I really felt my technician was extremely professional. He called to tell me the time he would be arriving and then arrived on time. He explained what needed to be done to clean excessively dirty carpets and the headboard and I was very thrilled with what a good job he did. He took a lot of time on an area I didn’t think could get done and added back on mid way through the call. It was getting late on the night before a holiday and it was wonderful to have someone so committed to doing a good job and getting everything done. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name! Really great job!

Jeff arrived on schedule, even accommodating my request to be at the end of his route for the day. He was very patient, informative and helpful as to my desired needs and concerns and could not have been more pleasant and professional, then going straight to work. I was thrilled with the results and my decision to use Zerorez - and Jeff was a big part of that; a winning combination to be sure !

Just the best - carpet is SO much better, even got rid of some nasty cat throw up spots. Can’t say enough good things about Zerorez!

Great job, got out stains I wasn’t sure were possible to remove- and he was thorough but fast! 90 minutes for cleaning and protecting 3 rooms, big hall, & a large staircase was amazing. Also, I really wanted something “better” for living- no chemicals, etc. Many scents really bother my asthma and allergies, but Zero Rez did not! Will definitely be using again

We had a great, personable carpet cleaner named Daryl. He did a wonderful job and was able to get all the spots out of our carpet. He was very thorough and explained options.

It was good, everything seems to look great! The stain couldn't be completely removed because the prior owners cleaned it wrong. It does look improved however.

Nick from Zerorez was very helpful and explained the whole process before getting started! The final cost was quite a bit more than the original estimate due to the extra work required as a result of numerous pet pee spots. However, his professionalism and good work was worth it!! Thank you, Nick, for making our house look so much better!!!

It went extremely well. I have two dogs and the carpet is old and had a number of spots. I have them clean it every year and I am always surprised how good it looks when they are done. My dogs have a number of allergies and Zero Rez is the only company who have products That I would allow to be used on my carpets. I will definitely be hiring them again.

This company does treaty excellent work. I had used them but after a few tries decided to use another company because it was so highly recommended. Back to zerorez I went. They said they’d arrive at a certain time and they did, they said it take x amount of time to do my carpets, and they did, they quoted me a price and that was it. The work was unobtrusive, thorough. The carpets look like new. I am convinced now they are IT for me.
