I purchased a PC from Vision 3 years and less than 2 months ago (5/26/09). Last week the mother board failed. The warranty, of course, expired less than 2 months ago. While I believed in Vision enough to purchase a rather expensive piece of equipment (compared to other brands), I did so believing it was a quality computer with reliable components. The life of a descent mother board is certainly longer than 3.2 years. I called the company but the representative could do nothing to help since the PC was out of warrenty. Now I have had a rather extensive diagnostic performed on the computer and have been forced to buy another rather than spend the money on a replacement mother board. NEW: I subsequently received a followup call from a Mr. Nasser (office manager) and explained their policy with regards to warranty service. He was very thorough with his explanation and while he could do nothing to resolve my problem, he was empathetic and very concerned about customer relations.

Sold me used software at full retail price. Specfically, Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007. I paid $149.95 plus sales tax for a package that had been opened and the disc showed signs of rough handling, such as smears and scratches. I thought Vision had already installed this software, as the package was not sealed at delivery of the computer system I bought for $2,075.48, and there was a piece of red tape marking the case. It was only later that I discovered that the software had not been installed. It was at that point I discovered the damage to the disc. Mr. Nasser Mokhtari, the manager, took great pleasure in telling me he would not help me at all when I politely explained to him that Vision had sold me used software at full retail. So, friends & neighbors, I would advise you not to give your business to Vision Computers, a company that cheated me, in my opinion.

I like them so much that I have bought 3 computers from them over the last 4 years. They give 3 year parts and labor warranty. They will do house calls for an extra fee. They also provide technical support. I use them for all my computer needs.

Poor service over the phone, but once we did reach them, they put together a system that met our needs perfectly.
