Stains from an elderly dog were cleaned fabulously!

The worker was very young but eager to learn, could probably go a long way with a good mentor on professionalism. Price was a high. It took some doing to get someone to return a phone call. I had some specific questions I wanted answered before I made a decision. They charge extra for coming to this area, but we made a "deal".

We have used ZeroRez for our main property and rental property. They are truly the best carpet cleaner in the market. We have used other carpet cleaning services but they never really got out any of the stains. With one time of Zero Rez coming, the stains were completely gone. They are very professional and do a fantastic job. I am will only use them going forward.

The technician was very professional. He arrived on time, took his time and did not try to rush through the job. He also did not try to get me to spend tons more money. He did an excellent job. This is the second time I have used Zerorez. When my day died I had them come and clean his carpets in preparation to sell the house. That technician did an excellent job as well. I do not think you can go wrong in using Zerorez.

While I understand the theory behind Zerorez, they did not actually perform to their claims. Many stains were left on the carpet that we needed (and were able!) to remove afterwards. There was a sort-of sticky residue remaining and the carpet was much more prone to getting dirty in comparison to more traditional cleaning methods. The cost for the more natural carpet cleaning was not worth the additional money.

We had recently moved into our home and the carpet had a traffic area that needed to be cleaned. We were happy with the outcome This carpet is old and the next step is to replace it. This cleaning bought some time for us before we can afford to buy and install a new carpet.

I love this company. The quality of the work is unmatched and they really do leave Zero Residue. The carpets are cleaner, softer, and fluffier than after any other cleaning service. They also stay clean longer. The service professionals do not come in adding a lot of extras to the service but very professionally offer new or enhanced services that may be helpful. They absolutely will not accept tips as it is against company policy and everyone I have worked with held true to that guideline. I like that because there is no pressure on the customer.

I took the first time slot in the morning, so really expected them to arrive at the beginning of the time slot, but they got there at the end. However, the work was excellent. This was not the first time I have used Zerorez. They are my go to for carpet cleaning, bar none.

They had to come back work. Upon inspection they found some mold growth (not black mold) in the duct junction box. So they would not clean until it went through remediation. They recommended a company who came out quicky. The only negative comment I have is that when the technician spoke to me about the remediation company, he stated that they often will not charge to just spray the duct work. Well, that was incorrect. That cost was $300 I hadn't planned for.

They were on time and the price was reasonable, I have used them numerous times and would recommend them to others.

Everything went fine except that they took the air filter out of my existing unit to show me it was the wrong size. In the process, the technician damaged that filter so I can't use the A/C until I go out and buy a replacement. Luckily we have not yet moved in! Otherwise the technicians were professional and punctual, and did what I asked for.

The carpets look great. However, the person arrived and was somewhat argumentative about how much the service was. Once I gave him the $10 Angie's coupon showing proof of the price, he became less hostile. Wow is all I can say. The upsell from this company for additional services is bothersome. If I wanted my vents cleaned, I would have ordered that in addition to the carpet cleaning. I also don't want to pay $30 additional for each pet spot on my carpet nor do I want to pay $54 for what was basically an additonal 60 square feet to be cleaned. I've used this company a couple times because they do good work and have a good result. I just grow weary of the upsell and always having to dodge the additional money they're trying to make during their visit.

My appointment was originally supposed to be at 2:00, but I got a call at 11:30 saying that someone could be at my home at 12:15 if I would like an earlier appointment. Score! The gentleman arrived at noon. I answered the door, and he stuck out his hand and said, "Hi! I'm Aubry. I'm going to be cleaning your carpets today. May I come in?" I'm a sucker for good manners. Anyway, he came in and did an initial walk through and said my carpets were in good shape and weren't that dirty, so it would't take long. I just became a homeowner, so I've never done this. Somehow I got it in my head that it would take hours, but he was only there for 30 minutes. He invited me to come up and take a look. He showed me areas where he was able to get the stains out and areas where he couldn't. So, like I said, I didn't know what to expect because this was my first experience with carpet cleaning. I thought I was getting a good price ($129 for two rooms and a hallway), but of course when I look at coupons in the mail advertising similar services for like $70 it made me wonder. But, if I told them that they would probably sell me on their "empowered" water technology and how it's safer and what not. At this point I'm more concerned about my wallet than chemicals, so not sure if I would use them again. The only thing I didn't like about the service and the price is that for all the money I paid, they don't move furniture. I'm not sure if that's standard or not, but Stanley Steamer moves furniture and they charge a similar rate. I'll try them next time.

