Square Soft Restoration

We contacted Barry Pyron/Square Soft Restoration due a mold problem that was affecting the air quality (and my wife's health) in our home. After his initial inspection, Mr. Pyron provided a detailed breakdown of the work to be done, with an estimated duration of three days. He also provided personal and company certifications along with service warranties. As the work was being done, he provided us with comprehensive updates of completed work and what he and his crew would be doing next. Upon completion of the job, before and after photos were provided, where appropriate. Needless to say we were very pleased with the quality of the work and its result. My wife has had zero complaints about the air quality and is sleeping much easier since the work was done. And the added attic insulation has made a noticeable difference in the rooms where the insulation was poor or nonexistent. The job was completed on time and the thoroughness and quality of the work more than justified the extra dollars spent relative to a previous estimate by another company. We applaud Mr Pyron and his crew for a job well done and highly recommend his service to others in need of mold remediation.

Soft Squared Restoration treated my home for mold as well replaced flooring. His crew literally had cleaned every item on both floors. All duct work was vacuumed and fogged. Air Sample was conducted and sent to lab. During the process all furniture had to be removed and put back in place. Barry , the contractor was attentive and addressed each of my concerns. Our house was flooded due to heavy rain. I called a few companies; no one wanted to give me a quote over the phone, several suggested calling my insurance company and filing a claim. I called Square Soft Restoration after 5pm and got the owner, Barry. He was on site in less than an hour. They moved all my furniture, extracted the water, and set some large fans and dehumidifiers up. The whole process took about two hours. We discussed filing a claim with my insurance company, but based on the amount of work done and my deductible Barry suggested against it. He gave me a very reasonable price, and even followed up the next morning to be sure no more water had come in. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for good customer service and reasonable prices.

For the last few summers my air conditioner pan has been leaking in the attic. I've had it replaced, but didn't realize the secondary damage it caused. Whenever we walked into our house after being gone all day there was musty moldy smell. I knew there was mold in the house, just didn't know where. I called several companies out and reviewed the quotes, they were very expensive! There was no way I could pay almost $10,000!! Barry was one of our last quotes. Out of all the contractors who came out he was vey personable, provided a copy of his mold certificate, offered a one year warranty, and affordable. Our appointment was scheduled between 8-10, they showed up at 8:30. They were finished by late afternoon. Due to the chemicals being used for the services, we made plans to be away from home. When we walked back in, WOW! My house smelt so good. I know smell shouldn't be the determining factor of how well a service was performed, but it was so refreshing. Barry and his crew did such a good job. I checked all the vents to be sure they were really cleaned, and there was not even a speck of dust. My husband checked the attic, the beams looked brand new and the insulation was mold free. All the unpleasant smells are gone. It was money well spent.

As you might figure any time your contractor finds mold in your rental property things won't be good. I contacted Square Soft Restoration and Barry was GREAT! He responded within 1/2 hour of my request, went to the property and had an estimate and 50 pictures for me the next day at a competitive price. I had many concerns and questions and I called and texted Barry many times and he always answered his calls and my questions. I was in a time crunch. Barry had his crew out within one day and worked over the weekend to get the job done for me. After the mold remediation was complete my contractor started with the rehab and found some items missed. I called Barry and without question Barry contacted my contractor and had these items taking care of. Overall it was great working with Barry I would highly recommend his services. It wasn't a good job at all. They left an odor in the carpet. It took me awhile to get the smell out. I would not use them again. He also hooked up to my water heater tank when he cleaned which I have never had a company do. When the guy came back and re-cleaned it he brought his own generator with water, but the work was still mediocre.

Barry was excellent!!! He called about an hour before our appointment, and showed up a few minutes early. He was efficient , and extremely professional. All of my concerns were addressed in the beginning (the stains,loose carpet, and dry time). By the time he left I felt like I had new carpet! All the stains were gone and the carpet was stretched to perfection. Before I called this company out I thought that I was going to have to replace all the carpet, by the time he left I felt Iike I had. I have recommended them to all of my friends and family. I will definitely use them again.

I was very impressed from start to finish. When I found the water in my house I was devastated. The first call was to the insurance company, the next to my mom. She has a similar experience about a year ago, and used this company, so I decided to give them a try. The technicians that came to my house were extremely professional and compassionate. They explained the dry out process and what I could expect in the upcoming days. What seemed like a difficult situation in the beginning turned out to be a piece of cake. The company took care of all of the paperwork with the insurance company, called daily to follow up with the drying process, and provided me with a year warranty. JOB WELL DONE!!! This company came out a month ago due to my home flooding. They left a magnet on the fridge, and after my labor day cook out my carpets were a mess. I was able to schedule same day service. They arrived on time, and left me with a smile. They are now our family carpet cleaners!
