My home was in desperate need of painting. The whole process was excellent. The quote was reasonable. The salesman (Paul) took my calls & answered my questions promptly. Cody kept me abreast of everything and even visited the home to ensure all was well. I can't say enough about Ricardo and the crew. Job well done. I even enjoyed their music and their singing as they worked so diligently.

The painting company sends a sales person to the home to evaluate the job, what you want and the best way to do the job. The salesman said lacquer was the best way to go and would leave a very hard finish that could easily be wiped clean. Everything at this point seemed good until I tried to call the office the week before the job was to start. Not only could I not get a call back but no one would return my email. I called the sales man and he basically said I was not to call him anymore that the job was now passed on to the people in the office. I just had to wait to see if the painters showed up on their appointed date. The painters did show up but from the minute the painters stepped through the door they began to complain. The painters that arrived did not want to paint with lacquer and made it clear to me with their negative comments. After a call to the company, the painters were told to use the lacquer. Once they sprayed the cabinets, it was apparent that the lacquer had runs and what looks like small particles in the paint on the doors. Another call to the company and the company told the painters to redo the cabinets and use oil base paint. The doors and boxes were repainted and this time the doors turned out a little dull and the boxes were shiny. Finally someone from the painting company came out to the house to look at the job and said it needed to be done a third time to make it right. Another set of painters showed up and again started to complain. They were upset that they were having to clean up someone else's mess. They worked on the cabinets for another 3 days and finally I had a finished product. The cabinets are not the semi-gloss that I wanted, but are a satin finish. The cabinets look fine, but the headache and stress of the job was huge.

Started out rough, but ended with a satisfactory result.

We had just purchased this condo and were not present when they did the work. When we arrived it was perfect and we couldn't find a single problem. They kept in touch and cleaned up everything very neatly. Great job.

Painting on siding went well, though the coverage seemed a little thin. It was agreed that the front porch would need some scraping and sanding, and was in the contract. It didn't appear they did either. When called back, they did a very nice job, considering the condition of the porch. When trim was replaced around windows, the edges did not line up. It took two return visits to get them to sand the edges to get them better - not great, but better. It was agreed some scraping and re-caulking around edges of panels on front bay would be needed. It took two return trips to get that better also. Far from great, but better. I was told at the beginning of the job that someone would be in touch with me every day to see how things were going and let me know what the plans were for that day. Never happened. One day, they were working on another job all morning when I had stayed home to be available. When they came out to discuss the re-work, I was told I'd hear something that day or next on when someone would be out. Never happened. After waiting a few days in both cases, I had to call them back to schedule the rework. Initially, they seemed very professional with nice handouts and web site. After that, it seemed go downhill. Would look for someone else to do next job.

Appointment was set for 11:00 for an estimate. When we received no phone call by 11:15 to say they are running late I called. I was told they would call back to see what was going on. No call back. I called again at 11:55. I was told they have 2 calendars. We were on one but not the other. Really? What if we scheduled work with this company & were not put on both calendars?!!!

I had most of the stipple in other parts of the house smoothed as part of a remodel last year, but the work was mediocre, wavy portions of the ceiling and marks in places because they rushed. I needed a new contractor for the remaining 2 rooms so I looked around and found Atlanta Painting Company. They came and gave a quote for the ceiling and future painting and while the price was a bit high, it was becasue the job was so small. We liked their reviews and professionalism so went with them. The crew led by Manuel was on time and did a great job of covering everything that might let dust out. The worked non-stop and got the job done ahead of schedule and in what appears to be perfection. They did a great job of cleaning up behind them and left the house in excellent conditions. There will always be a little dust in a job like this, but they did an amazing job of making sure every bit of it that they could find was gone. They let the place looking perfect and in great shape! These guys are great and can't wait to see how they do when they paint the rooms in a few weeks! They will always be my first and probably only call in the future.

Jose's team was excellent. They were very friendly and accommodating. From the bid until the end, they were checking on their team and how we were liking it. The Painting Company offers a free color consult. She was excellent and a big help to me. FYI others charge about $50-$75 an hour. We were having a floor put in at the same time and were on a time crunch for personal reasons. They were willing to work at the same time as the floor installers so we could meet our schedule. This involved them changing their plans for the day (which rooms they were painting...very organized crew) when an issue came up with the floor company. As for a previous review concerning touch ups...an F rating...I understand where the man who gave the bid was coming from. They have many awards in addition to their Angie's List rating. They truly take pride in their work...sometimes hard to find these days. In my opinion, if you want touch up work...maybe hire a handyman. I understand they wouldn't want their name attached to a job that would possibly leave two different colors on the wall. Another review stated they could have paid more attention to detail. Maybe it had to do with the crew, but not the company. Ask for Jose's crew. They paid excellent attention to detail. Deborah kept us posted throughout the process, asking us questions on occasion to make sure we were getting what we wanted. When you hire to have a job as big as ours completed, we sometimes miss things we want done. I added a few things along the way and as I said, they were very accommodating. No attitude. It was plain to see they were hard workers and took pride in their job. Each night they vacuumed and stored their tools in the garage. They even hauled off three very large bathroom mirrors so I didn't have to call bulk pick up and pay. There's a reason they have an A rating with over 500 reviews!

They could have done better quality and paid more attention to details.