I had the old furniture removed the night before and thought I could shampoo my own carpets like I have always done for years. I had strained my back and knew that I needed help. I am getting new furniture delivered today and wanted everything to be very fresh. I decided to call Zerorez because of the no chemicals and to get the soap residue out of my carpets that I have been putting there for years with my old shampoo machine. I have used Zerorez in Marietta a few years ago with great results. I called very late in the afternoon and they schedule a Technician for an 8 am to 10 am arrival the very next morning. This morning a few minutes after 8 am someone called me to tell me a Technician would be here by 8:40 am. To my amazement the Technician was exactly on time. I had a coupon and the Technician was friendly and very professional. He went to work and got all the work done in the estimated quote time. He made my carpets look brand new. I am a very happy new client. I will tell everyone to use this Company. They are the very best.

We have a huge bedroom where the carpet had developed wrinkles. It was not stretched properly at installation. We had it re-stretched and then cleaned while the furniture was out of the room. We used ZeroRez based on their advertising. Well pleased with the results. They pre-treated the room and cleaned carpet, plus cleaned the stairway carpet, all for the package deal price. ALL the little spots came out and the carpet smelled like new! Will definitely use ZeroRez for any carpet cleaning in t;he future.

What stood out about this company is the fact that they did not use chemicals. If your carpets aren’t very dirty, I would go with them. The personnel did what he had to do. Evidently I have let my carpets soaked too long before I asked somebody out to clean them so it was not their fault. Unfortunately, carpet cleaners’ quotes you a price for a room, like three rooms for a certain amount but their size rooms are small rooms so they get you that way. I’ve never had one come out for the actual amount. The room would always be bigger so it would cost extra $25. It’s a little deceptive.

The tech was very nice, wore covers over shoes while in the home and was very efficient with his time while cleaning in our living room. Overall pleased with service.

Stains reappeared once carpet was dry, which was AFTER closing on our home. We had the sellers pay for the carpet cleaning as part of the terms in purchasing the home. Upon moving in we saw the the stains had re-appeared once the carpet was dried. I called zerorez in Atlanta to ask them to come back out to remove the stains. The supervisor's reply was that I am not his customer, the sellers that paid for the cleaning are his customer and he'd have to contact them to straighten it out. I disagree with this because the sellers (aka, his "customer") paid for the cleaning per the contract when we bought the house so it should be us that zerorez dealt with. Nevertheless I went along with it and let the supervisor, Rich contact the sellers to schedule a time to come to OUR house to fix what have should of been done right the first time. Several days passed and I called Zerorez again and received a call back the next day by Rich. He said that the "customer" said they are satisfied with the service so they will not be coming back out to fix the problem. I about lost it! Of course the sellers were fine with the service, they don't live here anymore, they didn't know the job was inadequate!!! Rich never indicated to them that 1. the stains were still there and that zerorez failed to remove them and 2. That there would be NO CHARGE for coming back out to fix the problem. Of course the sellers are going to say they don't want them to come back out if they think they will be charged for it. The right way to handle the problem would have been to just come out and remove the stains that were supposed to be removed in the first place, instead they were incredibly ignorant and were really sly in refusing to come back out because we were technically not their customer when technically we WERE there customer, they were doing the job for a house we were buying and it showed in the real estate contract that the sellers we cleaning the carpets per OUR request! I would never recommend this company to anyone and hope you don't ever have to deal with the supervisor, Rich, in the Atlanta store. He has absolutely no customer service skills and doesn't care once they have your money!!!

They came and cleaned and everything went well. The person was very professional and nice.

They did a excellent job. My carpet is over 30 years old and they did clean it up good.
