Description of Work: We've used Roswell Auto Center for ten years and five vehicles. They've never done work that needed to be re-fixed. We've been pleased with all of their work, from oil changes, inspections after accidents, new shocks and water pumps, etc., etc., etc. They've always been professional with most jobs taking one or two days. Once they didn't charge us for work on an estimate that we had approved, they realized it wasn't necessary when they took it apart. They could have continued with an unnecessary repair, but didn't, so I feel like they are fair.

We found the engine, transmission and suspension to be in good shape and recommended you purchase the vehicle. We noted only that the front and rear bumpers had been painted and the only repair required at that time was a serpentine belt. It always go very well
Description of Work: I've used this company for several years. I mostly use the oil change shop but I have used the repair/service shop as well. I drive a high quality SUV that uses senthetic oil. They always have the oil in stock and they are competative on prices. There is sometimes a wait for oil changes but the atmospere is friendly so the time passes quickly. They do everything they can to make me fell comfortable. Being a lady, I find sometimes other auto shops will try to take advantage of my gender. Roswell Auto treats me with respect and their prices are very reasonable. The service shop has been great. They do the work on time and keep me posted of any issues. I will continue to take my car here.

Description of Work: We have been using Roswell Auto service for at least 10 years and have always found them excelleny service including detailed time in explaining the problem. They are very willing to admit they do not know how to solve the problem. Actually I can not say enough about this auto center. I would suggest they expand their receiving center which now is a tiny room with 2 desks for the two owners. They run an excellent operation!/ This particular problem was a heated radiator with no fluid. No problem was found so only the antifreeze was replaced and I was advised to look fo a slow leak which they could not find. They spent much time trying to find a leak..Happily none was found
