Dear members, I’m sending this to everyone whom I haven’t been able to service, call back, or completely satisfy. I would like to apologize to all of you for all your efforts to try and get service from my company and were unsuccessful. I am the owner, the secretary, the billing department, the estimate rep, the machine operator and at home I am a father of 4 and a husband. I love Angie’s list and it has been a great tool for my family owned business but with growth come a huge work load. Angie’s List has brought me lots of business and many very happy customers. What has happened to my business is way too many customers and not enough resources to make everyone happy. I have been doing this for over 20 years now and the very first unhappy customer was from Angie’s list because we are so overwhelmed. This has been a snowball effect now and it pains me every day that I can’t satisfy everyone. If you read my reviews for every customer that we have serviced you will see that we do our very best and are a very honest company. We have a loyal customer base of 250 repeat customers. I can only say that I am sorry that my company isn’t big enough to service everyone fast enough. WE ARE SO BOOKED UP and as the blessing that it is, we are having a very hard time. We start our day at 6 am and sometimes don’t get home until dark and then we start our commercial customers lasting all through the night. I wish I had the time to answer the 85 voicemails I get daily but if I only spent 5 mins on each one I would be talking for 7 hours straight. If you have ever talked with me you know I can’t only talk for 5 mins so I apologize for all the phone calls I can’t return yet. We are working so hard to make everyone happy but our efforts in scheduling and calling are falling short. I would like to say that if you are reading this and you still are waiting for service please understand that our deals never expire with us and we honor and do our very best to you and your home to be 100% satisfied. Thank you all for your patients and I understand your side, I just wanted you to see mine. Thank you for over 20 years of business We are trying to do our best. Andy
