knew there had been a recall of the transmission in this model. They suggested I persue coverage from the car mfg's dealer. We saved hundreds of dollars based on this advise, so they are very honest and good to work with.

We've used them a couple times, and they seem pretty good. They were pretty honest. The vehicle was fixed when we picked it up.

I selected this company from others based on Angies list reviews. I took one vehicle in to have oil changed and brakes checked as they were not stopping vehicle smoothly (had been replaced by another company a year ago) - was told brakes were fine and problem was not going to affect stopping ability - any expenditure now would be unnecessary. I really appreciated that - went ahead and had normal oil changes done on both my vehicles that day Will definately return - I could have easily been told brakes were bad - I could not be more pleased.

Excellent. I have been going to RAC for years. Alwways prompt, professional, honest and high quality work. On a number of occasions they could have tried to sell more work but did not and fixed a problem with a less expensive alternative.

They're very convenient and give you a loaner car if you leave your car for an extended service period. Their oil changes are 30 minutes or less. Their price seems decent.

You really get quality work from this auto shop. They are conveniently located and the people have integrity and honesty. They work quickly, too. I have been taking both my cars there for seven or eight years. I have an American vehicle and a foreign one.

Their customer service representatives are great as they do not mind answering questions and they are very informative. I really liked their prices as I had checked around and I found that they offered the best price. I would recommend them to others.

I've used this company for about seven years now and I am still very pleased. This particular job went just great. They finished in a timely manner and very professionally. I am unsure what I was charged here because I use them so much. They have a very nice crew and they do very pleasing work. I gladly recommend them.

PRICES RANGE FROM $30-$400. HONESTLY I AM NEVER CONCERNED THAT THEY WILL TELL ME ANY WORK IS REQUIRED BEYOND ANY THAT IS NEEDED. THEY WILL CHARGE LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE OF WORK REQUIRED IF IT IS LESS THAN EXPECTED. THEY ALWAYS CALL BEFORE DOING ANY WORK.
