On time everyday worked all day, very professional & polite did touch ups throughout house very pleased.

Paul, my salesperson, was very nice, but there was some confusion as to what was covered by the quote. We were able to come to an agreement, although I paid a little more than my original quote. The price was the middle of 3 quotes that I received. The painting crew was on time, respectful, & great overall.

Initially I had gotten a quote from a small, one-man operation for just the exterior paint job and was quoted TWICE what The Painting Company quoted me. I read the reviews for The Painting Company and felt confident that they would do a good job....I was partially wrong--they did an AMAZING job! I was out of town on vacation, but their crew started and completed the exterior paint job (including numerous repairs to rotted wood and siding boards) while I was gone. I was kept regularly informed of the progress by their Project Manager (so appreciated!). I knew I needed to have the interior of my home completed re-painted as well (was putting my house on the market, hence the top to bottom painting needs), so I decided to get an estimate from The Painting Company. They even offered me a discount since I had used their services for the exterior paint job. Again, I got a second estimate from my long-time handyman to see how much he would charge to paint every single wall inside the house. Again, the quote from The Painting Company was FAR more competitive and reasonable! Plus they could provide a crew of 3 painters to knock out the job in a matter of days. When you are putting your home on the market, time is of the essence, and The Painting Company was very cognizant of my situation and reserved time on their project calendar to accommodate my needs. Once again, the project manager kept me abreast of progress throughout the job. Their back-end office staff was also flawless in how professional and prompt they were in scheduling, invoicing, and managing checklist items (selecting paint, finish, etc.) I am SO HAPPY I found this top quality painting company on Angie's List and that they EXCEEDED all my expectations! I would recommend to anyone who wants great work, great prices, and attention to customer satisfaction at every step along the way! P.S. My house sold to the first buyers that looked at the property (before it even hit the market)! Needless to say, the immaculate fresh paint on the outside and inside went a long way in making that priceless first impression!!

Company's estimate was substantially lower than two other companies that gave estimates, which made me suspicious. However, the job went very well. The crew was very efficient and did everything they were supposed to do. I have come to expect that there will be corner-cutting in every job, but I didn't see any here. They simply did what they said they would do. After some discussions regarding the carport, they put an extra coat on at no charge. One issue from the beginning was a section of gutter on a part of the house that has apparently sagged a little over time causing a low in which water collects. This was the subject of discussion going in. The new gutters put on replicated the problem by having the gutters follow the line of the house rather than leveling with a level. I called about the issue, and someone came out and raised the low section without discussion (and without me even being there). Summary: East Atlanta seems to do what they contract to do with no fuss or hassle - and at a very competitive price.

Not very well, specifically when discussions are not truthful. The sales person appointment was at 0800 AM. I did not see a missed call from an unknown number which I am presuming it to be from the Painting company till 0840 AM when I started wondering why this person has not yet come. I called them a little while ago to be told, the person was there, he knocked and waited for 20 minutes, which is not true. There were 3 people in the house at 0800 AM and not a single person heard any knock.

After my experience with getting a quote, I would not hire these people if they were half the cost.

They came and did a great on protecting my new wood floors and all the prep work. They were extremely flexible even though the contract specified Sherman Williams I asked them to get Benjamin Moore since they had to go to that store for the trim paint I offered to pay the difference, but they never asked for it. They did an amazing job and were very accommodating even as I was being overly picky about some touch ups. the customer service from this company is top notch and they wer very concerned and followed up when I mention they damaged my window tint. They came right out and gave me no hassles covering my getting the tint replaced. These guys are awesome. I would highly recommend them and use them again in a second.

When the Salesman found out, he had the consultant cancel at the last minute. This was after a weeks delay and after I took a day off. I imagine that this company can do a good job of paining, but they are not professional or reputable. Be weary of doing business with these folks, as in my humble opinion are not ethical.

I was pleased from start to finish. They were prompt in their responses and scheduling both the estimate and the actual work. It was easy to communicate with them and it was obvious from very early on that there was a clear chain of "command", if you will, that successfully carried out my desired job from the sales person all the way to the crew who showed up to do the work. I was particularly impressed with the customer intake form they had me fill out, because it was proof they were paying attention to the details that make all the difference between a decent (or poor) experience and a delightful one. In addition, I received consistent, timely and helpful calls to make sure all was going as it should during the job. The crew was terrific! Because I have beautiful dentil molding and wainscoting in the living room, I needed someone who really knew what they were doing with a paint sprayer. There was alot of room for error, overspray leading to drips etc if I got someone inexperienced. But I haven't a single complaint - this crew really were professionals and knew their craft well. They did a great job of protecting my home and belongings. There was a small area on the back of one couch leg that got a little spray paint on it but they subsequently took care of removing it with no damage to the furniture at all. This was a multiple day job, and in the evening they left everything tidy. To cap it all off, I got a follow up email roughly 6 weeks out after job completion asking if I'd noticed anything that just didn't meet with 100% of my satisfaction. In fact, there were a couple places where the wood grain had popped back out on the banisters and they promptly scheduled someone to do the touchups. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future. This company is one I would recommend without reservation!
