I took the truck in early in the morning and it took two days for all of the repairs. When I picked up the truck a belt was making a loud noise and I went in and got Robert who came out and worked on it and got it stopped. However by the time I got it home it was doing it again. I took it back and they said they had apparently got some fluids on the belt and it would have to be replaced. I thought, oh boy here we go. I went in to pick it up and was told that there was no charge. What a GREAT place to do business. I'm so sorry it took me all this time to find them. WOW an honest car repair facility!

I have a car with 100K + mileage and wanted to minimize the amount invested in repairs to keep the car running but insure it would be safe to operate. The Service Manager had the car inspected for noise in the front end and determined that the wheel barrings on both sides needed to be replaced. Also fixed the HVAC system by replacing the blower motor. Expensive repairs but necessary. This company has an excellent reputation for honest service. They were also able to complete the work in one day.

The service was performed as described and in a timely fashion as is usual for Roswell Auto Center. Truly, they have never failed to provide top customer service and auto care each time I have had appointments. Moreover, since moving 2 states away recently, they readily responded to my questions about an unexpected repair issue by helping me figure out if what I was being told by a mechanic in my new location was reasonable. The BMW certified mechanic at Roswell Auto Center listened carefully as I described the unusual prompts showing up on my dashboard communication system and what I was experiencing while driving the car. He continued by asking me to describe what the mechanic at my new location was suggesting (including costs for parts and labor), gave me some questions to ask the new mechanic and readily supplied me with some specific information from my car records. Roswell Auto Center's willingness to help me during the problem and this transition period is really just a small part of what makes this an excellent business. This is a business that respects customers and treats them well regardless of gender or age. I was the first in our family to become a client. My husband followed and when our sons became responsible for their own vehicles' care they became clients as well. Later, when my father-in-law moved to the Roswell area in his mid 80s he too became a client. And, finally a friend of my husbands also became a client. Nothing but top notch service has been provided each person I recommend to Roswell Auto Center. Without question I would highly recommend them to anyone for routine service and repairs and will continue to do so.

My son was visiting from out of town and another driver hit the front of his car, cracking the grill. We needed to have the car checked to make sure that no serious damage was done and that it was safe for my son to drive to his home in Virginia. Roswell Auto Center checked the car for him, found that no significant damage was done despite the damaged grill, and did not charge him anything. We very much appreciate their help and will not hesitate to use Roswell Auto Center in the future for our own cars.

Ralph and Carl have been doing all repair service to all my family's cars since I found them 31 years ago. Due to having moved to another town several miles from their shop, I took my Mazda pickup to another auto service center which was close to my new home and came highly recommended to have a major tune up and some minor repairs done. One of the items I asked the other place to do was to try to locate and stop an annoying oil leak. They did replace the rocker cover gaskets and said that was where the leak had been. There was no improvement in the leak, and it even seemed to get worse. I tried to take the truck back to them, but they had gone out of business (no surprise!). Having had only good experiences with Roswell Auto Center over so many years, I went to the trouble of taking the truck there even though it was several miles and I had to use a taxi to get back home and another to go back to pick it up the next day. When I first got the truck there, they worked it in for inspection to see if they could determine the problem before I left it. It was very obvious to them that the leak was at the front of the oil pan, and was due to the gasket having deformed over time. They allowed me to look at what they were seeing, and I too could tell that was the real source of the trouble. As usual, they did the job when they said it would be finished. Everything was exactly as they had estimated. And I've had no problems at all with the work they did. No more leak at all. I could have saved a lot of money, time, and trouble if I had just gone back to them initially instead of trying to use someone more convenient to my new home. They never seem to be a low-cost provider, but their work is always very good, complete, and reliable. They have never suggested or recommended having work done that didn't need to be done. There is a very good reason why they do so much business they always have people waiting to get their cars in for service. My only complaint is that they do not make appointments - it is totally first come - first served. That is inconvenient for me, but for the quality of the work I will continue to put up with that.

There wasn't anything I disliked about the process. They were really crowded but I still didn't feel rushed when it was my turn. They still gave me the attention and listened to me and my concerns. They got done what needed to be done. When I'm getting good service I am not that worried about price.

Roswell Auto Center are great. I haven't use them for anything major, but they do all the small things on my car. They are wonderful. They are really nice and prompt. They have a good waiting room and they seem like good guys. They have good prices too.

Very good, my car was towed in around 9:00 am and the work was completed within a couple of hours.

I dropped off my car about 9:00 in the morning and the person working there told me that they will give me a call in about two hours to explain my car problems and an estimate of the repair cost. when they did call me about two hours later, they explained my car problems and the gave me an estimate lower than i expected to pay. They asked me for authorization to repair my car. when i gave it to them they said that it would be fixed and available for pick up between 1-2 days. They told me during the call that they had to order a part because my car was an older model and that is why there would be a delay in delivery. To my surprise, they called me at 8:00am the next morning and told me that my car was ready to be picked up. when I arrived, i paid them in cash, which subtracted about $15.00 from my overall cost. I drove my car off the lot and the problem that i was experiencing with the car is gone. They also told me that because of the age of my car that additional cylinders my fail, so I should take precaution.

Service reminded me of the work needed and completed work that day.

Other than failing to fix my problem, splendid.

