Well where do I start, from the sale Person to the painter, they did outstanding job . The painters were pleasant always communicating with me and helpful if I asked a question. Always arrived at 8:00 am and left 5:30 pm and left my house super clean. I will use this company again and again. Highly recommended.

Had interior and exterior painting done on my home. The painting company had two crews come out over 3 days. Both crews were professional and did a very good job on my home. I will definitely use them again for any future work. Price was reasonable as well.

It was a disaster! This quite possibly was the worst painting job I have ever seen. A job that was supposed to take one day, ended up taking weeks. The crew showed up late, left my house in the middle of the day, left my house unlocked, weren't communicative etc etc. The painters got paint all over my hardwood floors and furniture. The Painting Company had to bring in a 3rd party to fix my floors, which still aren't 100%. There are places on the ceiling that they completely missed, along with human hair stuck in the paint in the bathroom (both of these things drive me crazy every time I see them). Would not hire or recommend to anyone.

The Painting Company showed up on time - every time, performed the work excellently and as promised. From the initial interaction with the Estimator Jason, to the Project Manager Eva, and the Painters - Efren and his brother, the entire project went extremely well. Not only would I hire them again, I highly recommend them.

I had a good experience with the Painting Company. Scheduling the estimate was very easy. The consultant who came out to do the estimate was very professional. I shared with her what I wanted to accomplish with the painting project and she gave very helpful suggestions. In addition, to painting the walls in my home, I had several areas where the ceiling had water damage that need to be repaired. She explained to me which areas would need to be completely repainted and which areas could just be a repair. There was no pressure and she did not try to sell me on services I did not need. The estimate provided was very reasonable and actually came in lower than an estimate I had gotten from another company. In addition, they committed to finishing the job in 3 days. I love their online customer checklist where you type in all the details of the job (rooms, color names, etc.). This helped me to plan the project and helped ensure there were no errors in communicating my color choices. The two gentlemen who completed the work were very nice and I felt completely comfortable with them being in my home. One of the gentlemen, who I believe was the lead worker, was very conscientious about completing the job in a timely manner. Although he was unable to work on one the days originally arranged, he came the very next day and completed the job. They did a particularly great job on repairing an area in my shower where the drywall had broken down. This was completely repaired before they painted. My only issue was with the close out of the job. The project manager who visited on the first day said he would come back at the end to inspect the work before we did the payment, but he never came back. Luckily, I had no real issue with the work. Overall, I had a good experience with this company and would use them again.

We used The Painting Company to paint the interior of most of our house. Their quote was competitive and they were very responsive in answering any questions we had. Our crew was comprised of Connor as the project manager and Melvin and Alejandro as the crew. They arrived promptly at 8:30 each morning and worked diligently until 5:30-6:00 PM. They kept us informed throughout the project and their process was very efficient. The original time estimate was 3-5 days and they finished in 4 days. We very very pleased with their cleanup each day. Their completed project was excellent, I rate them as 5 out of 5. . There were zero issues to resolve and I would definitely use them again. They left us with extra paint for future touch ups. They were very accommodating in working around my husband and I and our two dogs. I highly recommend the Painting Company. We had The Painting Company of Atlanta paint the interior of our home and remove the popcorn ceiling in the upstairs. The project manager visited the house daily to review the work done. We were kept informed throughout the entire process. The painters were courteous and professional. The furniture was thoroughly wrapped in plastic to protect it from the ceiling material and paint. They left the house clean each evening. We highly recommend The Painting Company of Atlanta.

I have now utilized the Painting Company on 2 occasions. The 1st time was for interior painting and removing popcorn from a foyer ceiling. They did an outstanding job and stood behind their work. They provided a color consultant to assist in color selection. The process was seamless. After the positive experience, I choose them to restain my deck. Again they did an outstanding job. I hired The Painting Company for a very large interior paint job of my daughter’s apartment at school. The Painting Company outbid a handful of other competitors by a range of $2K - $4K. They even purchased the paint, where the competitor’s estimates did not include paint. I was impressed from the very beginning. There was excellent communication from the office staff, which was extremely important, as I was traveling from out of town to have the job done. The painters arrived exactly as they promised and completed the massive job in two days, as promised. The attention to detail was meticulous. There was absolutely no evidence of the previous color once the job was completed. The painters were friendly, dependable and professional. My husband, who can always find flaws in hired workanmanship, thoroughly inspected the apartment and raved at how well the job had been done. I would definitely recommend The Painting Company for all your painting needs.

We needed our home painted while I was pregnant, so we were specific on the type of paint (zero VOC) to be used. The Painting Company was a great to help to ensure the right paint was used & that the house was ventilated throughout the job. The job was completed on time and within budget. This was our 2nd time using the Painting Company and we won't use another painting company in the area!

Overall the quality of the work was extremely good. The interior work was extensive and done in a timely manner and it all looked great. The best thing about the company is that their customer service is second to none. They understand that interior work sometimes precedes on the work, i.e. carpet installation, etc. They will return after other contractors have finished their job to touch up the paint at no cost! Really great!! Highly recommend.

I was a pleasure to work with Genna and Connor. Initially, there was a big problem, but these two immediately took actions. Connor came over to my house a couple of times to make sure everything is done correctly. What I like most about these two was not that they were perfect, but they were receptive to feedback from customer, and were quick to implement changes. Very happy with the result!