The team removed wallpaper on wall and painted walls, All the woodwork was natural, they prepared it and painted all molding white. Ceiling was painted white. After a small problem, they corrected it and finished room the next day. Good job, I Will use them again

The workers kept us informed of what was going on and wanted to be sure it was to our satisfaction. The work was scheduled for Saturday and Monday. The only problem was that the workers did not clean up the the half bath from the wallpaper debris or take up the plastic cover in the kitchen and dining areas on Saturday. This was inconvenient having to work around it on the weekend. They did clean up after completing the work on Monday.

This is not your typical painting company. When did I discover that, you ask? I was first tipped off when they acted like they actually wanted my business. Most painters won't even call you back. (I had a couple like that.) Not only did they answer the phone, but they actually scheduled a time when Jon, the salesperson would stop by to give me an estimate. And the best part? He showed up when he was supposed to. And get this: He even called in advance to confirm the appointment. At this point, I was already convinced this was a company I wanted to do business with, but they still had to prove it to me with a competitive price and expertise, and they did that. Jon went above and beyond, working directly with his supplier to determine the best type of paint to use on my deck. Their last test came with the actual work, which I'm pleased to say was done to perfection. Jorge was the supervisor of the team assigned to my job and he and his group were awesome. Unlike most painters, he really cared about the results ---- whether it was matching the color of some paint that was already on the deck or making sure there was no overspray. From now on, I'll call these guys first for all my painting needs.

If I could give an A+ I would. On time, high quality, and great communication. If you are thinking of getting cabinets painted use these guys. Look like new (at least thats what my friends say). Their team is great...Cody the project manager and Jon their sales person are knowledgeable and easy to reach. Office staff is super friendly. Phrase that comes to mind: class acts. Would use again.

While I asked for touch up painting, he tried to lecture me on the need to paint entire ceilings and walls. He tried to assert a certain level of expertise that was unfounded, with regard to real estate contracts. He failed to understand that he was speaking to a person with a doctorate in law and policy. And, I did not share that point, but pointed out to him that I had owned and sold many homes. Again, he tried to convey that I was asking him to perform work that is not consider correct...touch up work. I noted to him that I have had touch up work in prior homes and he stated the following, "why are you not getting them to do this work". I clarified to him that my last home was in Maryland and I asked him to leave my home and not to provide an estimate.

These guys are great. Very professional and very thorough and very clean. They use great products and guarantee their work. We even had a contractor, who was working in the neighborhood, ask who the painter was because he noticed how good of a job they were doing. That solidified in our mind that we made a good choice. They know what they are doing and the charge a fair rate. They won't be the cheapest but they deliver on quality and customer satisfaction. Call the guys if you want your house to look great and you want the paint to last. We would totally use them again.

The final product was okay but it's a lot of hand-holding to get them to do exactly what I want them to do. The final quality is pretty good. I wasn't there at the time, my wife was. Maybe, I will use them again but I'm not sure. I would have to think about it and I'd have to talk to them before I actually sign a contract. The painters were having some trouble with the trim if they used an exact amount to cut off the old caulk would have made it better. They just ripped it off and they ripped off part of the hardy plank coating. Then they tried to cover it with caulk.

We were extremely disappointed with the work that was performed. In part, the poor results stem from poor communication, (which I will accept falls on both the customer and the business) but the bottom line is: The deck looks nothing like we expected and now we have to find and pay someone else to re do the entire job. In my opinion, we were clear about what color we were looking for, and more specifically, that we did not want it to look reddish. The company representative we dealt with says we told them we didn't want it to look orange. To be frank. I think the result looks very orange so the discrepancy seems moot. Regardless, the color looks awful. The company offered to re stain it for half the price of the original job but it was at that point I realized they were not able to provide the color we were looking for, which I believe was the problem from the start. Since 75% of the decks in our neighborhood are the color we were looking for, I am left to assume that they have very limited options. In my opinion, a top notch company would have accepted the fact that they could not provide the results we were looking for and would have just declined the job. Instead, I feel like they tried to sell us something they couldn't do and then wanted us to either pay them more money to redo the job, or, just go away. Moreover, the quality of the work was very unsatisfactory. The stain looks streaky in parts and is very uneven throughout. I would not use this company for ANY type of work in the future because I didn't feel like they really cared about the result. My impression is they just wanted to show up and collect a check.

They were very responsive. Called on Monday and met on Tuesday to give an estimate. He gave a time table for the work to be completed. Set a date (expected start and completion date). All work was done within the tentative time frame. The supervisor called every evening to make sure the job went as desired and asked if there were any issues with the work or employees. Chris was also great. He helped throughout the process and went above and beyond. Would definitely use again and referred services to my associates.

We could not have been more pleased with this company. Our house is all wood siding, built in 1968 with the original multi-paned windows that take forever to paint and glaze. In other words, this is not a quick and easy paint job. Our previous experiences with painters were disappointing and I was prepared for this job to be similar. The Painting Company was fantastic - they came out to do a good job and they stayed until it was done right. In my original estimate, we had 1 day for pressure washing, 1.5 days for prep and 1.5 days for painting. I was skeptical given the shape of my siding, but they assured me it would get done right. After the first day of prep, they called to tell me that it would be "a little longer". It stretched into 4 days of prep and it was all done EXACTLY the way it needed to be. They painted and finished without complaint and it looks amazing. A week or so after they finished, we found a few places that needed to be touched up, and they came out and fixed each spot without complaint. They were professional, used technology to communicate and remind us of dates, and were willing to talk with us about each step of the project. I will use them again!!