The people at Roswell Auto Center have done quality work for me on more than one of my family vehicles. This includes work on electrical problems, suspension/wheels & alignment, and other issues. Their pricing is competitive, their service and responsiveness have been excellent. I like the fact that they are an independent garage. I most recently had them perform an inspection on a used vehicle that I purchased.

There is a reason why Roswell Auto Service has been in business for 30 years. They are stellar. They take extreme pride in their reputation, their customer and the work that they do. In this day of franchise operations, dealing with the owners is a true joy. They are dedicated, responsive and extremely honorable.

I was happy; it was done when they said it was going to be done and the price was okay.

I have an old 1989 Toyota puck-up that I use around the yard and neighborhood. I don't drive it much but it does have to be inspected every year. The truck seems to trigger the check engine light frequently. Last year I took the truck to these folks and they found the fault in the EGR. They cleaned the EGR valve, cleared the 'check-engine' fault and inspected it for around $79. That was a good value. After about six months the check engine light returned. Oh well, it runs well and the light doesn't bother me that much. This year I took it back and asked them to inspect it. My thinking was that the check engine light would need to be looked into and fixed as a part of the inspection. When they reached me they informed me that it was not necessary to clear the check engine light for the truck to pass inspection. They reached me and told me this and asked if I wanted them to pursue the check engine light. We agreed that the check engine light wasn't an issue. The inspection was $20. Bottom line. These folks know what I am using this truck for. They understand that it's old , not used much and doesn't really need much. They have been honest and kept my bill as low as possible. This kind of service builds my trust. I will continue to use them for service on the old truck of mine.

They checked the car and gave me an estimate. The work was done on time.

I have found them to be very honest which means a lot to me. They are independent. One time, I had a problem with a Toyota Avalon where the drive shaft tore off the housing of the transmission. They could have told me I needed a new transmission, but they advised that just one of the seven bolts was ripped off and could not be re-tapped. A second one was ripped out and could be re-tapped. The mechanic advided that we had an option to re-tap the 6th bolt and there would be 6 bolts holding the two pieces together instead of the seven. He said that if it was his car, he would re-tap the 6th bolt and that it would be safe and work just fine. I took his advice and the repair has worked out just fine. It cost me only a couple hundred dollars instead of $3,000 for a new transmission. If he had advised me I needed a new transmission, I would have paid for it. Another instance, I was about to take a road trip and I took my can to another mechanic. I asked them to check the brakes for routine maintenance and they said it would take $1,300 of brake service. They gave me the parts they replaced after the maintenance was complete. I took them to Roswell and they said they were wear items and needed to be replaced eventually, but it was not a need for an immediate replacement per the manual. They said that I would have been able to go on my trip, come back, and be just fine. I have never felt like that were ever cutting corners. I have been very happy with their services and I refer all of my friends there.

I called ahead for an appointment. They do not take appointments and instructed me to show up at 8:00 am and they get most out same day. This made me a little uneasy as I was renting a car and the last time I took my truck to a new AL place, I had an appointment. That place did not begin looking at my truck until well afternoon,so I had to keep the rental until Monday afternoon. Roswell Auto Center called me about 10:30 with the list of what was needed. I could tell it truly was needed and other items were not included to run the bill up. I picked up my truck just after 5:00 pm and I felt great comfort that it had been worked on by people who cared about what they do. I might add I was sitting outside on the gazebo waiting for the office to open and not one employee passed me by to enter work for the day without saying good morning clearly and loudly enough to be easily heard.

This particular job was a routine repair job and, as has been my experience in bringing my cars to Roswell Auto for the past 25+ years, it was done in an excellent manner. I knew the front brakes needed to be replaced but had them check the rear brakes with an OK to go ahead if it was felt the rear brakes needed replacement. When I went to pick up the car I found that only the front brakes were replaced and that the rear brakes were checked but did not need replacing. That is so typical of the way Roswell Auto does business. They do only what needs to be done and they do at a high level of quality workmanship and at a fair price. I started going to Roswell Auto in 1986. Since that time, Carl and Robert, the service managers, have saved me a lot of money by turning down work that they determined could be done under the manufactures warranty or recall. At other times their diagnosis of a problem that I thought was one thing and it turned out to be something else has saved me money. Roswell Auto's philosophy of being honest with the customer, doing only what needs to be done, doing quality work each and everytime and at a fair price should be the business model for every business. That philosophy is why Roswell Auto is so highly regarded and is an awarding business every year. If you want repair work done on your automobile the right way and done right the first time the place to go is Roswell Auto.

My car was ready for a 30,000 mile checkup, and the dealership was going to charge me $600 for the checkup. I went to Roswell Auto Center and asked them to take a look at my car and tell me what was ACTUALLY needed. $46 later, I had an oil change, full inspection and new air filter. The guys that were working were kind and helpful, and the waiting room was full of people. I will definitely be returning the next time my car needs service.

They are amazing and ethical! If you do not need work done, they will tell you!

They are really good at diagnosing what is wrong. They are not the lowest price in town, but if you want it to be done right the first time, then I would recommend using Roswell. Their quality of work makes the price seem reasonable.

I thought they were very honest with me. They didn't try to rip me off. They were real upfront and real honest, and I appreciate that.
