Not a happy camper here. I advised them when I arrived that the battery had died the night before and, due to that, the light wasn't actually on. Because of the battery dieing, I also asked to have my battery and alternator checked. They were friendly and seemed helpful. When I picked up the vehicle they advised about the oil change and gave me some useful info regarding what may have caused the engine light to go on. I asked about my battery and alternator and was told that they were checked and fine. Mind you there was no reference to this on the paperwork and the gentlemen who told me this did not check anything (guess he has a good memory?). After getting the paperwork, I saw that it said we had replaced the battery the night before, that was not the case and not what I said. And if it was, wouldn't that have raised a question as to why I was having it checked instead of a pat answer that it was checked? Anyway, the next day my battery was dead in the AM. It took me a few days to get it back to them to look at the battery (it is extremely difficult for us to get a car over there, my husband has to take time off work so I can have the other car). Anyway, after day of checking my battery and alternator, I was told that I needed a new battery. Supposedly my battery was touchy, checked good on one machine and not good on another. Even if that is true, I have no doubt that it was not checked at all when I first took it in. So, another $50 just to then drive to Sears to purchase a new battery.

I have just recently started using Roswell Auto Center for maintenance. They are very knowledgeable, professional, timely, and trustworthy. I would recommend to anyone in need of auto service.

Brought in my Tahoe and it was easy, they were honest and even called a few days later to follow up. I dealt with people not a corporation.

Roswell Auto Center is the greatest. They are the best. They are fantastic. They did it extraordinarily well. They fixed stuff that was problems created by other mechanics. They did a good job. I would recommend them to anybody. They are really good. Their service is wonderful and they know what they are doing. They work fast too.

I did go on a Saturday and they were busy, but they took care of me and the cost was less than I had paid at other shops for the same service.

We've been using them for years and they've been wonderful. I don't know what I would've done without them over these years. They are trustworthy and very fair in their pricing. They are usually substantially cheaper than a dealer. They always give us good advice on what needed to be done and never did any questionable maintenance. We don't know anything about cars and we really depend on them for their advice. Whenever we want to buy a car, we take it to them for advice before buying it. One of them is Carl Hughes and another one is Robert King and the other one is Randall and they are excellent and they take care of me.

I have been using them for 20 years. They have integrity and honesty. I will continue to use them.

Their pricing was not as much less as the dealer as we'd hoped. They also lacked the tools to perform a transmission flush on our VW. That's not really their fault -- VW makes it so that you really have no alternative but to use the dealer for some maintenance issues. Nevertheless, it still forced us to have an extra service, which dropped their overall to a B. If you don't have a VW with a dual synchro transmission, then we can definitely recommend them.

Since Roswell Auto Center stated they did not take appointments, I showed up with the car that needed service. There were several smaller items that needed atention and those were addressed in my order. A more complex issue with the car was also needed to be addressed. Robert was my service advisor. Robert was slow to iintially address my needs, but he was professional once we got started. After looking over the car he called and outlined the problems and the approach to repair the car. He outlined the cost and approximate time for those repairs. After the services were performed he called and let me know the car was ready. When picking up the car he outlined all that was done to the car and the expenses involved. I was pleased with the service and the professionalism. I will take my car there again. The only ratings cutback from straight A's was a "not" so friendly response when I first encountered the service advisor staff. It was difficult to find out exactly where to go when I first arrived, but got to where I needed to be. I am glad I checked on Angie's List. Having your car worked on by a reputable shop is hard to find any more. I was pleased with my reccommendations and experience.

I thought my car just sounded rough due to the cold weather and I didn't start it up enough. Since it sounded good after about 5 minutes of starting up. Anyway, the next morning I started up the car and all these noises were happening and it sounded as if a belt was being compromised. I took it into the shop first thing after starting it up, hoping that the sounds would appear after starting and they did. So, I talked to the service manager, Robert and he said he'd call me (which he did) in a few hours and let me know what they found out. There was a leak (almost a quart low of oil) and that they'd have to clean off everything and see if anything needed to be replaced (of course, it did). The estimate, thankfully came in a bit lower and I was able to use a 10% coupon from Angies list- so I was able to save almost $50. If I would have gone to Infiniti for this- they would have easily charged me about 40% more.

