Patti Armstrong, the sales manager, was very responsive to our inquiry and punctual, very pleasant and professional throughout the sales process, and following up after the work was completed. It was a 2 day job, but maybe 6 hours in total. The install team was also punctual and professional - floor looked great. While we are still a new customer, we are very pleased to date, and would recommend Granite highly.

Granite Garage Floors was extremely flexible when my schedule required changes. They came out and assisted with the selection and their team was on time and finished in the time allotted. They took care of my home and did an excellent job.

It went great. They showed up on time and even for the quote needed for the garage floors. It is amazing how good our garage floor looks. I have already referred them to friends that need it done.

Alan met us at the house and we agreed on what all would be done. He helped us pick the color based on our preferences and the color finishes on the house, and then gave us a clear explanation of the process. He followed up after the first day of work to ensure all was going well. During the first day of grinding and first coat it began to rain. The installers rigged a tarp from the garage to their trucks to prevent rain from coming in. The installers were great and gave us a good explanation of what they were doing, and what WE needed to do as far as not using the space until it had time to cure. It was getting cold so they emphasized not short cutting the time.

The attention to details and their professional attitude was great and promoted a great relationship with the installers.

Job was just completed yesterday so I can’t walk on it yet or speak to long term durability. What I can say is that it is a pleasure dealing with the company and my garage and shop floors have been transformed. The company went out of their way to fit me into their schedule so the floors could cure before I move in. It was a lot of money to spend but I hope the floors look this way for at least a decade.

Great! They were very courteous and informative as work was performed. It was even possible to do the stairs. The garage looks so much better and we look forward to easy maintenance.

It went great, they gave me a time frame for their arrival and they were there on time. The job requires two days to complete. After the first day they left everything neat and protected, including fixing it so that if you forgot you would not be able to enter the garage. The guys were neat and they cleaned up the debris after they had completed the job. My new garage floor is beautiful and oil will not penetrate it. All I am required to do is keep it clean and it has a lifetime guarantee.

The job was done over 2 days, at about 5 hours total. The guys knew exactly what to do and didn't mind me asking a lot of questions. They repaired a few cracks, which are totally invisible now. The garage floor looks great.

Alan's crew did exactly what they said they would, exactly when they said they would do it! We left on Spring break and when we came back VOILA! A perfect and gorgeous new garage floor which should last a lifetime! Many colors to choose from and Alan was extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional. While they are probably not the absolute cheapest, I would highly recommend them if you want to be sure you get a top-notch job. I will recommend to my friends for sure.

Obviously, a review three years from now would be the most useful, but I am extremely pleased with the immediate result. I have had much work done to my house over the past three years. This was (fingers crossed) our last project. This was the easiest project we have done. The floor looks fantastic and everyone was delightful to work with.
