Work done was fine, but this was not a big test - just a garage door spring. But beware that they will try very hard to up-sell you on additional work & services. I guess that's how they increase their revenue once they have a foot in your door, but I do not appreciate that type of thing.

Jeff went out of his way to come back and program the opener due to a power outage the day of installation.

This team was top notch. The garage door I had was about 10 years old and required some custom made parts. They examined the issue well and were here the day after the parts arrived at there shop. They stayed within their estimate and offered appropriate upgrades to the project making the end result better than I could have asked.

Garage door balanced and works much better than it has for years

The unit that was installed is great - a higher end liftmaster. The installer also serviced the door to make it much quieter. He also explained the warranty on the new unit, which lead to... The downer was the former unit was probably under warranty as it was not that old. Neither OCC over the phone nor the tech inquired about what was being replaced - it would have been helpful for them to do that. It could have saved me a ton of money. I think the tech should have seen the existing unit and immediately brought it to my attention.

I was stuck at home on a Monday morning due to a broken garage door spring. Technician arrived with replacement springs within two hours of my service call. Replacement of two springs was done in just under a half hour. Technician was professional and most helpful.

The company was willing to install temporary springs until my garage door arrived. It's been very cold and I really appreciated being able to use my garage and keep my 18-year-old truck out of the elements. Then, on installation day they kept their appointment even though the installer was running late (due to an issue with removing the previous appointment's old door). Two installers came to get the job done on time!

They did a good job tweaking my older garage door system. The price (with coupon) was very fair.

If you want prompt, knowledgeable people to work on your garage door, these are the ones. They are not the cheapest but they called me as soon as I requested service and were there early the next morning. The serviceman had everything on the truck to rebuild and repair my garage door and it is super quiet now that everything is tuned up and the belt is replaced. I highly recomend these guys.

John was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The repair was exactly what was estimated. No hidden charges or fees. The garage door seems to be running very well now.
