Every step with the East Atlanta Painting Company was smooth and professional. They were very responsive and were willing to help me figure out what type of paint to use. More importantly, the guys who painted our house were excellent! They finished the job in a matter of hours (I was expecting it to take two days), and the house looks perfect. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Hired them in late March 2015. They were not the least expensive- but assured me the quality would be worth the extra cost. Exterior Painting was first. Painted entire exterior of house plus the deck. RESULTS EXTERIOR Crew also repaired wood rot on one window sill. Colors were perfect. BUT... they painted back deck with stain-which peeled away within 2 weeks. Also, the crew removed all the storm windows and then did not put them back on correctly. Poor caulking and not properly tightened back into place. Turns out they NEVER needed to remove the storm windows in the first place. So I had to call and get that fixed by them. Sent a wonderful person (Rick) who was great and he fixed all the windows. Crew also left all the patio furniture and a large grill on ,y back lawn and no one ever came back to move the furniture until I called and complained. RESULTS INTERIOR Interior Crew was very nice, They showed up on time and worked hard. Painted ll the doors, walls, trim. Patched and repaired any picture hanger holes. All colors were good. We had one wall that I had to choose another color because Painting Company East Atlanta could not get the grey color I wanted I suggested we use painters sand in the color I requested, but Painting Company East Atlanta said that was not possible, Never explained why...oh well.. I did have to have Rick come back and fix a list of trim and paint items that needed to be cleaned up and have ALL the windows unstuck because all windows had been painted shut. But I am guessing that is normal. They did re-stain the deck- but ONCE AGAIN left all patio furniture on my lawn- except this time NO ONE EVER CAME BACK so I am moving things bit by bit myself back to the patio. Despite SIX calls into Painting Company East Atlanta to fix this issue. They painted the garage walls and ceiling and did a good jo. But once again...no one ever came back to move the garage items back into order. I Called Painting Company East Atlanta SIX times and never got any satisfaction. I would not use them again. Rick and the Painting crews were nice. Bu the management leaves a LOT to be desired.

In general the job went well and I would use them again. They were very responsive to my requests but they did have to have a crew return to my house and spent an afternoon finishing several items up. This was likely due to the fact that the first time the job was delayed a day from the original start date (they informed me in plenty of time so this is not an issue) and went until late Friday afternoon. As a result the crew seemed in a hurry to go and several areas did not in my opinion get the second contracted coat or if they did, it was done very quickly and not throughly. When this was pointed out, they were very responsive in seeing that all items were corrected but it did require my follow up and bringing it to their attention. This is why they do not get all A's. However, since they did correct the situation (on my schedule by the way) they do get A's and B's and would have no reservations about recommending them to others. I would give them an overall B+ if I could. Also I got other quotes (both more and less) but felt more comfortable with Paul and The Painting Co. so they got the job. Again I would have no problems using them again and they at the very least they will get the opportunity to quote on any such job I have.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Paul was very informative and and provided a timely and detailed quote. Marcus (supervisor) was professional and checked in prior to start and throughout the job. Martin and his crew were great. They were respectful.

Rene was kind and professional. He was a real leader of his crew. I marked places that needed to be touched up and they took care of them without me even having to ask. We felt comfortable leaving our house in their care while they worked without supervision. A++ service

Painters arrive on time. I explained what was to be painted & colors. I left for a few hours and they had completed everything except master. Came back next day to finish up. Very clean & thorough.

Great service. They were on time for the walk through and very informative about color selection. We tentivily scheduled for the 22nd of June, but their schedule pushed that back to the 25th. This would have left us less than 4 days to complete the move and clean the apartment. They were very accommodating in working our timeline for moving. The painters were on time and completed the job in one day, working from 9am to 8pm. They were very professional throughout the day. The painters walked thru with us and except for one spot that they corrected immediately did an outstanding job. Clean up was very thorough with only a couple of spots missed. Overall an excellent job.

The painters showed up every morning until job was done. They cleaned up each night and were very pleasant to work with. They replaced minor rotted wood and told us how much it would be before they did any extra work. They matched all the existing paint colors perfectly. They were done in 4 days and all went very well. I am pleased overall with the quality of work for the price.

Team of 3 showed up at 8:45 on Thursday, went straight to work, took one break for lunch (because I made them stuff to eat), then finished most of the job. Came back the next day to finish and helped clean up and restore furniture. Very helpful team!

I thought these guys were great. They came early, stayed late, prepped thoroughly, and were polite and hard working. The quality of the work was exceptional. We had an issue with one of the paint colors being off and they corrected it immediately. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