They got it in and out. I have been using these folk for the last 7 years and trust them completely.

Excellent. They identified the problem quickly, and it was minor in comparison to the repair estimate I got from another shop. They did a better job of troubleshooting here and only did the work that was actually needed. I have used them for several other repairs as well and have always felt that we were treated fairly and honestly.

Extremely professional and punctual with service and follow up calls. This was a first time visit for any type of repair/service and I will definitely return for regular maintenance and any future repairs that may be required.

They were excellent. They took their time and figured out the problem. They didn't charge for extra services or parts. They were fair and honest and fixed the car as it was needed.

While Roswell Auto does not rebuild transmissions, they were able to diagnosis the problem and recommended someone to do the work. I dropped my car with them and they took care of the rest. They called when they said they would and my car was ready when they said it would be.

Job was done very well. Only issue is that when we came to pick up the car the person in the office seemed to be annoyed with us. Not sure why?

I was told the catalytic converter installed by another garage was cracked

Always ask for an appointment so that I can drop off the car the night before. They made sure that it was all done in one day even though it is labor intensive. Always professional and they don't try to oversell anything. Have been using them for over 10 years and would highly recommend them.

Dropped my wifes car off for a brake job.. Carl & Bob are always their too help you.. Their years of experience are priceless. They really don't over sell the job , never have ...The turn around time is timely ...

We took the car in at the beginning of the week, so that the staff could run diagnostics on the car and let us know of any additional workneeding to be done.As always,we received a call from one of the owners by the end of the day detailing items needed to be addressed with an estimate and when the car would be ready. The actual price of the work was slightly less than the estimate and the car is running beautifully. We were impressed, yet again, with a follow-up call from one of the owners several weeks later to make sure things with the car were working to our satisfaction.

Dropped off the vehicle at around 8:30 am, Carl said he could get an estimate within an hour. About 45 minutes later, Carl called and said what it would cost, might take up to 8 hours of labor, probably run $750 or so. Gave approval to start work. Around 3:30 pm, Carl called, said they were wrapping up, would cost $713. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle at 4:45, Carl was doing a final check to make sure everything was working. I got the 3% discount for using cash, total was $695. Note: I've been going to Roswell Auto Center for a very long time. They've serviced a string of vehicles for me over the years, including 2 Honda Civic's, 1 Honda CR-V, 1 Toyota Sienna van, and 3 Ford Explorers. They always provide the best service, best price, and when something is not their expertise (like a transmission rebuild) they recommend to someone who is the best for that job. Wish everyone did such a consistently great job!

The extended warranty on my Mom’s car expired and I wasn’t about to take it back to the dealership to pay those astronomical fees. I was in the market for a new reputable place to take the car for servicing. I read the Roswell Auto Center reviews on Angie’s list and decided to give them a try. I visited on the 7th and asked them to take a look at the car; a very loud scratching/squeaking noise was coming from the front wheels on braking. They checked the brakes and told me that it wasn’t the pads, but probably just rotors needing to be resurfaced and it would be about $100 – they didn’t have time to do it just then. I went back a few days later with Angie’s 10% coupon in hand and the end result was, they fixed exactly what they said they would and the cost was $98. I know from experience that I would have paid way more at the dealership and probably had more done than necessary. I am grateful to have found Roswell Auto and will take Mom’s car there for any future work.

I went there and their was one gentleman ahead of me, Once my turn came, they took my car keys and passed it on to a technician. The tech came back after 10mts to report that break of my car are fine and he did not find any thing abnormal. They did not charge me for inspecting the breaks. It was good experience.
