They said I need new cables, drums, and barrings. After I got those new things, he then said I need a new entire door. I did not end up buying a new door.They were punctual and professional. I ended ups spending close to $400 when all was said and done.

They came out and looked at it, they suggested a bunch of different stuff but he got it working properly right now so I decided not to put in more money into it until I can afford it. They came out the day they said they would. It was really nice. What he did has worked really great. The price was good for what he did. He was very professional.

I bought a Big Deal from Angie's List. The office staff was friendly and accommodating in setting up an appointment for the technician to come o my house. The technician arrived on time and completed his work in a timely fashion. He also was very friendly and professional. He explained the problems to me after he was finished.

The installer was very prompt. Called prior to arriving to inform me of the approximate time of arrival. He was very polite and completed the job in a timely manner.

I called in the morning and had an appointmend scheduled for a few hours later which was great! I received an email confirming my appointment and my technician's name. The technician contacted me 30 minutes prior to arriving at my house so I could leave work and meet him. Their customer service regarding the appointment was very thorough. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He completed the repair in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

I bought a big deal from Angie's list. I then called the company to schedule the service. Two days later Mark came out for the installation. He came at the scheduled time and called me to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional and courteous. The job was done in less than an hour! This garage door opener is wonderful! Very quiet and smooth running. Mark is great and has 16 years experience in this line of work. Ask for him!

Terrific experience!! Mark Mosely came by, and took care of everything. He came to my home, and gave me a price to replace my old garage door system..(Which I felt was very fair and reasonable). He then did the work immediately. A few weeks after, I had the garage door opening system installed, I had an small issue with my remotes. When Mark learned of this, he came back came out the same day and fixed it. Mark was a really good guy . I highly recommend them for all your garage door needs.. CM

I purchased a coupon for $89 which is for garage door check up and a keypad or rollers installation. The service person called about an hour before he arrives and let me know when he would come to my house, then he called again about 15 minutes beforehand to confirm his arrival time, which was very nice. After he checked my garage door, he explained a couple of concern, and since I decided to replace the motor, that was an expense that I was not planning. But overall, I am happy with his work and with what I got. Weather the price was right or not is unknown since I did not research before this purchase.

Technician arrived on time and did a professional job of install and tune-up. In and out in less than one hour.

Two technicians arrived on time and worked quickly to remove the old garage doors and openers. The new garage doors and openers were installed and work wonderfully. The belt drive openers are very quite and work great. Precision Door gave a good price and were flexible on the installation date.

Garage doors sound better and clearly less vibration and rattle. The technician, Sean, was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the current condition of my garage door mechanism and gave me the option to upgrade them, but wasn't pushy. He made me aware of the potential problems in the future and what to expect with or without the upgrade. I purchased a deal on Angie's List and received exactly what was described in the list for the cost of the deal. I'm very pleased and will use this company again.

Chris the tech determined the issue with our door was that the circuit board was bad. He told us he could fix it, but it would cost extra and he could come back the next day. He wasn't pushy or rude, just asked if we wanted him to fix it. I said sure and the company setup another appt. Chris came back did what he said and our door worked perfect. He was kind, respectful and patient with me. I asked a bunch of questions and he answered all of them "like I am glad you asked that" attitude. We have a friend with the same issue with their garage door and referred them to Precision door. I think the best compliment I can give is to send them clients.

We recently bought a house and the previous owners were only parking on one side of their garage and were using the other side as storage, so only one door had an opener on it. There was no way I was going to buy a house with a garage only to have to continue parking outside, so one of the first things I did was get onto Angie's List to find someone who could install an open on the other door. I was able to schedule an appointment with no problem, and Joey arrived within the time window that had given me. He was very friendly and got everything taken care of within an hour or so. I love the new opener... the only problem is that it's so much quieter and smoother than the original one on the other door that now I want to replace that one as well! Whenever we get ready to replace the original opener or if we ever need any maintenance, we'll be contacting Precision.
