This is an outstanding company. My experience with them was great from start--when Kevin came to estimate the job--to finish. My garage floor was bad when I purchased the house, with oil and grease stains all over it. It was ugly and since we use it as a main entrance into the house, every day had to look at this unpleasant and dirty looking mess. When the team arrived they started right to work grinding the floor. Once that was done, another team joined them. All materials and equipment were managed in a neat and orderly way and the work area was kept clean. The members of the team explained the process and answered my questions in a friendly and thorough manner. These men are talented at what they do. It takes knowledge, skill and experience to be able to do a job like this and be so good at it. It was obvious they take great pride in their work.. The crew manager said they don't have to come back to correct problems because they do the job right to start with. I believe that. The finished floor is gorgeous. Even though I elected to get the terrazzo finish, which has fewer decorative chips and doesn't have the final top coat, I am thrilled with the finished floor. It looks just like the photos on their website. I will recommend this company to all my friends. I wish all contractors were like this.

This is an A+ company! Alan, the CEO, personally did the estimate, and the price stayed exactly what was quoted. His crew showed up on the morning they were scheduled to, introduced themselves, and had big concrete grinders grinding the garage floor in the amount of time it took me to walk inside and pick up my cup of coffee again! They worked all day on the garage floor -- hand-grinding the small areas in the corners where their big grinding machine couldn't go -- and walking a long, convoluted way around the house to access the basement, so that they wouldn't track anything across the kitchen floors or down the carpeted basement stairs. (They took these precautions on their own; I didn't have to ask.) On Day Two, they had to share the basement with a moving company that was unloading 15,000 pounds of our furniture, and the multiple crews working in the house deconflicted without us having to give it a second thought -- the epitome of professionalism. Also on Day Two, Alan, the CEO, personally stopped by to check the quality -- and concurred with his crew supervisor that the concrete in our unfinished basement was more porous that they'd expected, and that the team at Granite wanted to put a second coat of epoxy onto the basement floor to give it the best appearance possible. Another ten gallons of epoxy surely wasn't cheap, but Alan obviously wanted it done right, and had his crew lay down the extra epoxy without thinking twice about it. And no discussion of changing the price ever came up. We're extremely happy with our decision to use Granite Garage Floors. They're A+ from estimate to installation to follow-up. We're very impressed... and more than happy to provide a reference for them to anyone wondering if they're worth using!

They were great. They did a great job. They did everything they said they were going to do and it looks great. He was very detailed, there were certain things that I didn’t mind, about making, certain lines were straight but he did. I had got other quotes and they all were pretty similar.

We purchased our current home in July 2013 and were dissatisfied with the condition of the 8 year old garage floor. It was previously painted and was stained, cracked and peeling. We immediately started our research for a company to resurface the floor. We received a glowing referral for Granite Garage Floors from a family friend that had used them several years ago and was completely satisfied with their garage flooring. After speaking with Al, the owner, we found our garage would require a two-day process, one day to adequately prepare the floor and the second day to actually apply the epoxy. Afterward there was to be light foot traffic for the first 24 hours and no cars in the garage for about a week, so we wanted to have the job completed before we moved into the home. We asked Al if he could make an effort to start our job quickly to ensure our floor would be complete by our move-in date. He was more than accommodating with our schedule and requests, sending emails and leave messages almost daily to ensure we were satisfied with the arrangements. Al also was very upfront about the entire process and pricing, so there were no surprises. We had considered other options before choosing Granite Garage Floors, but we were impressed that they focused solely on epoxy floor covering and had a lifetime guarantee on their work. I absolutely LOVE my garage floor!! It is, without question, one the of the best upgrades we have done to our home thus far. I have gotten numerous compliments on not only its appearance, but its durability and ease of cleaning. It does not absorb water, oil, or grease and is easily cleaned with a broom or blower and moped dry when wet. My husband has extensive knowledge of warehouse flooring and concrete preparation and was impressed with the company's diamond encrusted floor grinder used to prepare the surface for the epoxy. Couldn't ask for abetter job--start to finish. We had a limited time table within which to get the job done. Alan accomodated us--his crew showed up when they said they would, on time, knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the floor and have received positive compliments from everyone who has seen it.

It went good, the installers did a good job!

It went as promised. The crew showed up on the day appointed, on time, and the next day they were finished. The floor was smoothed and leveled, all cracks were sealed and covered, the color was exactly as requested, the finish is beautiful.

Alan, the owner, called promptly set up an appointment and showed up on time. He provided us with an in-detail cost estimate which was exactly what was due at the end of the job. His workers were meticulous in their preparation for the work to be done and cleaned up after the first day of working. This was a two-day job. They arrived right on time as promised both days. They made sure that we were happy with the results. They carried away all garbage created from the job. We love the floor. Alan provides a lifetime guarantee through his company as well as through the products that he uses. Granite Garage Floors did an excellent job on our garage floor. Our old garage floor had been painted by the previous owners and was stained and the paint was peeling in places. Granite Garage Floors sanded down the old paint and installed their epoxy coating. It looks great now! I love that they have a vacuum system that controls the dust from the sanding process. They are very professional, did a great job and I highly recommend them.
